i wanted to ask what benefits will the DTR token bring? do you get discounts on fees? or is there some other use of the tokens?

in my understanding this means that you will pay for your opinion on future coin listings. like i will pay DTR tokens to vote that some XYZ/ETH pair will be listed.

2018 will be the year of alts. but eth cant reach 20k imo.

so how will Tokens.net function? What will does DTRs do? or make you get?

yes. the smart contract is written to close @25million dollar (they reduced the hardcap to 12.5). and now they open or close donations as eth price goes up or down
