161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA vs IoT??? on: March 24, 2018, 11:15:27 PM
I believe a lot more in IOT CHAIN. there have been major investments and has a very specialized team. When the internet of things explodes you will find out everything

I'm the same page. I already see them growing. They went from around 5000 transactions when I invested and now they're around 25,000 all in a few weeks time. https://medium.com/@IoT_Chain/news-weekly-itc-progress-update-2018-3-17-2018-3-23-da9a5b406e83
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk says goodbye to facebook on: March 24, 2018, 11:05:32 PM
I saw that there was a way to export the data they collect on you. I also do see lots of potential in algebraix and their whole idea. Will have to look into this. Does anyone know their website/telegram/ann??
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IoT-Chain on: March 24, 2018, 11:03:17 PM
The last time IOT was on its way up - 10 USD per coin, so this time it's gonna be HUGE)))

Guys they just posted this on twitter/medium. Look at that user base grow  Cool

IOT chain FTW!!
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] HAVVEN — Decentralised and asset-backed STABLECOIN on: March 24, 2018, 11:02:29 PM
The emergence of such a cryptocurrency will significantly reduce the volatility of digital money, as well as open up many new opportunities and areas of application. If Havven manages to provide the crypto community with a quality product, the project will become extremely popular and successful, as it will change the approach to cryptocurrencies.

Our approach is gradually changing anyways. Crypto shouldn't only be an investment, but should be used for everyday or else fiat will always be around. I really like this idea
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [AIRDROP] ALGEBRAIX - Permission-based advertising platform. Own your data on: March 24, 2018, 11:00:52 PM
Hey guys just wanted to say bravo on the app and overall customer service. Your telegram group is very active and attentive. app looks great. Excited for this project!!
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Game Changer Is Coming for Cryptocurrency on: March 24, 2018, 10:59:40 PM
I saw this coming and with facebook's recent scandals, this only opens the doors for projects like algebraix. Permission-based advertising is the future. We will all own our own data and only provide what we want and in turn get compensated for our user data. A project to be watching out for imo.

167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin is the best among altcoins? on: March 24, 2018, 10:57:32 PM
For IoT: IoT Chain (ITC). Rival to IOTA with better tech. https://iotchain.io/
cmc: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/iot-chain/

video about them: https://youtu.be/BE8Gf-6sfJ4
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any coin like bitcoin? on: March 13, 2018, 10:07:34 PM
What do you mean like bitcoin? In terms of function or value proposition?
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better than IOTA? IoT Chain Review by Crypto Lark on: March 13, 2018, 10:06:43 PM
Anything is better than IOTA, IOTA is literally the worst coin on the market. I would put all my money into Bitcoin Cash and Ripple before I would put any money into IOTA. For people who don't know me I absolutely despise Bitcoin Cash and Ripple, you can imagine what I think about IOTA then Tongue.

Not bad either, but I think a lot of coins are better than IOTA.

One of my favorite youtubers Crypto Lark just covered IOT chain. What do you guys think?

Definitely a coin to be watching imo
maybe Crypto Lark really likes IOTA coins. It could be just for promotion from IOTA itself.

Based on his video, I don't think he likes IOTA that much. I like him because he's more on the objective side. ITC has some really compelling points with their project vs. IOTA. Did you see that they're expanding into south korea? recently got listed on coinrail
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Havven token distribution on: March 13, 2018, 10:05:06 PM

Is it true that the price of HAV is about $ 0.2?

I check the price of HAV using telegram bot.

I don't think so...they just distributed their tokens from their airdrop like today lol. Unless people are selling them personally, I don't think that's the price. I would also watch out for their platform launch this month too. Although this is a good question to ask them in their telegram group: https://t.me/havven_official1
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bosch + IoT Chain?! on: March 13, 2018, 10:03:19 PM
It is quite possible we could expect that large companies will now be either to invest in the cryptocurrency market,or to create their own cryptocurrency. This is certainly good news and it will be interesting what they agree.

It's a huge deal that a big company like bosch is sitting down with IoT Chain. with what they're doing in the IoT space and specifically smart lighting, I can see big opportunities for Bosch.
172  Economy / Economics / What do you think about stablecoins and price volatility? on: March 13, 2018, 10:02:06 PM
Hey guys, saw this read today about stablecoins and I'm curious what you think about them. Personally not a fan of tether for obvious reasons lol. Heard about the up and coming havven which isn't backed by fiat or gold. All very interesting projects that can lead to everyday transactions.

Saw this great breakdown of stablecoins and havven's on there. Great read: https://www.forbes.com/sites/shermanlee/2018/03/12/explaining-stable-coins-the-holy-grail-of-crytpocurrency/#71d1bb314fc6
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IoT-Chain on: March 13, 2018, 09:54:57 PM
Big fan of ITC! Love that the crypto lark covered them. Lots of credibility their way even though they don't need it
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does investing on ICO now is a good time? on: March 13, 2018, 09:52:33 PM
Depends on the project of course. I think finding the right ones can be hard, but it's always worth it when they're done right. Just registered for Algebraix's airdrop where all you have to do is download their app and give them feedback and you are guaranteed 15,000 of their tokens. I think that's such a unique way to attract users and build your platform that people actually want. https://algebraix.io/
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How NOT to Launch an Initial Coin Offering on: March 13, 2018, 09:48:15 PM
LOL this is pretty funny. Claps to you! It's hard to come by good ICO's nowadays.

Did you ever check out how Havven conducted their ICO? By far the smoothest process I've been a part of and their marketing is on point. They managed to sell out in 90 minutes so they must have done something right.

177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Spot a winner... on: March 13, 2018, 09:43:38 PM
I also think a good idea is checking out the disruptors as well. The big guys succeed, but have growing pains. The one's that take the model and make it better are going to be the big guys one day.

For example, I was a fan of IOTA, but not so much their supply or the centralized nature of the tech. Heard about IoT Chain (ITC) and they are solving the problems of IOTA and even expanding more into security for IoT. Very interesting imo.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Unique Airdrop + beta tester for app on: March 13, 2018, 09:36:30 PM
Hey guys, just saw that Algebraix posted their beta testing program live. Apparently you can win up to 15,000 ALX tokens just for downloading the app and filling out surveys about it. The project itself is a permission-based advertising platform that pays you.

their site: https://algebraix.io/

beta program: https://algebraix.io/beta/

I think they're only accepting 10,000 people for IOS and 10,000 for android. great opportunity to win some free tokens
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Havven ICO raised more than Power Ledger - $30 million?! on: March 02, 2018, 09:22:03 PM
I know lots of people participated in the Havven ICO and saw this today: https://www.crowdfundinsider.com/2018/03/129035-record-breaking-havvens-crypto-blockchain-monetary-system-stablecoin-closes-90-minutes/

Blows my mind that they surpassed Power Ledger. Seems like the ICO phase isn't over just yet. Thoughts?
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good read about up and coming IoT Chain - rivals IOTA on: March 02, 2018, 09:20:35 PM
IoT Chain is still little known in the West, but if you look at the numbers you see thay already have reached quite some capitalization, 72 M$ (but it was twice a much until recently). I'm also trying to understand how much future it might have. I wish there would be more analysis on them available.

There's tons of videos about them. Found this analysis pretty thorough: https://www.finder.com.au/iot-chain-the-blockchain-of-china
