161  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will there be a massive BTC dump? on: November 17, 2020, 03:55:31 PM
As strong bitcoin rally continues and we may see ATH soon do you think there will be a massive retracement as well? I think current rally is different from 2017, bitcoin became more mature with support of big and smart money so I don't anticipate major price rop.

Hard to tell. Everyone expected the price correction at the level of $ 15,000, but this did not happen. What will be the big question now.
On the one hand, there are factors indicating that the growth will continue, on the other hand, every time such events occur, we are faced with a correction. Personally, I am going to fix at least 50% of my assets now, and I will put the rest at no loss.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: November 11, 2020, 08:45:12 PM
A completely standard situation in which bounty hunters are not to blame. The bounty allocation was huge, given that there are absolutely no required volumes on the exchange, it is not surprising that we see such a strong dump in the process of draining the received coins. The project first had to create liquidity and only then distribute tokens. The developers themselves are to blame for this situation.
163  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: November 11, 2020, 08:42:18 PM
1. Copy trading (High Risk)
In this case, the risks do not depend on you. In fact, you entrust the management of your funds to another person, everything will depend on the quality of his trade.

2. Bot trading (Not under control)
There are different types of bot trading. Automatic where the bot does everything for you. And the type of trade where the bot helps you technically (open and close orders). In the first case, the risks are huge, the bot does not know how to adapt as humans can. In the second, the risks are less since you are trading and everything depends on you.

3. Trading by yourself (Emotional influence, wasted time)
It all depends on your experience and skill. The more experience you have, the lower the risks.
164  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BOT TRADING on: November 11, 2020, 08:36:21 PM
I heard many people that lost important amount of money by using all kind of auto trading bots . They are not created to help you to make money . They are created to make richer the creator of the bot . Better invest that money in your personal skills . Long-term you will be much better.

Most bots actually work on this principle. First, the creators create an algorithm that is able to bring a certain amount of money over a short distance. People see this and start depositing money there, buying a subscription, making deposits.
After a few months, the bot can completely lose all the money, which most often happens, and the creators will explain this by unforeseen market circumstances.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cloud storage isn't safe place for your wallet keys on: November 11, 2020, 08:26:39 PM
I just find out that some people are storing their private keys and recovery seed in cloud data storages, if you are one of them better go ahead and erase them, cloud storages aren't that secured like they promised, some scammers are breaching them easily and some are using search engines to find private keys data stored on cloud storages, you've been warned.

Everything is correct. Whenever I hear about cloud storage of any kind, every time I think of a story in which world stars fall prey to hackers.
In particular, those stories where naked and sexy photos of celebrities come to light. Most often this happens after their cloud storage is hacked.
166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BOT TRADING on: November 10, 2020, 09:54:35 PM
Bots work according to certain algorithms and are not able to adapt in time to changes in the situation when various market drops occur. Especially in those moments when factors that do not depend on you and are not under your control interfere with the market. A person makes constant adjustments to bots so that they make a profit, otherwise it will be a loss-making activity.
167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Best Time to sell ? on: November 10, 2020, 09:52:32 PM
I think if you invest in bitcoin and you’ve made a profit, you can sell it. But if you still want to make more profit, you should be patient not to sell your bitcoins.
Wait till the price is really ATH.
But you don’t have to obey what I say. You can determine everything according to your analysis

Nobody knows when the price will peak, we all take risks if we continue to hold after the price of Bitcoin reaches another high. Correction is usually inevitable.
Practice shows that we must fix profits on time, especially at those moments when it seems to us that the price will continue to grow without stopping.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safeguarding funds , your funds on exchanges are safe? on: November 06, 2020, 09:30:44 PM
A hardware wallet is definitely great. However, not everyone has the means and the desire to buy it.
In general, you can completely do without a hardware wallet, just hide your private keys in a fairly safe place. For example, into an encrypted container using an encryption program. The main thing is not to forget your password.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What haven't most people not heard about that can help them make money? on: November 06, 2020, 09:27:37 PM
I don’t think it’s a matter of insider information. There are just coins with low capitalization, and there are people with a lot of money. In connection with the injection of money into this kind of coins, their price can rise extremely sharply, which raises similar questions. Either the project issues an update or an announcement so large that investors decide to invest even more money in a low-cap coin, which will lead to the effect described above.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: November 05, 2020, 07:30:33 PM
Do very deep research on new projects and don't expect much from them, many of them have inexperienced developers and only very few have promising devs, you need to do research and find that out if they are worth investing on, few projects are still worth Investing on, don't forget to invest only what you can afford to lose

Research can really help you figure out where the project is worth your attention and where is the useless rubbish.
However, for proper effectiveness, you must carry out a sufficient number of analyzes so that you have a correct understanding of various kinds of projects.
Explore scams and top projects, research mid-range projects and failed projects. The larger the database you collect, the better your analysis will be.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN WE STILL GET THE 2017 BULL IN THIS 2020? on: November 05, 2020, 07:27:22 PM
I really like what is happening now. The cost of bitcoin is over 14,000.
This was only in 2017-2018, but now we see a smooth growth that lasts the whole year. In my opinion, this is the "slow" bull run. It is surprising that so far we have not met with a major correction. Perhaps the reason for this is slow growth.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrow is a must to avoid disappointment on: November 05, 2020, 07:25:33 PM
I agree. There is no guarantee that the tokens will be worth decent money, but it is much better to know that the tokens are in a safe place, and the hunters will get them anyway.
Unfortunately, very few projects go this turn. After all, this is not difficult.
If the project is afraid of a price dump, then it will be enough to conclude an agreement in which it will be spelled out under what market conditions the hunters receive payments from the escrow.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My suggestion for new projects team who want to promote their projects on: November 05, 2020, 07:22:53 PM
The idea is not bad in general. However, how will projects that have no means of subsistence implement this plan? The task of the project is to raise funds. The project does not have the task of making bounty hunters rich. You are talking about introducing a member limit, this will reduce marketing reach but theoretically increase the earnings of hunters. Is it profitable for the project? Obviously not. The project needs to be realized, and only in this case hunters can count on a decent profit.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers ruin ICO fund raising on: August 17, 2019, 11:57:42 PM
I personally believe that IEO is much better than ICO itself because of the increased safety. Just like eternalgloom said, if they are handled correctly, then we won’t have a problem in managing and working with them.
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: invest? gambling? or trade again? on: August 17, 2019, 11:48:04 PM
Investing is a perfect option I believe. Starting with 600 is pretty decent, and you should just be keen on investing in the right coin at the right time. To start I would suggest to look for some coins that are cheap yet giving; you can effortlessly search about them on this forum. Stay away from gambling man. There are many good ICOs about to come up, go check them out too.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters killed ICO? on: August 17, 2019, 11:44:20 PM
Your points are really valid, but it is not just the bounty hunters to blame. Lack of business tactics and strategies displayed from the ICO is the main reason in the downfall of an ICO. They don’t know how to handle the coin in the market and eventually end up distributing the coin at a very early stage, causing the investors to dump the coin.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance maintenance, the market lost 25 billion dollars on: August 16, 2019, 06:55:38 PM
Considering the fact that Binance is such a huge deal right now, so if their website is down, they will really lose a whole lot of deal. But then again, their decline started even before the site was offline so no one really knows the real cause of this downfall.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth below 0.018btc on: August 16, 2019, 06:46:23 PM
Let’s see where this is heading. In my opinion, Eth and other Alt will see a rise in their prices soon after the halving of BTC is happened as more and more people are concentrated on BTC as of now. And I think this is a good time to buy some more Eth to get benefited from this dip.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: dont stop been a bounty hunter because of present condition on: August 16, 2019, 06:38:16 PM
Bounty hunting is excellent in my opinion and is rewarding. I keep myself invested in bounty hunting and trading as well. The points that you mentioned are great. And hopefully, the Altcoin season will come soon.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if no one wants to buy coins in bull market what will happen? on: August 16, 2019, 06:32:51 PM
I think that never happens as of such. If no one buys, the price of coins will drop, more people will come and buy, the price surges back up, people come and sell their coins and so on and so forth.  So, these kinds of things are of rally rare occurrence, especially in this business.
