161  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Institutions secretly HODL Bitcoin? on: February 18, 2019, 02:14:51 PM
May they are, it is quite possible. But more often than an institution would be individuals who have higher ranks within that institution could have keep bitcoin for themselves. On some post here in this site, if it was true some did really have even some problems that have mentally affected them causing so much depression due to getting hooked up so much about bitcoin and especially those times when they would almost seem to have been so attached with bitcoin investments. I for one have so much interest on it when I heard about it. I did not plan to get rich but the thing about trading coins makes me feel happy. Especially when I first entered cryptocurrency and experimented about it. It was fun and I wouldn't even wonder if others would have so much love on bitcoin.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there still opportunities for ICO? on: February 18, 2019, 10:37:54 AM
Expect that new ICOs will have a hard time catching up to the phase or status the old successful ICOs have made. The more ICOs that have emerged the greater will be there competition despite the fact that they are really not similar to any ICO. Uniqueness in the ICO may be a good strategy to surpass others in terms of achievement or status but it does not actually guarantee better movements of the coin. This is because we use money to buy these coins and because an investor will have only a limited amount of money to buy something it would be for certain that he will only buy a few of these coins. This makes it difficult for new ICOs to get into the competition. This is now up to the developer to make it more attractive, so comes more advertisement to attract people.
163  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency lending business. on: February 18, 2019, 09:35:13 AM
In any manner you might be just looking at bitcoin as a currency similar to fiat and for me there is no problem with bitcoin lending. The only gap that I think may be a hindrance is the idea that bitcoin does not equate money in terms of usage, which means that people have to convert it back to money in order to buy things or for whatever it may serve him best. If it should happen that bitcoin will be more like fiat in the years to come then it will just be the beginning of the new era of digital money. Where you don't have to exchange bitcoin for fiat since by itself it can already purchase or pay for something you need. This may happen in the years to come.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin conceptualization in the context of globalization on: February 17, 2019, 04:29:00 PM
We know how bitcoin have helped people a lot anywhere in the world as long as there is any available exchange for it. It has certainly changed the way people look at the trading and business. An online trading for products or any business in general have become easy with the bitcoin as global payment system. Bitcoin is a really a global starter for technologies such as these to used in the future and these concept is creating links between people from different races and walks of life and an important aspect of connecting between different economies.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin now the biggest bubble of all time? on: February 16, 2019, 09:10:13 AM
For me it is not about looking at the bubble thing, it's about looking at how it had made the lives of people easy when they could use bitcoin to serve the purpose which other systems could have made it so complicated. Imagine sending money to serve a very important or urgent need like in case of an emergency, where people before got no choice but wait for so much time and do a lot of effort just to send it. Bitcoin creates a shortcut and that is what I do like most about it.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy now or wait? on: February 15, 2019, 01:27:53 PM
It's almost the most effective rule you have just followed and I would do the same. Buy when low and sell when high. The only problem you might want to know next is whether if the prices hits the rock bottom or not. So you need research to determine the right time to buy. Hope this helps you.

167  Economy / Economics / Re: Google is ending its sweeping ban on cryptocurrency-related advertising. on: February 15, 2019, 07:56:17 AM
It could be a possible preparation but I think this do not really concern much about the reversal of bitcoin prices. I think that google was just helping out during those times when there was so much problem with the scams created by fake ICOs that could have used google services. Even until now they are really still not lifting it totally because there is still regulation that is imposed as what I have understood about what you have posted. But that is good because we would never want to become victims of scams.

168  Economy / Economics / Re: Is government the most influential factor that affects Bitcoin price? on: February 14, 2019, 12:45:44 PM
There is a serious impact to bitcoin if in such manner for example  big country like the US will no longer support bitcoin. But given that bitcoin does not only reside on a single country but the whole world it will certainly continue to move forward not unless everyone else will do the same. As to the price there will certainly be a change since they are one of the biggest users of bitcoin and losing them could mean a lot of change in the bitcoin value.
169  Economy / Economics / Re: The dollar affects Bitcoin? on: February 14, 2019, 08:14:47 AM
The possible connection of dollar to bitcoin is the number of users that buys the cryptocurrency using it. The more users using dollar to buy and trade bitcoin, the more effect it may have to its value. To make the analysis simple, consider only the US as the main user of bitcoin. When the dollar value goes up against bitcoin the next possible effect would be that the more users will buy the bitcoin because it is lower in price and they could buy more than what they could have bought previously. When sales goes up, the demands surely goes up as well and eventually will make the price of bitcoin go high.
170  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is the world economy is sliding down? And how bitcoin may help it? on: February 13, 2019, 10:23:53 AM
I don't actually see bitcoin as an additional threat to the world's economy. I am certain that all the leaders around the world are watching bitcoin movements, most especially big countries like the US and because of this any effect if there is are always manage right then and there easily. Bitcoin usage on the other hand is not so high as of now which makes it under the influence of the movements  of the real physical economy. Not unless if in everyday or on everything we do we use bitcoin as a payment system or as a currency. So that, bitcoin as of this time is more often used for its utility and not yet widely used as the main currency similar to fiat. In my locality I have not seen so many stores yet that offers bitcoin payments. Only exchanges and some selected stores are really using bitcoin.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: do we still have hope to be able to see bull run?? on: February 13, 2019, 09:10:58 AM
There will be for certain but it may not be as immediate as anybody else would want to. The market has to regain its previous status by opening more demands and opportunities for cryptocurrency to be used more often. Plainly holding cryptocurrency doesn't actually help that much but utility does so. I am hoping someday cryptocurrency will be really put to use on almost anything. As of now it is not the case yet in my locality.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are other ways to earn? on: February 13, 2019, 12:41:25 AM
Cryptocurrency investments is as hard as investing real money and is almost similar in so many ways. But there is more to cryptocurrency due to some sudden volatility which may work on your favor or not depending on how knowledgeable you are. It needs more research to be an accomplished cryptocurrency investor, so I would suggest to keep your eye on how cryptocurrency behaves, your brain to analyze what movements you have seen and prepare your self emotionally so as to have a strong stand and not get carried away by some FUDs anywhere on the internet.
173  Economy / Economics / Re: Opinions about the emergence of new Coins on: February 13, 2019, 12:07:12 AM
I think that the new coins do not really affect bitcoin so much. But for those altcoins that did not have much popularity it may certainly affect. We know for a fact that bitcoin have lived even with so many competitors around. The more new coins are coming in the more struggling it is for the new and unknown coins for sure. Trading might be tough as competitions between them are getting large in terms numbers and the more divided the users will be. So it will be up to the developer to accept the challenges to face. Innovations will certainly play a role for the success of the new coin.
174  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Ok, here's a 1BTC puzzle. on: February 12, 2019, 02:01:18 PM
Post like these is somehow interesting enough to hook up somebody into thinking. Its good to keep the brain working sometimes. Its just enjoying, hope everyone else feels the same way too. By the way its fun to see how one forum member searched a photo with 21 teeth but failed because 20 teeth was only seen. Very nice and funny effort. OP maybe you can give some of your bitcoin to him? Just joking though!

175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is BTC based notary services considered bad netiquette in the community? on: February 12, 2019, 08:30:22 AM
It is actually not that bad in my opinion, though there might be some problems with the size of data being added for processing. These could lead to some delays in the processing speed. That is why probably others who are using the blockchain wouldn't agree on it. But if something like the word "melons" mentioned in the article doesn't give justice to its placement as an added data then for sure people would argue about it, especially if it is just none sense.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins are the best..!! on: February 11, 2019, 05:14:47 PM
It may and may not depending upon the movements that we see with the altcoin we are referring to. There are altcoins that really did give much profit while new on the exchanges but later it did drop more than ten times its previous price as a result it becomes almost a failure. I don't know if it could recover several years from now but I am still holding it. This idea serves as a lesson though, that not all altcoins are doing good all the time sometimes it drops, that is why we need to plam ahead and do a lot of research.

177  Economy / Economics / Re: Is small business ready to sell for cryptocurrency? on: February 11, 2019, 01:57:07 PM
If I would base my answers just in my location, I would say cryptocurrency is yet a bit partially applied or is not known as much. There is so much to work on so that it could become easy to use. The main problem that hinders is the idea that money has to pass exchanges and payment for conversion is a bit high in my locality. These results in people not being able to weigh or see the advantages of using cryptocurrency. Although for money transfer it could work because it is helpful for performing a speedy transaction with no hassle especially if it has to cross borders or cross countries. This works very well in my area unquestionably positive.

178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the ICO culture dead already? on: February 11, 2019, 03:06:37 AM
I don't think so, ICOs are still there but the only problem is that there was not much good movement for the digital market these days so for certain it would affect all in general, yet it wouldn't mean that everything will be gone and there will be no more good ICO. It is possible that ICOs are always there no matter what for as long as their is a need for it, and it only needs the right time to kick in.
179  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Worth To Be Currency? on: February 11, 2019, 02:33:11 AM
Strictly it may not equal the functions of our currency but in terms of online service it may be considered worth as a currency. There are so many things that it to has change like volatility but nevertheless it can be still be used as a payment system. I know these problems can be solved in the future human thinking evolves and the acceptance of things that are impossible for now might be possible in the future. Like, "What if bitcoin or any cryptocurrency will have a standard value in dollar regardless of usage?" or "Bitcoin prices will have a price tag that doesn't go volatile with other blocks of bitcoin?". These are ideas though but if this can be made possible then why not if it could actually help.
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC SHOULD BE STOPPED FOR BOUNTY HUNTERS on: February 10, 2019, 03:27:29 PM
Agreeable as the weight of disclosing your personality is not even proportional to the advantage that we get out of it. We could received only a very small amount more often and if our records are used to fake some documents or used for fraudulent activities we could be in jail for things we never knew of so easily. So I would stand against it as well.
