German Chancellor Angela Merkel has been named Time's Person of the Year, praised by the magazine for her leadership on everything from Syrian refugees to the Greek debt crisis. "Leaders are tested only when people don't want to follow," Time editor Nancy Gibbs said in a statement issued Wednesday. "For asking more of her country than most politicians would dare, for standing firm against tyranny as well as expedience and for providing steadfast moral leadership in a world where it is in short supply, Angela Merkel is TIME's Person of the Year." The seven other finalists include Donald Trump, the Black Lives Matter protest movement and Uber's CEO, Travis Kalanick. http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory/angela-merkel-named-times-person-year-35665545

We could see new ATH in my opinion next year so it is still good time to buy. Even if not, Bitcoin is great long term investment, but most of us here believe in tech so not many will tell you not to buy. Make your homework and decide by your self.
I highly believe that we will see the new ATH during the next year and this will be reached easily in my opinion! The end of this 2015 just confirms my theory! Hope so! What is your theory about reaching the new ATH during the next year sir?

not, if you are aiming at 1k usd to sell or higher, it's up to you and your target, there are no bad time to buy unless we are at a very high value, and we can clearly see that the price will not increase farther
not certainly a thing that will happen right now
Why do you think the price will not increase further? Can you motivate that answer please, i am doubting to invest more in BTC as well. i think you misunderstood what i've wrote, you forgot the first part of what you bolded "there are no bad time to buy unless we are at a very high value, and we can clearly see that the price will not increase farther"
i was saying that when btc will reach a very high price, the chance to go even higher will be very slim...
I see. Sorry i was a little hasty when reading.

As i am a european i am looking for the best exchange to trade from bitcoin in euro and reverse. I was out for a long time as i lost a lot on Mt Gox in the past. We all know what happened.
So i ask this question before i decide to trust my BTC to an Exchange.

If I want a bank to hold my funds I wouldn't use Bitcoin. That's big paradox. Bitcoin Bank is unnecessary, it's like you have gold but you use your gold to dig stone.
That is not true. digging stones with your gold amount doesn't grow your amount of gold. A bank has interests.

Must be from the Philippines. They tend to overuse the word sir in less than formal situations.
From Saudi Arabia, Sir. let me tell u one thing SIR, being a manager u can very well apply for a loan over their, they will provide 10 times your salary as personal loan, so why dont u try that and if my calculation is right u can get more than 50 BTC from the loan itself. if you are confident to repay the loan within 30 days then whats the trouble. cheers i guess u are from india working in saudi Sir, you are right. They can give personal loans. But the problem is that i am not at that position. One manager above me who controls the export or import can get loan. And no sir they will only provide loan equal to or less than to your salary. Yes sir, i am confident and i will pay loan within 30Days. No sir, i am not from india. Thank you for your time to reply. my dear friend, if you are drawing a salary of above SR 5000 then u can get the loan, just approach the bank where your salary is credited. i can assure you u will get the loan. Please dont argue that u cant. i know anyone can with a salary of 5k Sir, i did. I asked bank for loan but they said you are not qualified for the loan. They disapproved. I don't know why. And sir, i don't use bank to get my salary. I have tried everything but i have failed don't know what to do. And no one here trust. Anyway thank you for your time to reply. You should stop asking for a loa, people won't approve your loan especially with that red trust, there's a reason why trust system was introduced in the first time Also the fact that even bank denied your loan makes me wonder why they denied your loan in the first place Thank you, sir. But everyone is not equal. And if you are talking about red trust then sir let me tell you that those who rated negative feedback have not even tried me or had deal with me and they are calling me scammer. Trust system i think was introduced to rate positive or negative based on your experience with someone but here those who have not even replied to my topic are rating me as a scammer. And talking about bank. They said my credit score was not good. I have not used my bank account for past 3 months. Thanks again for your time to reply. And Sir thanks for being positive... Have to disagree, the red trust you have are given by trusted member that has been experienced in the world of bitcoin, there aren't many trusted member here and i think everyone here trust them because of that Trusted member don't need any experience dealing with you because they have an experience from dealing with scammers before Unless you're trying to say that we shouldn't trust the trusted members Sir you are right. Trusted members did what they should. I hope they also had the experience to differentiate the scammer and one who is not. But calling someone thief without having proof of anything stolen is not right . ( i think ) Thank you for your time to reply. In a constitutional state it is not right to call someone a thief without proof, that is true Ali. But in the desert where your roots lie, or you maybe still live, it probably is normal. So whats the problem here Ali the Oiltrader ?

It would be nice dear ALi the Oiltrader if you would explain us what your strategy is.

Best regards.

Would you, or would you not?
No, because bitcoin is created against the idea of central banks that are controling money and when you put your bitcoin under bank control so you do not understand the purpose of it I understand the purpose of BTC sir. I just see things in another perspective.

The rate is just too unrealistic.. The profit of the bank has to come from somewhere to pay your interest rates. They will most likely be doing some extremely risky investments to pay you then.
There is no difference with real money banks here... the difference is that real banks are insured against loss assume we live in 2020, BTC is a stable and trustable currency and the BTC bank is insured for losses. Would you trust your BTC to a bank with an annual 10%?
