Actually you are wrong when you say that no one really profits from it. If you have observe the market which is highly volatile that means those who day trade had earned on it already. Some of them are using a system to day trade. ANother thing that that others are earning is mining, those exchanges, and ICO projects which gather relatively huge amount of fiat money for the project to implement and created an opportunity for some other individuals.

I think you are wrong because the money to be invested will depend upon the financial capabilities of the investor. Those rich people will probably invest higher amount of money also since they are rich and poor individuals may invest low amount since they are poor like me. So storing bitcoin safely is to use an offline digital wallet where it could never be reach by these smart people. Yes because digital wallet could be breach out by those smart hacker that will lead you to a phishing site that will let you disclose your private key. Ban on crypto ads will depend on each country regarding on if the system is being rejected or accepted. Nope it wont happen because ETH is an alternative coin for bitcoin so an alternative works like a shadow and a shadow could never beat the owner of that shadow. Anyway if ethereum will create its block chain that will literally could not be decrypted by anybody then probably it could stand on its own feet. Ethereum is only a platform unlike bitcoin that literally a digital currency a crypto currency where the data is being encrypted and will be difficult to decrypt.

Well it is so unfortunate that bitcoin market price could not ge a good market price. As we all know that last year 2017 was a very good time for bitcoin and it even reaches its peak market price to 19K usd compared today that could barely go beyond 9K USD or 10K USD. I could barely imagine what really happen to bitcoin and why the market price could not go high compared to the 2017 market price for bitcoin.
