At the moment nobody can earn money by investing in cloud mining anymore . It's not worth that is the reason why hashflare closed their cloudmining because they can't earn enough money to pay for investors because difficulty level in Bitcoin mining is increasing very quickly.

I think only few bounty hunters can have more knowledge about ICO projects than investors cause bounty hunter only care about how much they can earn from each bounty campaign and which exchange that token will be listed on,....but investors have to care about so many things before investing in an ICO project. You'll see a lot of altcoin's price dumped the same as Bitcoin price but this sitation will happen when Bitcoin price increase too quickly as well . For example, at the moment, price of Bitcoin is increasing very quickly that why there are so many altcoins dumped to hell although it's the best altcoin like ETH is also affected. Holding is an important part in earning money in crypto world. If you can't stand on holding anymore so don't hope that you can earn money in this world. IMO, you should be patient a little bit more but if you can't so you can quit if you want but you need to make sure that you'll not regret if price of BTC and all other altcoins go to the moon right after you left .

It make a lot of investors and traders believed that market is retrieving so they decided to invest more money in BTC and ETH after that price falling back again. LOL. Do you have any newer rule? Cause I believe that all traders and investors were told about this rule right at the beginning . I don't think there is any investor or trader only invest in only one ICO project or cryptocurrency cause it's really risky and they can't lost up to 90% of their money if they invested in terrible cryptocurrency or project .

I think you got answer for you question already . It's July now and Bitcoin price is still under $9k . But maybe next month, August, BTC price can rise back to $9000 or $10000 and it'll be more than $20k at least at the end of this year . After Bitcoin reach to new ATH price then it'll be the best time for Altcoin to follow Bitcoin price . Beside at the moment when Bitcoin and ETH price are increasing rapidly, I think it's a good time to invest in Altcoins
