161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: February 12, 2019, 01:54:05 PM
So you have being wearing a signature for more that ten weeks. Each week you made more than 15 post on different thread on this forum. And just when you done with the campaign you have been asked to keep the signature for three more weeks while wait for stakes to be calculated. After stakes are calculated, it takes more than 3+ weeks for tokens to arrive in your wallet. and a month for the token to go on exchange. On exchange, all your token is worth for your hard work is just less than $50.
How do you feel?
How will you react?

As painful as this seems, it is my hard work and stress, if i let it just go i will feel even more miserable. So is best to be patient till i get the $50 worth of tokens. Its things like this that make bounty hunters merciless when it comes to dumping
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You've earned tons of tokens, NOW WHAT? on: February 11, 2019, 01:11:43 PM
The crypto world is growing everyday even with the rise and fall of the crypto market, that hasn't stop the massive growth happening now. Altcoin particularly has evolved that even noobs find it promising to lay hands on some coin.

Yes with a good and lucky trading you can earn some good money from crypto. Also through investing in an ICO or doing some bounty hunting you could find yourself with tons of tokens.

So months after months, you've earned yourself with tons of tokens but currently doesn't have much value or you just don't know what to do with them. You keep getting that hunch that your tokens will blow one day and you will lambo.

The truth is, we never can tell which project will eventually succeed or fail, we can only do research and hope it succeed like following up the project and see if any positive progress is happening. Many tokens dumped shortly after ICO and has been dead since while some are fairly stable. Personally, im a hodler because i believe cryptocurrency is a gamble which we sometime win some or lose some, so i HODL hoping in the long run some will succeed.

So, what do you do with your numerous tokens? Do you convert them to fiat or Hodl the ones you can?

Three things, dump, trade or hodl. I don't think there is any other thing that one can do with tokens. Don't always be a hodler sha. Dump sometimes too to avoid plenty regrets
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto ATMs on: February 11, 2019, 01:02:47 PM
https://cryptomenow.com/research-roughly-5-new-crypto-atms-are-being-installed-every-single-day/

About 5 a day are being added, making a total of 4k ATMs worldwide.

For comparison purposes, there are 3million fiat ATMs in the world.

It's a big deal for cryptocurrency but my question is, will we be able to withdraw tokens at the cryptocurrency ATM? I know making transfers can be done on the ATM but I still prefer Mobile wallets, stay in d comfort of your home and carry out transactions

166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment? on: February 09, 2019, 08:02:54 PM
Lots of blockchain team have developed blockchain and cryptocurrency for payment.

Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment?

Will it be useful and convenience?

Which coin do you think the best for payment in the near future?

You have to keep yourself updated. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are already used in many countries as an acceptable means of payment. Although it has not been fully adopted by some financial sectors, we hope that in the future more and more will adopt it.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: For those bounty hunters who can hardly relate on: February 08, 2019, 06:21:10 PM
To all crypto bounty hunters who can hardly relate:

Situation: ICO started their main sale and will last 2 months and offers bounty program. ICO price was $0.5.
Bounty Hunter: I will join their signature campaign! Let’s do this!

After 1 month....

Admin: We decided to pause the campaign because our legal advisor suggests for our product to be fully compliant with the country’s regulations.
Bounty Hunter: (facepalm)

After 1 month....

Admin: Good news bounty hunters! We will now resume our bounty campaign. Since ICO was extended for a month, the same goes to our bounty campaign. Happy bounty hunting!
Bounty Hunter: Yippee!!!

After 1 month (one day before the ICO ends)....

Admin edits the ICO countdown timer and replied: Due to overwhelming demand, we decided to extend the ICO to another 2 months!
Bounty Hunter: Whaaaaat??? (But decides to continue the signature campaign).

After 2 months....

Admin: Congrats bounty hunters! Our ICO is successful! Here’s the final spreadsheet!
Bounty hunter looks at the spreadsheet and replied: 1,000 stakes for me! Yippee! I’m excited for my tokens to be distributed.
Admin: Good for you! We will distribute the tokens within 2 weeks!
Bounty Hunter: All right! My hardwork finally pays off in 2 weeks! Can’t wait!

After 2 weeks....

Admin: I received an advise from our legal advisor that bounty hunters must complete KYC process. Since we have an influx of bounty hunters, approving your KYC might take days to weeks.
Bounty Hunter: (sigh) Oh well, it’s better than nothing. I’ll just do it anyway. (Logs in to site and submits KYC verification).

After 3 weeks....

Bounty Hunter receives an email that his KYC was approved and was excited, however.....
Admin: We would like to congratulate those bounty hunters who have passed their KYC. Unfortunately, we had a meeting with the development team. It has come to a conclusion that our team voted for bounty hunter tokens to be locked and will be distributed after 6 months to avoid massive dumping in the exchange.
Bounty Hunter: Admin I HATE YOU!!!!

After 6 months....

Admin: Bounty hunter tokens are now unlocked. You can now transfer your tokens from the dashboard to your ETH wallet. Thank you!

Bounty hunter transfers his tokens to his ETH wallet. After successfully transferred, he goes to Etherdelta exchange where he can trade his token to BTC or ETH. Unfortunately, the token’s buying orders are empty. Only selling orders appear with the lowest bid at $0.001 per token.

Bounty hunter: F*** you admin!!!!! My efforts are wasted coz’ they’re worth shitcoins!!!!
Admin: (blocks bounty hunter from Telegram channel).

Trust me guys, I’ve been here before. Are you too? 😂🤣😅

You are really on point. This and more we face everyday, there is a bounty that is currently in it's 48th or 52nd week I think (name withheld). I can only imagine what the hunters are going through and how dey will feel if the project doesn't end well. I'm glad I joined just d content campaign. I'm not that patient.

The most annoying aspect is how hunters are being evicted from their groups without any second thought. I happened to me just last week after waiting for 6 months
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy now or wait? on: February 08, 2019, 06:16:06 PM
This is a good time to buy but I feel this dip will last for a longer time, BTC may drop even more so if you are investing now remove your mind from profits anytime soon
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SHOW NO MERCY TO SCAMMERS! on: February 07, 2019, 09:15:08 AM
I think we need FRAUD LISTING thread on Bitcointalk forum to fight scammers and bounty hunters need to come together as ONE ,they are the ones Help PROMOTING all this fake projects ,they should be able to warn each other when a fake/scam project get launched on the forum and get the scam project banned off the forum ,we should all remember that the more fake projects are been launched of this forum right under our noses the more cryptocurrency will keep looking bad and NEWBIES are the victims most times ,we investors and bounty hunters have the power to make BITCOINTALK FORUM BETTER.

UPDATE!

As a NEWBIE I never knew we have a scam accusation thread on here ,so newbies like me and for those who doesn't know please let's keep the thread alive ,I believe this will safe many newbies from falling victims
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

They are some forums like that on Bitcointalk but as you have already noticed it hasn't helped to reduce scam, people just close their eyes and get scammed. Best way to help newbies is to teach them on how to be vigilant cos they might be no end to scamming
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Short-term or long-term investment? on: February 07, 2019, 09:11:15 AM
I want to invest with $ 2000, and I will choose 5 altcoins. Maybe one of them is Cardano. Is the short term more likely to gain profit or vice versa with the long term? Thank you.

Right now the market is not stable so my suggestion is short term. When ever the market picks up you can make some profits and pull out for a while cos I know the market will still drop even if it picks up now so enjoy bshort term investing for the main time
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥[BOUNTY] CAT.EX PLATFORM - Transaction Mining Exchange-250K USD To Share🔥🔥 on: February 07, 2019, 09:02:22 AM
Catex exchange offers its users a new model of crypto-trading which is mining trading. This type of trading involves the extraction of digital assets through the use of the internal currency of the exchange, and the process of buying or selling virtual currency will create a CATT token, which will be credited to the merchant's account in exchange for the fee paid.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Government does not like crypto? on: February 06, 2019, 06:46:10 PM
Cryptocurrency is the most popular terms nowadays. People like cryptocurrency so much. Many people are involving in the crypto world. Everyone wants to earn money from cryptocurrency. While people are liking cryptocurrency, Government does not like it at all. In some countries, the government banned the cryptocurrency. What is the reason behind this banned?

It's obvious, cryptocurrency breaks the centralized system and gives the rights of holding money to the people. One can easily get loans and pay back without much issues unlike with the banks and their long process. As long as there is cryptocurrency and that most aspects of it believes in decentralization, the government will always have issues
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now or never! on: February 06, 2019, 06:40:41 PM
It will be very difficult to dump the market further(it is possible, but it will be very difficult and dangerous), because the miners are already working at a loss on some coins, like ethereum. Bitcoin almost fell to mining cost price, so, i think, it worth to start to buy now.

Yeah there is no better time to buy than now but many average Investors and their investments have gone so low. No cash. But from what I'm seeing, the dip is not over just don't borrow money to invest so you don't cry harder than now  Grin
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can myetherwallet still work? on: February 05, 2019, 09:22:49 PM
I heard that the wallet MEW may not be used anymore, this information is true. So if the wallet MEW for some reason can not be used then can we use any other wallet?

I've heard quite a number of complains about this myetherwallet and although people consider it as the best, I don't think it is very safe. I still maintain that ImToken wallet is much better
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to invest on: February 04, 2019, 06:13:03 PM
Carry out proper research before investing, I recommend Ethereum it is low right now. Crypto investment is a big risk so take your time and make sure the decision is yours, don't feel pressured so that what ever the outcome is you will know you made your decision yourself
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is CMC still safe at all ?? on: February 02, 2019, 06:02:40 PM
CMC is ok. We can get information easily from there and it's not the fault of the CMC if projects exits as scam, I agree that they are suppose to clean up the platform but they can't be blamed for tokens that exit as scam. If there is no CoinMarketCap will crypto be complete?

178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to get reliable bounties on: February 01, 2019, 07:21:33 PM
I have seen a lot threads here about how to choose good bounties. It shows the challenges many of us here are going through in choosing a good bounty. If you really want to maximize  your chances of participating in bounties of successful ICOs, i will recommend Bountyhive for you. The success rate of their bounties is very high. Their social media campaign is less stressful because of the absence of weekly reports. They have a limit as to the number of participants in each campaign thereby enabling you to earn a higher income. Although there are certain drawbacks in their processes such as your inability to see your weekly earnings on their spreadsheet, in general their services are really good and i will recommend for everyone

Bountyhive in my opinion isn't a very good choice, their bounties success rate is poor and most of their bounties become useless I can name a lot of them lying dead in my wallet. I would recommend bounty0x instead because they are trying but in all bounties on the Bitcointalk have been more than 50% successful

Ethereum is a go at this point. It will give good returns when the bull comes. Any other coin you wish to buy, study very well, check past trade history and other stuff so that you don't dive in and drawn
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be put to an end? on: January 31, 2019, 02:35:41 PM
It seems to me that there are new projects everyday in this Crypto industry. This has made me to think about the total number of fiat currencies in the world. I got to know that there are about 180 fiat currencies recognized by the UN.  CMC recognizes 2094 cryptocurrencies as at now.  Looking at the difference, do you think it'll help us to compete with fiats?
How does the numerous cryptocurrencies affect the growth of our Crypto industry.
Will putting an end to ICOS do something good in the crypto industry?

If ICOs are put to an end there will be no way for projects to come to light because they all need funds to actualize their plans, although because of this same ICOs, the crypto space is now filled with so many scam tokens so if ICO should be put to an end, then another method to raise funds should be presented
