161  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] NiceHash.com - innovative professional cryptocurrency cloud mining service on: May 16, 2014, 08:30:06 AM
Try use Nfactor "pool". My VertcoinCGminer (3.7.2) give 100% regect.

Read FAQ. Download https://nicehash.com/software/ CG and SGminer. They work on scrypt.
"to use  sgminer for Scrypt-Adaptive-Nfactor add those settings in the conf file: "algorithm" : "adaptive-n-factor","nfactor" : "11","kernel" : "zuikkis"".
I do it, but conf file don`t work. I always use .bat. How add it.
For example  sgminer --adaptive-n-factor -nfactor 11 -k zuikkis... not working.  Undecided

Give me working settings for .bat. Thx.  Smiley

Use as below for scrypt-n:
sgminer.exe --algorithm adaptive-n-factor --kernel "yourchoice" -o stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3335 -u btc_address -p x

That's not windows ready though right? I'd have to compile it myself from the binary which I'm not so keen on doing if it's been done already. The reason I need this is because I'm getting the 10 minute no-hash thing going where it just keeps getting new work_id but not submitting. I have the reset going but that takes awhile to ramp up to full speed and it happens way to often.

Scroll to bottom of page, under binaries.

I got 1 gridseed and it does not work with cgminer moded (3.7.2), tried bfgminer and it does not detect gridseed, how can a gridseed work with nicehash?

On this computer i also got 2x r9 280x mining with sgminer already.

Try this cpuminer by sandor111, https://github.com/siklon/cpuminer-gc3355/, Windows binaries at the bottom of page.

I am mining on http://ric.upcpu.com right now. I am wondering when is the payout.

according to my address:

0.0274390244 - balance
0.0597800096 - unconfirmed
0.0000000000 - paid Sad

how many confirmation to get in order to get paid?

I mine there as well, payout is after 120 confirmations.

Hello.
So is the latest brand of Sandor's cpuminer sufficiently debugged so I can use it now without crashes or other strange anomalies? Wink
Is it stable and ready to hash 24/7 non-stop as with previous versions?
Thanks!

I'm currently using the latest windows build v0.9a. So far so good, stable and hashing away.

Just updated to the new binaries. Working great for me.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [GUIDE] GridSeed 5-Chip USB & Blade Miner Support/Tuning on: April 30, 2014, 12:00:42 PM
Important! You MUST update to the latest binaries (Download on Github)

Have fixed the top stat on Windows (weird bug), and I think lock ups are fixed now too. I have been testing on Rpi and Windows for 6 hours now.

The binaries on github not updated yet?
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [GUIDE] GridSeed 5-Chip USB & Blade Miner Support/Tuning on: April 29, 2014, 05:27:42 PM
Noticed when running the latest TUI build, when I use the --debug flag the miner stops running after 12+ minutes. Running normal without --debug flag everything running fine. My pc running win7 x64.

Hey my first ever mined block on ypool, shame it wasn't solo  Grin
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][RIC] Riecoin, new prime numbers POW coin, CLIENT UPDATE v0.8.7 AVAILABLE on: March 28, 2014, 05:38:30 AM
Was just wondering, how powerful a computer/cpu is needed to at least be able to mine a block? I'm currently on ypool with Dave's optimized miner and my workers never find any at all.
How many shares do you have? I've found 2 blocks and 26.000 shares since the optimized xpt miners came out. Before that I found 1 block and 2000 shares.

Is the number of shares a metric to mining riecoin?

Nope, everything seems very messed up.

I tested with these parameters

cudaminer.exe -l K14x32 -C 1 -m 1 -i 0 -H 2 -o stratum+tcp://eu.hashing.at:3010 -O -u xxxx -p xx

and does not work, just goes

[2014-03-23 20:20:53] GPU #0: Launch config 'K14x32' requires too much memory!
[2014-03-23 20:20:53] GPU #0: using launch configuration K14x32

you know as fix this?

Run it like this to autotune

cudaminer.exe -a scrypt:2048 -C 1 -m 1 -i 0 -H 2 -o stratum+tcp://eu.hashing.at:3010 -u xxxx -p xx

Hey guys!

I need your help, the rotocoin wallet doesn't sync. I have the classic wallet for windows. Do you know what I can do?

Do you have firewall that may be blocking the wallet connections?
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Rt2] ·rotoCoin· [1%IPO][DGW][N-Factor] · 288k Only - Launched! on: March 23, 2014, 05:11:14 PM
I should add at appdata/rotocoin folder yes? in a rotocoin.conf?

Yes. Also try deleting everything inside appdata/rotocoin folder except wallet.dat and rotocoin.conf files and start wallet to sync.

It is not profitable to mine RT2, I'd like to buy some for speculation. Can anyone tell me some reliable exchanges for trading RT2?

www.cryptoaltex.com
www.bittrex.com

two reliable exchanges with admins/etc on irc and spot on with fast support Smiley

This is what I dont understand, Swisscex.com is on IRC also, #swisscex - they got a super fast ticket system, answering PM´s here and also in their forum thread and they keep getting "forgotten" ?!

WTF.....

https://www.swisscex.com/market/RT2_BTC

I've used swisscex.com before, very fast trading system.
