If I am not wrong the Coinall is a part exchange of Okex! Then how can it be a scam! Though I am pretty sure Coinall is not a good exchange, they use wash trading for a long time. A few days ago, I saw Tem coin has a million USD volume in Coinall exchange and nowadays it has only 10-15K USD trading volume! Then it really fishy, maybe coinall got hacked, that's why!
