You are not alone in this situation, but I would only say you lost half of your money, if you cash out. Be patient, And you can see 3X-es again, I think.

I like Cardano, but don't think 10$ would be realistic, I would say maybe around 1-2$ in the end of the year.

It may not even be profitable, you have to choose a nice project, with some luck, and wisdom included, and than you may can earn some good profit within some months.

If you want to mine crypto, you need to invest a lot of money, and for me it is just not worth to put the effort, as there are mining farms, with much better conditions, like electricity price. If you have time for it, you can do bounties, while just doing your regular things, like enjoying the forums.

I am not sure, if alcoins were ever stable.  Volatirity is high in the crypto world, it's just the nature of this market right know. Maybe in a couple of years, it will change, or at least the TOP coins.

A lot of clever people say, that you should buy, when everybody sells. Just like today However, I may would wait for a little comfirmation, that the bleeding is over.

I think it will last for a long time, but maybe not forever, there will be a better technology sometime for sure. However right now I think this is the TOP we got, it just hard for many people to understand, what this is. I tell many people how, and why cryptocurrencies are good, the benefits, and many times they just say: For me the money is what I can hold in my hand 

Well, to be honest, I put some money in BitConnect, despite I had a pretty strong feeling, it is too good to be true. Luckily it was just a small portion of my portfolio, but still felt bad to be scammed 

I used to check the score in the ICO benchmark sites, also the quality of the team, and of course what the project is about, does the token has real usuage, or it is just an excuse to collect a bunch of money, as an ICO. Because IMO that is the case in quite some times.
