i think this may be a good time to invest in an ICO when the market is still low, but the number of ICOs recently are not much and their quality are so bad that make me think again before investing. the better way is to find a really really good ICO rather than a normal one.

we all know the quality of the ICO depends too much the vision and the founders of that project, if the project can be well orginized and have future promising with good founders to ensure a better future, and with some luck from the green market, then it is possible to become the best ICO in this year, however choosing to invest in a ICO can be dangerous because we may not know which one is a scam.

I agree with you, many bounces recently have shown the result that even when the price did rise up but not long after that was a huge dumps from the market, so i guess not any bounce will be endure for long time, so taking the chance to sell before the market will be a good move for traders.

from the charts you shared, we can reallize those dead altcoins are new, and most of them are not popular that no one one to invest anymore, so of course i will never invest in a daed altcoin, with a high experienced investors, they have higher chance to get profit from investing new altcoins but as a normal trader, i will not suitable to do that unless i invest in top altcoins and get lower profit.

I dont think an online wallet can easy be hacked as you think, nowadays cryptocurrencies have many type of wallets, and most popular wallet is ETH wallet, with many ways to login into wallet but private key is the most favorite with users, by using a long chain of words and numbers, it is impossible for anyone try to steal that code unless your computers was hacked or you logging into a phising sites.
