161  Economy / Economics / Re: Agriculture vs oil on: November 18, 2023, 12:53:34 PM

Do you think any country can survive without oil or agriculture sector?  The agricultural sector also needs oil because transport requires cars and oil is needed to drive cars.  There are thousands of aspects for which oil is very important.  On the other hand, without agricultural fields, there will be no food production and no animal can live without food.  So definitely both are very important and mandatory.  But if only one has to be picked then agriculture sector should be given a little more priority as it helps save lives.  And almost every country in the world has an agricultural sector and it also helps the country to boost its economy

I think both are important, but the more important point from op's question is that a country's strength is measured by oil or agriculture, I think oil, because that is what determines whether a country is strong or not.
The reason is that oil can be used during war, although agriculture is no less important, all countries can plant, but not all countries have oil resources.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Promising altcoins? on: November 17, 2023, 05:12:45 AM
Ethereum (ETH),Binance Coin (BNB),XRP (XRP). how to choose how to distribute the interest on them?
yes,
absolutely promising coins you mentioned here, those are billions dollar project, & continued from the long time in the market,
but i'm only interested with ethereum right now because it's my first priority after bitcoin,
bnb & xrp both of targeted of sec charges, though xrp won this case and bnb isn't safe to long term i think.

I think if bnb doesn't do anything wrong BNB will survive in the long term, bnb has the largest cex exchange in the world.
and I see they are doing very well at the moment, even though Binance was hit by a recent case, they have been fine until now.
163  Economy / Economics / Re: "I saw my salary on a bottle of perfume today" on: November 17, 2023, 05:01:45 AM
For me, financial freedom is when you don't think about your needs anymore, because they are automatically covered, and you don't worry about investing, even those that have high risks because someone will handle it if you lose.
You will not be afraid to take any further steps to try to increase your income, because your income is already greater than your expenses.
164  Economy / Economics / Re: How to survive hyperinflation? on: November 17, 2023, 04:57:14 AM
How do you strategically navigate hyperinflation to safeguard your financial well-being?

Would you invest on crypto, stocks or household when the cash is not the king?

those who have money can do this, but for some people it is not possible.
because I currently only have a little money, I don't invest but only hold cash because that's more needed at the moment, but if I already have it, I'm happy to invest in bitcoin and altcoins which I think can provide profits.
and my current thinking is not to buy assets that produce passive income because the price is very expensive.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can NFTs last forever? on: November 16, 2023, 05:16:17 AM
All of the NFTs you know and love today, have their data stored their on centralized servers (images, video, etc). What is only stored on the Blockchain is just the properties of the NFT itself. While you're basically the "owner" of the NFT, you could lose technically lose it if the centralized server hosting the content of the NFT goes down.

So, what's the point of investing in NFTs if they can disappear in an instant? Unless all of the content is stored on the Blockchain itself, I don't see how NFTs will be able to last forever. Are there already solutions in the works that I'm not aware of? Please enlighten me on this. Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley

I think whether it survives or not depends on the people who buy it, basically all concepts of goods are valuable if we consider them valuable, so if NFTs are still considered valuable then they will survive no matter what fluctuations occur.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: PEPE time to buy NOW? on: November 16, 2023, 05:10:22 AM
it's possible if you buy it and then they will still keep pumping it, there is nothing special about memecoin, other than the pump and dump scheme. but people think that the coins listed on Binance are good coins, cz released Pepe because of the high traffic, of course he will get a lot of fees from every coin transaction.
167  Economy / Economics / Re: How to survive hyperinflation? on: November 16, 2023, 04:42:33 AM
Yes, of course when cash is decreasing, people will invest to maintain or even increase the amount of their money, there are many types of investment so it depends on each individual's wishes.
I prefer to put my money in crypto because I already know its movements.
because I've been in the market for quite a long time.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Coin is Best for short term speculation on: November 15, 2023, 06:51:34 PM
The recent events in the market have prompted my attention to some of the altcoins that have performed alongside Bitcoin,  such as Ethereum and some other me coins that gave their investors some level of profits within the short term that Bitcoin took a dramatic shift in price from 25k to around 30k which is a significant good amount and that will promote some desire to invest in some other altcoins that followed the trend giving their holder some level of profits in the short term.

This situation pushed me to ask this simple question.

What altcoin is the best for short-term speculation,  some of my friends offline have speculated people but then I don't have much faith in meme coins.

you can see coins that follow the movement of bitcoin, and provide profits, but the time will not be short or depend on the increase in the price of bitcoin.
because that type I think has less risk.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 7 ways to earn free cryptocurrency on: November 15, 2023, 06:44:24 PM
When you live in a smaller and poorer nation, spending your free hours on doing these should definitely yield good return. Not all of them are tested by me, but I have tested some of them and it's good. The very best version that I make money is literally the signature that I am wearing, that amount of money is so high that people wouldn't be even able to understand how much money we are talking about.

If you are from a poor nation, I highly suggest participating signature campaigns, even if you have a low level account, grow that and do your best, work hard, be better, and get those merits one way or another. Because that would definitely result with you making money that is vastly more than what a minimum wage is in most nations, that's an important thing. I get that it may not be all that simple, but you should be able to get it done one way or another. I believe that it could result with people making a greater profit then they actually expected.

I agree, but signature campaigns don't always give results, I mean the projects we promote are not necessarily successful.
Some can indeed provide decent results, and can be used for living needs for the next few months.
but when we choose a project that is not successful, we must be prepared to work without receiving wages.
170  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My experience as a beginner trader on: November 15, 2023, 06:33:52 PM
There are no experience mate Grin you lose  as a beginner to become a stronger trader  Smiley so for everyone out there thinking of QUITTING QUITTING is not the option here just keep learning  till you  can say "Gone are those days " Grin

Of course, learning to trade uses real money, some people who stop may have their own reasons, for example there is no capital and other things that make them unable to trade anymore.

172  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: May 21, 2023, 05:51:38 PM
If someone wanted to get rich then they need to create their own opportunity, and talking about poor they do wanted to get rich but for many reasons they can't no matter how much they make. Main reason why everyone can't become rich is simply they don't know anything about how money works even though they use it everyday, they spent money but not give importance to savings then how they can invest and make returns?

However, it's important to acknowledge that factors beyond an individual's control can influence their ability to accumulate wealth. Societal and systemic factors, such as income inequality, access to education and resources, and discriminatory practices, can impact opportunities for wealth creation.
While knowledge about money and financial literacy is crucial, addressing systemic inequalities and promoting inclusive economic policies are also essential for enabling a broader population to have access to opportunities for wealth creation.

174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Seeking help with PEPE on coinbase wallet on: May 06, 2023, 10:49:24 AM
Regarding your specific situation, if you're unable to sell your Pepe directly for fiat currency on Coinbase, you may want to consider transferring your Pepe to another cryptocurrency exchange that offers more trading pairs and options for converting Pepe into other cryptocurrencies or stablecoins.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 2 questions that bother me on: May 06, 2023, 10:46:02 AM
the first one, is the market maker or taker, that will be affect the price when they do that.
secondly it depends on the coin, how big the fomo and the fundamentals are, especially for short term profit taking, you have to see if the project makes big news when listing.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government's actions against crypto on: May 06, 2023, 10:36:56 AM
Cryptocurrency has been a topic of interest for governments around the world, and the US government is no exception. The government has taken a range of approaches to regulating cryptocurrency, from creating laws and regulations to implementing enforcement actions against companies and individuals engaging in illegal activities.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does Cardano get so much hate? on: May 05, 2023, 11:54:23 AM
I don't really read much on social media and watch less from mainstream so like what kind of hate are we talking about here? What I know is that people complain about the slow developments and upgrades in Cardano. I don't know the whole history but the team probably made a lot of promises in the early days that they were unable to meet. There are so-called investors that are impatient and wants immediate results or updates and they are present in almost every project.

he criticism directed towards Cardano is largely centered around the slow pace of development and delays in meeting promised milestones. Some people in the community have voiced frustration over the team's perceived lack of progress and have expressed doubts about the project's ability to deliver on its promises.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorites altcoins these days? on: May 05, 2023, 11:34:12 AM
Mine was BNB, ETH, RNDR, ARB. What about you guys? What do you keep following or watching these days? and why?
I'm seeing a lot of bullish altcoins, but my watchlist doesn't have much, I'm just holding BTC, ETH and a small amount with dogecoin Smiley
The simple reason is that I feel safe with these, moreover this period also has many positive signals for the market and the top coins are also having their own bullish momentum. For me, whether short-term or long-term, the increase of BTC, ETH is always necessary. Some hype altcoins that come with periods can be referenced, but I won't spend too much time with them.
It's understandable to stick with what you feel safe with, such as BTC and ETH, as they are some of the most established and well-known cryptocurrencies in the market. It's important to do your own research and make informed decisions about which cryptocurrencies to invest in. While some altcoins may have short-term hype and gains
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC is not safe on: May 05, 2023, 11:29:29 AM
One option to consider is to store stablecoins in a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor. These wallets offer a high level of security and protect your coins from potential hacks and cyber attacks. It is important to make sure that the hardware wallet supports the specific stablecoin you are looking to store.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bounty really pay? on: May 04, 2023, 03:50:48 PM
Of course it pays if you choose the right one, and one more bounty is the same as investing you can lose your money on your investment but it doesn't show up right away.
while the bounty will be seen directly paying or not.
