Hi
I placed an order on the 10th
paid on the 10th
order id is  00120140210120555264BhPRfp260673
and it still has not been shipped
common BITMAIN get it shipped out please.

Hi, Bitmain made a statement saying orders would be shipped out today, so please advise 48hours for tracking.

If you haven't got it by then just drop them an email or raise a ticket.

Bitmain team is working there socks of to get all these packages sent out on time. Yes there has been issues with invoices not being filled in correctly or some details missed.

This is only due to the sheer amount of rush they are in to keep us customers happy.

Stand by for update from Bitmain

is this actually from bitmain or you just created for them?
This is running from my server and support for Bitmain - Tickets are raised with bitmain support email also my support team.

Just trying to help anyone that has issues to take the weight of a lot of worrying customer.

System is now full up and running

Is this site Bitmain approved and sanctioned? What does it cost for your support? Thanks.

To make it clear all I have done is created a place for Bitmains customer a easy place to contact and log any faults which are then  send direct to Bitmain email which is support team checks.

I am providing my service at a total free cost. I have a team of 8 members that are very technical and will provide direct assistance for any of Bitmain or Sushis customers.

Cheers

really? why u have to always help someone who is doing good job? first u was creating RAFFLE with cubes and u did dig around outcast3k and tried to overtake his group buy, than u was copycat for mining hardware with your group buy. u even mentioned Th  machines from your source. ninelives from mininghardware.co.uk mention this in His newsletter. than u tried threat him with action from admins  of this forum. now this?! do u really think that bitmain is not doing good job? u don't think that several threads about support and overclocking or setting thing up is not enough? did actually bitmain even been notified that u gonna answer to any question given to him not to u? do u realise that u gonna flood him with unnecessary mails? if anyone need help with anything email is provided on their website. and YES they replying fast for any queries.

Also the good thing about my ticket system is much easier to keep track of issues rather than missing posts on here.

Hope this clears any issues,

Thanks

Next question is: Why ?

I mean I know why: To receive support

What I mean is what do you get out of it. I am just curious.

I have problems with customs. Watch previous post on this thread Smiley

Sorry buddy. I should have quoted. The question was for Crover and his new support portal for Bitmain. Wink

Raise a ticket and my team will be willing to help and pass onto Bitmain, customs can be an easy sort.

You probably should have made that clear when you announced this service.

Do you have some sort of direct line to Bitmain support? Are we going to get our RMA issues resolved faster when using your site? Why not just email Bitmain support directly? ...cut out the middleman.  I might just be paranoid, but why would I want to give my information to a third unknown party?

Do you ask for donations or is it really free?  The forum bitcointalk.org is truly free.  Why wouldn't I just read or post a question right here? Thanks again.

Right to make this clear to all users I am doing this 100% for free also zero adds- I provide technical support and assistance for all customers, If you are looking for RMA you are passed direct to Bitmain

I just thought it would be handy having a ticket ref where you can submit photos of issues such and keep a record. If you want to email Bitmain direct okay but some people like a ticket system where they can speak to a customer service member that can help right away rather than waiting ages for bitmain to reply. Also it gives a good idea of common issues which I can pass onto Bitmain, just trying to help bitmain and customer that are having issues.

Cheers

I was contacted by ups. There were problems at customs. UPS told me it has to deliver some documents to customs. In particular I require an invoice. WHAT DO I DO?

PLEASE HELP ME

If you log into your account on bitmain web site there should be your receipt/invoice you can print out.

How customs calculate the value in FIAT ? Are They convert BTC in FIAT ?

Bitmain declares all value as 120USD unless otherwise told by the buyer. Customs fee is calculated by the tax % of your country and then UPS handle fee.

If you have any issues please raise a ticket on http://bitcoinhardware.co.vu/bitmain/ Also submit invoice to UPS for 120USD

If you need help support is waiting to assist you

Thanks

Bitmain website ready for an update ?

USB Miner also now been stopped.

Could be about to get really good news of the new miner Cheesy

Even if they are busy they should still update the customers that provide them with business, no matter how big a company gets its first protocol would always be customer service.

172  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Antminer S1 open for sale again] The last round before the Chinese New Year on: February 12, 2014, 02:19:23 PM
flipping UPS. they delivered 2 miners today. 1 no charge than second 2 hours later with different tracking details. second one courier asked for 65 pound and when challenged for receipt he said he will not gonna provide one. so my missus said she will not pay anything without receipt, and she asked this courier how he  know what should I pay. guy was surprised and when missus asked him to wait she will call ups he changed his story and provide a receipt for one miner 65pound.

beware guys as UPS or courier seems to make another wages by collecting money not backed up by any receipt.

what's funny is that every time when miners coming and I have to pay backed up by receipt its the same amount. which is 37 pound per miner. but when delivery guy trying to ask for money without receipt he asking for different amount. so conclusion is simple- delivery man making another wages by asking for money in exchange for package from China. Always ask for receipt and don't let it go if they refuse to give u one at the doorstep. U have to prove that u paid in case of any complication.

Not sure if you are UK bases like be but what I do is pay customs fee as soon as it leaves china so there is zero issues with delivery and payment on the door as UPS can be utter nightmare when taking payments my card got blocked due to them not liking the account it was being paid into

Be aware

Please update us on stock level and things

Yeah been looking into it all night, Seems like the payments have hit my wallet address at Localcoins then vanished yet 1 out of 5 went though.

Have raised a ticket with localcoins and missing 0.2BTC roughly and would be pretty pissed if I never got it back.

Is there anyway to see where the coins went after they hit Localcoins ?

The address they were sent to are 1JXhZpoUnMh1vwD7SPsrQaWxYVpG5fbhSN

Missing amounts of:

2014-02-10 16:24:48 (G)   0.06262604 BTC
2014-02-09 20:03:12 (G)   0.05129054 BTC
2014-02-09 06:41:20 (G)   0.04412432 BTC
2014-02-08 15:09:20 (G)   0.04274496 BTC

Can be seen hitting the wallet anyone make sense of the account or where they went next ?

Cheers

As I can see from your miner page, the first payout was sent as a "send" transaction, not a generation transaction. (Eligius usally tries do do all payouts from generations, it is safer that way, but occasionnaly, there is a hiccup in the system and the coins are sent later, with a "send" transaction.) That's why your first payout went trough.

Now if I follow the transaction for 0.04274496 BTC on blockchain.info, I can see that the tx 76800ce837512dcb4b88bd81cb66689bcfbd7f8194eccf5a0a3d5ba7b8382277 indeed sent 0.04274496 BTC to 1JXhZpoUnMh1vwD7SPsrQaWxYVpG5fbhSN. Those 0.04274496 BTC, with some other coins,  were then spent to a bunch of other addresses.

The exchange thus really noticed the coins, but that does not mean (yet) that they "stole" them.

At this point, Eligius can do nothing for you to recover those four payments.

However, I would advise that you immediately change your mining address to somewhere else, eighter wallet you run on your computer (safest), or an e-wallet. (I find the blockchain.info wallet quite good.)

Maybe you could have luck in asking wizkid or luke-jr, the pool operator, to send the remainder of the balance as a "send" transaction instead of a generation transaction. (But I wouldn't count on that either. For security reasons, they don't accept requests to send an accout's balance to another address. But maybe asking of it to be sent to the same address, but by a different mechanism, they would accept. I don't know.)

Yeah the first payment I got came though not an issue but then I was getting rather worried when  none of the rest were coming though, I have since pulled that account and opened with Blockchain.

I have raised a ticket with Localcoins as the BTC hit my wallet then went to diffrent address. If Wizkid is reading this let me know if you can help me resolve the issue.

Hopefully gets all resolved or will be a few days wasted  Cry

Nothing I can do since Eligius paid the coins to the address you used at the pool. Sorry. Sad you'll have to take it up with localcoins

Yeah not a problem, learnt that mistake early even though 2 days lost nothing huge I guess. Hopefully Localcoins reply to me.

Thank though

If you click on the "G" on your payments, you can see the page of the block that payed it. If you find your address on that page, then you were payed out. (Or if you don't trust it, you can go check the block on blockexplorer or blockchain.info) If you were payed out, then the pool doesnt have the money anymore and the problem is on your client side.

First, some client won't show unconfirmed transactions. Generations transations take 120 blocks to confirm, about a day.

Second, exchange wallets, such as BTC-E, do NOT support generation transactions, as it is stated on their site. Generated coins sent to that address are simply lost/kept by the exchange. (If it's the case, you might be lucky if you contact them)
