I believe ICO team would have no time about verifying the content that's why they have assigned a manager. So, it's the campaign manager we should watch on to who completes the job or not and blacklist them for further reference.

NEO was the earliest of them, started quite and evolved to become what it is now. Cardano and EOS on the other hand were quite popular during their ICO, Cardano was exclusively available to east asian investors before coming to light while EOS being the newest and most hyped, was one of the fastest to reach top 10. With the large supply of cardano, I believe still NEO is the safe bet.

I've been following many coins and their development. Surely, bitcoin, ethereum, ripple, neo, monero can promise good and safe returns on long term, you need to jump into new and promising coin or the ones that are in development phase to achieve that x100 profit.

Monero is having a good rise. Most probably for the hard forked coin which will get snapshot in about 11 days. So, most probably the price will keep rising till that time.

I believe realcasino is the safest bet among ICO. They have all things ready and working, most of their roadmap had already been achieved and are a huge project in online real life gambling with those good looking men and women it's hard for gamblers to resist.  |

Looking at coinmarketcap is the best solution. They generally add up a tokens once it get listed on proper exchange and really do get exchanged. Ethplorer too would let you see balance and trading price of the tokens you hold. Etherdelta, Idex and Forkdelta are to be looked when you don't find it on others. If you still can't find your coin than either it's really new or a shit token.

Indeed it is a better idea to take BTC as you base currency than USD. If you are buying an altcoin from BTC, you do it because you believe the altcoin would rise in price quicker than the BTC, when that's not the case, you are in loss.
