Die Stromkosten sind aus meiner Sicht der mit Abstand größte Kostentreiber.
Solange z.B. in den USA Strompreise von 0,01 US Cent pro kWh aufgerufen werden sind wir bei unseren Verhältnissen sofort am Grenznutzen, bzw. darunter. Wenn dann die BTC Diff wieder steigt (könnten morgen so gegen 6 % werden) und der BTC Kurs aber schon länger am sinken ist (heute ca. 234 Euro), wo soll da die Perspektive eines Paybacks sein, geschweige denn ein Profit ?
Nicht zu vergessen, dass alles am fließen ist, wir betrachten nur eine Momentaufnahme, bei der bei 12 Euro Cent pro kWh (angenommen 14 US Cent) bei Coinwarz beim Profit gerade so noch keine rote Zahl steht, nämlich bei einem Antminer S4 1,79 USD/day (bei 4,70 $ for electricity), würde mal sagen ganz schön knapp über 0.
Trotzdem alles Gute für euren Versuch, vielleicht könnt ihr die Kosten ja noch senken.

I have a problem with verters pool, my mails come back: "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender", "< pool@verters.com>: connect to verters.com[178.33.14.208]:25: Connection refused". Homepage login is possible, but not sending messages. Did I misss something ? |

just transfered 65 VTC to an exchange, that was over a week GPU-mining, no cent profit at all, think relation earnings to costs is around 20 %, I am in it not for the money, but for what ? what's up with that price? for the moment basement, without asic and fly like an airplane hit :/
gpu miner facts #1 A gpu miner can't hold a coin for more than 10minutes without trying to dump it in a exchange  gpu miner facts #2: a gpu miner miner wants always to sell his coin first, no matter what gpu miner facts #3: Sell panic is the normal state of mind of gpu miners, because they always thinks other gpu miner will try to sell first and lower than them... and actually that's what they do gpu miner facts #4: gpu miners love to complain about how unprofitable a coin is, that's why they don't care about keeping a coin profitable (better than Chuck Norris facts, Gpu miner facts) I'd like to add fact #4: gpu miners feel very accomplished when they profit 1cent per week. |

last time I've read something from simon@hashra the "on track" was ment as "we are on track of our schedule to start the deliveri of the miner in december" nothing more ...
Or do you have a changed orderstatus in your account.

my linux64 system: GPU: R9 280x, 920 kh/s VTC, 1080/1500, TC 8182, g 2; CPU: AMD8Core, 330 h/s XMR (VTC: CPU Miner only 5 kh/s).

CPU Miner has a Diff-Problem, with 0.01 Diff it works much better than with 0.1,
it seems 0.001 would bring more acceptences.
