This is interesting. I remember smcardle mentioning that he is working on a dedicated exchange for Coino that will be based in New Zealand. Not sure if it will involve exchanging coino for fiat.

This new exchange could be something we need. The goal is to make coino accessible to many people and I think having the capability of directly exchanging fiat to coino will help that.

Would definitely like to hear what the devs think about this.  Let's have a discussion and consider this as a community. Like XZed said, let's not miss a potentially good opportunity.

We could see a potential in adding coino to our exchange, only we ask something for something, so a certain amount of coinos to be used as giveaways etc. or even a certain kind of investment in regards to promoting the coin on our site, adding it to other areas as well all explained thoroughly on reply e-mail.

Hi People.

I must apologise for being away for so long.

I went on a little get away and had a rather nasty accident which incapacitated me for a couple of weeks.

However, I have now been given the all clear and will be getting back to things slowly over the next week.

I have a lot to catch up on with Coin(O) and will be addressing these in the best timely fashion I can.
What I would most like to get across is that development around Coin(O) will be continuing

Just to keep you all informed that we, the coin(O) community team, are working hard in the background to make Coin(O) a world class coin.

There are some good conversations going on over in the irc at freenode.net. just join the #coinocoin channel and join us.

Some of the things we are working on at the moment are a new website design for coinocoin.com and we are also beta testing a new web wallet. There are not many coins out there with their own web wallet and this will allow you to access your coins on any device.

We hope to have some more details about how you can get your new Coin(O) web wallet in the next few days. The current testing is going well and we will only be making a few aesthetic changes before going live as the core functionality seems to be pretty stable.

The new MAC wallet has been released.

You can find a link to it on www.CoinoCoin.com, or you can link directly from here:

Please backup your wallet.dat file just in case.  There is no need to delete the blockchain.  You can simply use the update and you will re-sync to the network and have your coins.

You may find the initial sync to be slow.  If you are an advanced user, you can use this command:
addnode=70.38.54.10

If you don't understand that command, don't worry.  Your wallet will just take a few extra minutes to synchronize.

Yes please.  Closing it and leaving it closed is safe.  When the new wallet file is available, there will also be steps to upgrade.  You will need to backup your wallet.dat file "just in case". 

Once the new wallet is installed, it will sync and you will have your coins.

We are now into the last hours of March and I am keeping my eyes peeled for new posts and updates regarding Coin(O)

it is too hard for one person to be all dev, marketer, supporter, and PR at the sometime

how about BTC?? we dont know who is dev, but BTC rate up to >$1000
and you complain because coino dev no answer for 2 day?? lol

2 years was in the past for btc. Coins have gained momentum and the world of cryptos is changing so fast that 1 months means 1 year .

Are you all IQ liberated? With a dev that is AFK not doing anything, No marketing, no announcements, no interest in social advertisment. Not even active on his own thread. You guys are still saying spam coino everywhere. I say dont do anything let this coin die if Coino wont response to all these and act like a real dev.
