161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will never join AirDrop programs any more on: August 19, 2018, 10:49:39 PM
When a company starts giving away their tokens without generating anything in return, this must be extremely suspicious, as they could make a bounty that would be much more beneficial, as it would work as a marketing campaign and that would help the funding of the project, but with airdrops I don't see that they benefit in anything, that only bring people who want free tokens and they get rid of them as soon as possible.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin fever coming back? on: August 19, 2018, 03:21:18 AM
the real answer that any prudent person can give you is: nobody knows, it's really quite difficult to predict the market, because there are many factors that influence it, I hope that bitcoin has a constant flow of investors, I don't want a bubble to be created again as in late last year, because as we could see that only brings problems, but with a regulated flow of investors and a good volume of trading, I think bitcoin can be positioned with a good price and excellent utility.
163  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty is dead :( on: August 17, 2018, 05:33:39 PM
Quite suspicious really, as in any business, bounties can also be used for cheating, inside trading and so on, that's why we need certain regulations so that this façade of the wild West disappears, the best thing would be that the creators of ICOs would have to establish themselves as a real company, I know that this goes against the idea of cryptocurrencies, but it is necessary to have a better coexistence with the real world to avoid all kinds of scams.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN!!OR STAY AND CRY! on: August 17, 2018, 04:03:59 PM
Cheap attempt to spread FUD in the community, you came to the wrong forum friend, here most of us are hodlers and we don't even care about the market, or to the extent that we were easily affected by it, I think most of us here, really believe in technology and what it represents, so we have faith in cryptos and we know it will revolutionize the market and the world, if you want to leave, leave, but don't regret it afterward.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to buy ETH now? on: August 16, 2018, 08:59:24 PM
Before you make the decision as to when is a good time to buy in, perhaps it would be helpful to have a back up plan and decide your personal strategy in how you are approaching this investment from the start.

A couple questions to help you start it out.

Why are you investing in Ethereum?
What do you want out of your investment?
What are you willing to risk?

I believe that these questions are fundamental to be able to generate profits in any investment.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Really it's a disease!##Crypto maniac!! on: August 16, 2018, 07:45:18 PM
where there is a lot of money in a short time there is always this phenomenon, people are very afraid of missing the bull run and their chances to become a millionaire, that's why they try to invest in everything they see, that's why in a few months they will be disappointed when their money disappears because all they did was invest in a shitcoin without any real value or utility, then they will want to blame someone and obviously it can't be them, that's when the accusations of scams start and so on.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to pick best signature campaign on: August 15, 2018, 08:00:28 PM
There are several things you have to take into account when choosing a campaign, the first thing you have to see is how many tokens will be distributed in the bounty, it is also good that the campaigns have a limit of participants, remember that the more people in the campaign the reward is more dilluted, it is important that the white paper is clear and conscious about what they want to achieve and how they are going to do it, also look at the team, when in the profile you have Ryan Goslin as the marketing director you can already know that something is not right....
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Decision in panic! on: August 15, 2018, 05:31:14 PM
I believe that when you've been playing with the market for a while now, there are always battle scars, as I call them, the most common is almost always selling a coin or a token just before it explodes, now I've acquired the philosophy of selling my main investment and leaving the rest to grow in value or collapse, I believe it has worked 50/50 but it helps a lot with the FOMO and with the decision making so its ok.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in BTC, Altcoin, or ICO on: August 14, 2018, 06:00:21 PM
I believe that before making any investment, the first thing you have to do is to have 1 BTC secured in your wallet, since the rest will depend on this currency and it is the first one that will receive the changes, at least financially, now for investments with moderate risk, you can invest in ETH, Ripple, XLR or some other of the tops altcoins, which are quite safe economically, but if you want to risk more, but be able to generate more profit, the ICOs are ideal for this.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MEW was error on: August 13, 2018, 11:11:21 PM
because of my moderate level of computer knowledge, I think it could be some DNS or IP resolution failure, also as mentioned it could be a virus, although rarely viruses are solved with a restart, it can also be because of cookies or a simple failure in the MEW server, in my case have been quite reliable, I just make sure to enter the direct link, because I have already found several dangerous sites trying to do phishing
171  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is back ? is that good time to invest ? on: August 13, 2018, 10:19:44 PM
I think that now with the price at $6200 per coin is a very good price, remember that there is always the possibility that it explodes in Q4 this year, so everyone is expecting the new high, still the volume of bitcoin is maintained, that means that the market is still working well, just have to wait for the FUD that caused the rejection of the SEC, but sooner or later they will have to pass it, and when that happens, ohh boy, the price will go up to new ATH.... I hope so.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: August 12, 2018, 07:21:00 PM
At first I just saw it as an opportunity to make transactions comfortably and easily without a lot of fees, but the more I researched the subject, I realized that it was much more than I thought, I started to read about blockchain, smart contracts, Dapps and  with every read I fell in love more, until I discovered the forum and also new ways to win cryptos with little investment, because before I thought it was a market only for millionaires.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you say about investing in ICO? on: August 11, 2018, 10:56:21 PM
haha well if that's what you like you can invest in them with confidence, the truth is I had not heard of these services, but I can tell you to be very careful because 80% of the ICOs either end up in scams or simply do not achieve their goals, you have to be aware that your money will always be at risk in this market and that you have to be very careful what we invest in and when we invest, always do your own research, good luck!
174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should buy and hold NEO? on: August 11, 2018, 09:18:03 PM
A few weeks ago we could say that yes, but with the instability of the market and how it is becoming more difficult to get investors, I think the best thing would be to hold bitcoin or ethereum instead, although the technology and the utility of NEO is undeniable, first we will see a recovery of the currencies mentioned above, and if some of that benefit comes to NEO then resumes purchases, but until then we have to wait
175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would make you trust an ICO? on: August 10, 2018, 11:11:50 PM
Well as a bounty hunter, the first thing I would recommend is not to have high expectations so early in a project, you have to be very realistic with what you expect and how long you will achieve it, because I've already been in several bounties that set themselves overly high goals and in the end they don't finish them and they leave the whole community in the air failing before starting, it's also good that you hire someone dedicated to the community and who is quite diligent.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should buy and hold NEO? on: August 09, 2018, 10:39:17 PM
I agree, NEO from what I have researched is the Chinese Ethereum, and because of its strong ties with China I think it will make one of the first currencies accepted in one of the largest markets in the world, the Chinese are strong investors and can generate a lot of wealth with crypto coins, so I have no doubt that when things are normalised there, we will see an exponential rise in the currencies that already have pre-established deals.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: August 09, 2018, 07:30:53 PM
I believe that many people can fall prey to panic, also in my case I have needed money just when I make an investment and I have to withdraw the funds after a few days, sometimes even with a loss, it is always good to try to trade or hodl in the market to get the maximum profit, but there are times when there is no other option but to take them out for some emergency.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much time does it take to make it your full time job? on: August 08, 2018, 08:18:32 PM
If you have a newbie account the first thing you'll need to do is take it to JR so there's already a month of posting, just to be able to participate in most of the bounties, I think if you can make money, especially if you do a lot of social media campaigns, of course, remember to always be in a signature as it's practically passive money and it's very beneficial.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: August 07, 2018, 08:46:49 PM
I think they appeal to different masses and don't have to compete with each other. for example; Waves intend to impact fiat currency transfers and crowdfunding markets on the blockchain. It also provides smart contracts, but they are unlike the Ethereum ones. everyone has it's own role if you need more information on both of these read the whitepaper and see for yourself
180  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your best ICO? on: August 07, 2018, 05:11:21 PM
I have had very good ICOs usually the tokens are worth a little more after a few days of the initial listing, so I usually hodl until the dumpers finish dropping the coin, if I believe in the project I invest some more, now I'm pretty happy with ARIZN, I don't want to be shill but they are going very well, fulfilling the roadmap and are quite diligent with the bounty.
