при заполнении платежного поручения в интернет-банкинге требуется ввести ИНН получателя, а его в инструкции пополнения RUR и реквизитах его нет (указан только ИНН банка ВТБ). Что нужно указать в поле "ИНН получателя" при поплнении счета банковским рублевым переводом?
