161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: it's been a long time I have access mew on: May 01, 2019, 01:26:31 PM
When I saw it also , it took me time to understand it. It’s an upgrade and it’s a cool one. Nothing to worry or panic about. Just play around the site and familiarize yourself with it. Otherwise you can import your keys to imtoken or Trust wallet.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I stopped trading. 3 reasons why. on: May 01, 2019, 01:11:27 PM
The fact is that trading is very tasking especially for newbie because there is so many things to take note of and most times emotions usually takes over ones judgement and this dosent always result well. This is why most people give up on trading.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BNB the Next Bitcoin? on: April 28, 2019, 10:12:02 PM
binance coin is so far from being the next bitcoin. wouldnt even try to compare it to bitcoin because it dosent match up. binance coin is just an utility token that seems to have some attractions to it at this time because of the activities of the exchange since the beginning of this year.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will never sell my Alts for loss: Prefer to take them to the cemetery! on: April 28, 2019, 10:03:00 PM
in some cases, it is better to sell of some coins and move on. this mostly depends on the kind of coin you are holding. its always good to make deep research before choosing a coin that you will hold for long term investment so that you will avoid fustration that can make you sell at loss no when things go bad. also, its a risk that you are taking so you should be able to bear it if things dont go as expected. its part of the game.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do lot of people hate bounty dumpers? on: April 28, 2019, 09:53:35 PM
why they do this is because they think hunters are the ones that dump the token whereas its not so. after a project makes a private sale whee investors bought tokens that is way cheaper than the crowdsale price. most times the dumpers are either the team or the private sale investors because they bought the tokens cheaper with a lot of bonuses. they try to cover this up by saying the hunters are the dumpers.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is the FINAL on: April 28, 2019, 09:37:18 PM
this has been before but now it takes time for any anyhow project to get listed on exchange. because of the way things has been and investors dont invest in new projects like before which is why IEO has been adopted by many platforms to raise funds. projects find it difficult to list on exchange after raising fund through ICO but now they list on exchange that host their IEO.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have learnt to cash out on: April 28, 2019, 08:53:04 PM
cashing out is the best especially when you are following up the project you are holding. however its good to hold a coin but one needs to be careful with the kind of coin you hold. one of the best things to do when holding a coin is to trade it so you can increase your holding over time while you can also cash out at intervals.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LESS REWARD on: April 28, 2019, 08:36:12 PM
bounty rewards are irrespective of the season whether bull or bear , but what has been happening is project avoiding payments. there are some opportunity that we need to look into like you said especially the trading aspect where we can make some cool money apart from promoting a project. another opportunity is to buy a token at a low price and sell when its high.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers running free on: April 28, 2019, 08:30:46 PM
this is one of the major reason why many people want regulation to enforced so that investors will stop losing money to scammers. this is one of the reasons why SEC has come out to try and regulate crypto activities and we have seen the effect of this on the market and also some project owners and left the project and ran away while some have been apprehended, others will soon be caught. this things have changed because of the fear of SEC.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be aware of the new exchange's IEO! on: April 28, 2019, 10:06:18 AM
IEO is currently trending and its the best so far because it limits scam rates by projects especially the top exchanges offering IEO. now that so many exchange has copied that , its now turning to means to generate money for both exchange and project. the fact remains that one needs to be careful and mind the kind of exchange you put your money.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: April 28, 2019, 09:59:15 AM
because there is nothing i can do about it. so many of them that i cant sell , i am just holding because anyone of them might wakeup tomorow and do wonders then i will sell off and move on.but this usually takes long time if it will happen. so the best is to be patient and keep holding.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JUST 1 TIP ON HOW TO AVOID STUPID PROJECTS JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY on: April 28, 2019, 09:28:13 AM
the problem is how do we know projects that turn out to be like this ? so many empty promises that are not fulfilled. the fact is that we all know its not an easy task, but projects owners should stop promising what they cant do which they only use to lure investors to invest in their project. these days its more reduced as only serious projects gets investors to invest based on their credibility and working product not just on hype as before.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you make money from crypto? (Bitcoin and alt-coins). on: April 27, 2019, 05:20:36 AM
So far the best way is to learn and understand how to trade and make profit with it by buying low and selling high.  The days of seeing huge profit from Ico when you invest is gone and might even turn to a loss for you ! Why I say trading is because the market is predictable now if analysis is well done and followed. At least you are in control of your funds.
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The right time for investment? on: April 27, 2019, 05:13:23 AM
To me I always say that investment time in cryptocurrency depends on many factors like why you are investing , how long do you want to invest , how much do you want to invest , how much risk can take , how committed are you to following up your portfolio. These will guide you to when to invest based on your answers. Another important thing is to choose coins that have real uses cases with value addition like the top 10-20 coins on CMC and not a pump and dump coin. Also you need to look for hidden gems with low market cap and consider them also .
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: April 27, 2019, 05:04:48 AM
It is not a easy thing to hold your asset and see it drop in value without doing anything , that’s why people sell in order to avoid too much loses which is understandable. Some people sell because they are in profit already so they don’t need to wait for any price increment. In short , there are many different reasons why people sell which we must respect their opinion because they are responsible for their decisions. Hodl is not for everyone.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Poloniex has been on it's journey to become great again. on: April 25, 2019, 11:28:29 AM
this is good for them but they will need to work very hard to bring back many users that has left and to return to top exchange. now the competition is high and everyone is trying to offer its users the best experience so its now a tight game. they had the chance and didnt utilize it very well. poloniex was the first exchange i used but unfortunately i left because of too many complains almost everytime.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bill gates says cryptocurrency is bad on: April 25, 2019, 11:11:51 AM
over the years these issues has been on and the government couldnt find a lasting solution to it. even though bill gates might be right but i do have a different opinion and i believe the blockchain technology will find a way to stop and put an end to this issues in the near future.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alternative coins to invest now for 2020 on: April 25, 2019, 10:54:01 AM
i would recommend for you to extensively research the top 10 coins on the cryptomarketcap(CMC) and make your choices base on your findings. also you should look out for some low cap coins and also some exchange coins that have good future. the divide your capital among all these and follow them up.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Galaxy S10, next is Samsung Coin? on: April 25, 2019, 10:47:05 AM
now it seems that everyone top companies wants to make their coin and join the cryptocurrency wave. one thing am bothered with is that it probably going to be centralized which is not what a true cryptocurrency stands for. an advantage of this kind of coin is they eventually come is that they will help to increase adoption and make more people know about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi Nakamoto was known in person on: April 21, 2019, 08:16:22 AM
its a good one that the real identity of Satoshi and it has really helped alot. despite that many people have tried to take his glory but it didnt work out for them. no one can be Satoshi , what he has done is extraordinary and the glory is for him and everyone that believes and support his work and ideology.
