I don't quite get your point. From your post, you claim to be able to get some nice profit through gambling with a secret strategy.
But if all the investments are held by Maidak, how are you going to use them and generate the 10% return?
He'll use his own bank roll (assuming it is more than 1BTC since that is the max investment) and then gamble with that. If the casino is shut down or if the site closes, he still gets 75%.
My assumption is he has another guy either paying him for this post, or knows how to play and he is investing in him. I can't think of any other reason why someone would do this. Definitely not for themselves.
It seems he would invest in someone who is or claims to be professional with his own funds, gets his return, gets funds out of escrow etc. It makes sense if you think about it.
