161  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is your take on homosexuality? on: January 03, 2018, 11:36:11 PM
I don't really care if people are homosexual or not. I'm not myself, but I have friends who are, and I don't mind. It was a little weird at first, but now it doesn't bother me. They are who they are, and I'm not going to ask them to change just because I felt a little strange about it.

Religion provides a system of beliefs around which people may gather to belong to something greater than themselves in order to have their personal beliefs reinforced by the group and its rituals.
163  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does a college degree still matter in the digital age? on: January 03, 2018, 11:32:38 PM
The better their skills and education have, the greater their chances for quality employment. Many job markets specifically call for a degree, and those who wish to enter them have no choice but to get the qualifications they need.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2018, 11:27:44 PM
Every person have their own opinion regarding all things. If he don't like bitcoin then it's his/her choice we just need to respect their opinion.
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2018, 11:23:00 PM
Bitcoin has a large lead as a store of value over every altcoin in having existed 8 years without failure. The security of Bitcoin has been proven far more than its much younger counterparts.
166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin More Important Than Ethereum ? on: January 03, 2018, 11:14:23 PM
Ether is not as popular as BTC for purchasing goods. At the moment ether is mainly being used by developers building applications on top of it. Over time, and as more apps are developed, the value of ether will likely move from being speculative (as it is now), to more useful in everyday life.
167  Economy / Economics / Re: short term investment or long term invesetment on: January 02, 2018, 11:40:39 PM
You need to have clear goals in mind as you being investing and sitting down with a financial planner can help you determine the best way for you to balance your portfolio. the biggest thing to remember is the need to diversify your investments across businesses and and types of businesses. You may even want to diversify about buying investment property. Your financial goals will help you determine the best course of action for your investments since when you need the money can also help you determine the amount of growth you need in a specific time frame.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: January 02, 2018, 11:38:52 PM
Many people believe Bitcoin would create a fairer economy, as opposed to an economy manipulated in secret by men perched on top of their golden thrones. If more people want bitcoin, the price goes up. If less people want bitcoin, the price goes down.
169  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: January 02, 2018, 11:37:19 PM
Since it is digital money and requires no certification to trade, one can start with no prior certification and they can start earning.
170  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does Bitcoin stable ? on: January 02, 2018, 11:29:20 PM
bitcoin has no mechanism to stabilize either its price in some reference currency or its purchasing power. The difference between bitcoin and fiat money is not just volume but backing by assets and some willingness to use those assets to ensure value.
171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin anonymous? on: January 02, 2018, 11:27:30 PM
Bitcoin is anonymous, as identity of the holder is unknown, but it is certainly not private.  Every transaction is publicly recorded and broadcast in the blockchain.  It offers greater anonymity than cash, where I must be present to use, but less privacy of cash which is only between me and the other party.

Bitcoin is not anonymous, but, rather, pseudo-anonymous. By now, most Bitcoin veterans know this. It’s less obvious to many, however, why Bitcoin is not really anonymous by default, and what can be done to de-anonymize Bitcoin users – and what Bitcoin users can do to reclaim their privacy.
172  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin affecting the Environment on: January 02, 2018, 11:24:08 PM
As the value of bitcoin goes up, more computer power is required to solve the puzzles for unlocking the virtual currency
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: January 02, 2018, 11:20:35 PM
My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.

Well, I regret that I haven't joined the Bitcoin train much earlier ... I heard about it years ago but haven't realized what potential would be there.
174  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: January 01, 2018, 05:15:50 PM
One possible issue that could impact on any Bitcoin price prediction for 2018 is government legislation. While the United States federal government doesn’t really have an official position on the cryptocurrency, other administrations have taken specific action.

Whenever the oil crash comes, it will be only the beginning. Every year that follows will bring more electric cars to the road, and less demand for oil. Someone will be left holding the barrel.
