164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2020 the year of Bitcoin technology getting accepted by governments on: January 28, 2020, 05:01:18 PM
2020 will be the year when more governments are going to be including blockchain in their systems to become more transparent and more reliable in order to offer a better service to their citizens.

Also, BTC will be more popular this year because since 2018 was mentioned a lot if the media, even when they talk in bad way about it, Bitcoin keeps growing, even negative news is good for the network of networks!

So many people are still just knowing bitcoin but can't understand the concept of decentralization yet! they just don't get it! because they have been indoctrinated for decades, and know it is more difficult for them to understand one important word: decentralization!

The government and the country only want a centralized system blockchain. They will not accept and adopt bitcoin because of its decentralized nature. That means the government will only add new altcoins.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if there is a global economic crash? on: January 28, 2020, 09:29:31 AM
If the global economic crash occurs, Fiat will continue to weaken, and the stock market will also continue to weaken, to save their money from the global economic crash is to buy bitcoin or other commodities such as gold, silver etc. what happened to bitcoin was mass adoption.
This would, in return add to the current demand for bitcoin causing a possible increase in the price of crypto currency. This would be a great news for bitcoin investors for they might earn a lot of profit from the said event. If a global economic crash where to happen,  bitcoin might become a main currency for the whole world making it a more high valued asset like gold and other rare metals.
Yes, but we would not expect the crash of the global economy to increase the demand for the bitcoin market. Let the bitcoin market increase by itself. I hope the mass adoption of bitcoin because the bitcoin trust level is getting higher. not because of the global economic crash.

168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is IEO better than ICO? on: January 22, 2020, 02:09:42 PM
I think ICO and IEO are the same. IEO is an upgrade from ICO. Both sell tokens to fund their projects. When many ICO projects became a scam, investors began to switch to IEO. then, is IEO safe? not really. Some IEO projects become dumps after being listed on an exchange and no longer have a movement.

That's why we should always choose the right exchange for IEO, even I am very much keen to invest in IEO, we are seeing the price of IEO decreases after listing in the exchanges, that's why we should always choose the best exchange for investing in IEO.

Does choosing the best exchange to invest IEO guarantee that the token will be expensive? not necessarily. It depends on the potential of the project in working, running and developing.

170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have anyone come across this? Whether it is a true currency or fake one....? on: January 22, 2020, 06:30:05 AM
I've seen it. Someone gave the money to my friend. The person said that it was the currency of the country of Yugoslavia. The country no longer exists, so it has no value. Finally, the money is sold to old money collectors.

173  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: January 20, 2020, 02:22:35 AM

Equally important is the use of proven reliable crypto services. Most well-known services have a good reputation. But sometimes you can find such wallets or exchanges that it is better not to use if you don't want to lose your money.
You're right, fake crypto wallets have been circulating a lot, especially in the android play store. Many have fallen victim to scam wallets and lost a lot of money. We should be careful in choosing a wallet for our money security.
174  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: January 19, 2020, 06:38:32 AM
Also, by listening to false news about a coin or by seeing a small drop in the price, people also start selling coins that make them lose and contribute to the overall drop in that coin's price

I have also suffered losses due to false news. When BTC hard fork occurs, many news and rumours say that BTC holders will lose some amount of BTC held. so I decided to sell all the BTC I had. and in my opinion, it happened not only to me. and from there I also got an important lesson that doesn't always listen to any rumours.

176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Protect Yourself And You Protect Your Assets on: January 18, 2020, 04:01:21 PM
Yes, we really need to protect ourselves. But it's not just in the real world but also on social media, let's not show off our trading profits, bounties and anywhere else. Let's not post this just to have likes on facebook and to be famous.
Because it can also cause you to be target by people who are interested in your money.

We must be silent earners, so that our lives will not be in danger.
It is true. that happened to my neighbour in 2017. The incident began when he often exhibited whatever he got. when he uploaded his new car on Facebook and wrote a caption that the car was obtained from the advantages of trading in bitcoin. The next day, he was robbed by an unknown person and also forced to move bitcoin private key data into the flash disk. Laptops and other valuables had been brought by a group of robbers. Really pity.
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities using Bitcoin today? on: January 18, 2020, 01:54:21 PM
American actor and comedian named Drew Carey since 2013 is known to have used bitcoin. In 2013, Drew posted his anxiety when he intended to buy his breakfast with Bitcoin, but was refused. Carey encourages the adoption of Bitcoin as a payment method, at least in the food and beverage industry.
178  Economy / Speculation / Re: Two Years Ago, Bitcoin Was Over $19,000 — What Happened? on: January 17, 2020, 02:53:38 PM
no one knows what will happen in the future, everyone has different predictions about bitcoin, even then nobody thought that bitcoin could reach nearly $ 20,000, because at that time prices continued to rise and almost never went down, so that in a short time bitcoin can reach almost $ 20,000, I hope that time like that can be repeated again.
I think times like that are not good. (might be good for those who are looking for profit). But the trend of bubbles like that has a bad effect. Like in my country, due to the bubble trend, the government provides rules and limits the use of bitcoin. Even shop owners who accept bitcoin as payment will be given sanctions by applicable laws.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You think that governments might adopt cryptocurrencies to replace fiat currency on: January 17, 2020, 09:06:49 AM
Considering that fiat currency replaced all the previous currencies before it, would cryptocurrency replace fiat currency in the future?

Cryptocurrency will likely replace fiat in the next 100 years. At present fiat money cannot be replaced with cryptocurrency because it is still needed by the community, especially the lay and rural communities. The government will also maintain their country's currency thereby limiting the use of cryptocurrency in certain countries.
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Bitcoin experience in 2019 on: January 16, 2020, 10:58:56 AM
but I'd personally prefer a slooow but steady uptrend as time goes, rather than a huge ass bubbly price spike. Remember what happened after the peak of December 2017? Yea, I wouldn't want that.
The end of 2017 is indeed the biggest bubble in the history of bitcoin and it's very annoying, so our government has to make rules and policies for bitcoin holders. I don't want that to happen again.
