Try what I did:

Go to WITHDRAW the BTC, and put in some amount of BTC even if it says 0 max available.

After that is done your BTC might magically show up like mine did.

Confirmed here too- balance now visible, what a joke

ofc this was done by burnside. suuuuure.

TheSwede75, did we reach the cutoff, or do we have still some time?
163  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 08:11:28 PM
And NOW my money shows up!! Minutes after it closes.

Looks like a scam to me. Maybe I should be happy I wasn't able to get involved!

or at least you are calming yourself with this.

Locked, you guys need to learn to tell time

yes, I was confused, it was EST, but anyway my countdown was working well, and it is now locked.
165  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 08:05:20 PM
Hmm, btct.co server time is Wed, 31 Jul 2013 21:04 BST and it looks like bids are still coming in - up to 18.51 mil.

no asset lock, as those bids will be wiped as stated by burnside.
166  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 08:04:20 PM

They are going to take all the orders submitted by 3PM CDT, then divide the shares up based on how many everyone ordered.

The first post says 3PM CST not 3PM CDT.  There's still another hour.

Relax!

no, not an hour, its done now.

Please click to see the current time in EST:
https://www.google.com/search?q=current+time+in+atikokan+ontario

and again, EDT, not EST, it was corrected.
167  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 08:02:02 PM
+1 EXTEND IPO

-1 DO NOT EXTEND IPO

We've been waiting here on the edge of our seats long enough. We want our shares! Grin

Technical glitches are going to make this worse than the Facebook IPO.

It's only fair to extend it so that it actually goes as planned and no one gets screwed over due to technical problems beyond their control.

ofc, and then the investors get even less shares.

seriously guys, are you gonna whine about how and why you could not get a piece of the cake? jesus..I lost 50% yesterday because of a bad decision of mine and only made one post about it, and that was just because of educational purposes. please go whine elsewhere. this is BTC world. unregulated, and sometimes not 100% fair.

//ignore dogbird.

Right, i should just shut up and accept that i'm being cut off from buying these shares. Do i understand that correctly?

next time include tx fees. that block has 0. ZERO. I know, Bitfunder and Weexchange sucks, but that is the way Bitcoin works.
171  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 07:06:35 PM
also i think all of that BTC is from weexchange (bitfunder), as it never paid TX fees for me.
172  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 07:05:04 PM

Almost $200k worth of BTC?

See, this is what I'm talking about - people would vastly inflate the amount they wanted to buy.

Agreed, Burnside please hold those BTC deposits for another hour! He is brilliant if he actually prevents these asses from gaming the system.

+1, we dont need that BTC in BTCT right now.
173  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 06:35:45 PM
So we have to rebid? I am at work and having no way to bid. I thought this was going to start at 8:00 pm est. The plans have changed so many times. Do I need to just bid at .001 or higher?

only at .001, and as much as you can. only bid volumes count up till the cap, which is still unknown.

The amount of shares in the IPO remains at 7 million. Only the distribution percentage per investor varies with bid volume (this is how I understand it). Total share volume remains also unchanged at 10 million shares.

Don't understand what this means. Last night I bid 1000 shares at .001 for 1 BTC. What does this mean for me now?

divide the total bid volume of ~15M by 7M, that is the ratio. multiply your bid volume with the ratio, and that is the number of shares you will get, each of them @ .001

EDIT: well, not anymore Cheesy
176  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 06:15:50 PM
Just to be clear: the times given are 4 PM EDT and 3 PM CDT, not EST and CST.  Just in case you someone is doing a conversion online they are not an hour off!

Swede: correct me if I'm wrong on this, but just wanted to fix your mistake to avoid later confusion!

then my tiny little countdown is correct, isnt it?
177  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: July 31, 2013, 06:10:43 PM
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?iso=20130731T2000

here you go. countdown timer and world clock in 1.

Will this be the largest IPO in Bitcoin history?

Not sure if anyone has kept stats on things like this.

Interest wise, it probably is. Value wise I think 7k BTC does not even make top-10 (I could be wrong)

Please do something with the ddos, I cannot bid now.

why are you even bidding? bid @0.001 for as much BTC as you would like to, and just stop refreshing the site, nothing is going to happen.

As weird as it may sound to you. You are part of the DDoS. Let's all take a deep breath and stop pressing F4 or whatever  Grin

+1 Cheesy

So now over 14 million shares have been put down, this means we will all be averaged out to at least 0.002 per share at this current time.

Am I correct?

NO, NO, NO! Cheesy

how many times must we explain: this means that you will get half a share for each of your bids, and all of the total number of shares you get will be sold to you @0.001
