ERC20 token is currently the most used type of token under ETH. But it's really hard to conclude the bitcoin domination is on its end. Bitcoin price is affecting Altcoin as well. For me, ICO is like a jungle. I'm sure in the near future, banks will consider using the blockchain technology to run it's system to make it more efficient. With regards to cryptocurrency, maybe they have their own as well. It's like the representation of the current monetary system. Maybe in the value of the countries gold reserve. I also believe that bitcoin can be use because it is being mine using an energy.
