I perfectly agree on this topic and dislike is most on hearing that bounty hunters are been blamed for dumping. Most bounty hunter are been cheated upon when project managers and bounty managers realizes their token has skyrocketed in price. To prevent this mind gaming issues from happening, I think its cool for project managers to pay bounty hunters in btc or eth and face the crypto market with their investors with their native tokens.
Gone are the days that bounty hunting was really appetizing and cool to work for and still get something out of it. Off late, bounties are not paying as it use to be and basing on the present conditions to make a decision of quitting is not a good idea at all. It won't remain this way all the time, good times will come and bounty will be worth working for.
Why should you even consider the idea of promoting every bounty project, that is a tedious and time consuming work. With bounty hunting, the truth is, you cant promote every project and hence you have to be selective in choosing a project to promote after you have gone through your research into the project and the team behind it.
Judging ICOs too quickly is a bad habit in this crypto industry. Most people are found of such which is very bad. Most ICOs are just dormant at where they are now, they lack the funds and resources to move on to their destination. So instead of judging these ICO projects, its far better to analysis facts and support them in anyway you can rather judging them.
Bounties are really unpredictable. The ones we put so much trust in are the very ones that have an unsuccessful ends but the ones we consider as nothing good bounties end up increasing in value on several exchanges leaving u dumbfounded. Start treating all bounty projects equally and you will not be surprised with the predictability of bounties.
I wonder why bounty and project managers keep blaming bounty hunter for dumping? Why blame bounty hunters when you offer great deals to your early investors and when they start dumping, you begin to blame bounty hunters. Most projects locks bounty rewards for a specific time and yet still in the times of the locking, the token is being dumped, who is dumping? Its high time project manager recognize this and stop blaming hunters.
I do not even consider bounty managers or look into the manager who is managing the bounty campaign before participating because I personally believe and support the idea that the legitimacy of cryptocurrency project is never determined by bounty managers and even most of them categorically states in their bounty campaign that they are not part of the team and not responsible for whatever happens along the line.
i will participate in a new project if it is not listed in any ICO rating website because I personally do not trust any ico rating website again since I just heard a rumor some projects pay these websites for high ratings. Participation in a new ico project is about what I have researched about the project and come out with and also the team behind it not purposely whether it is listed or not on any ico rating website.
ICO's are not dead and the fact that most ico projects are not succeeding does not mean ico's are dead. most of these projects are not able to reach their goal or aim since only few amount has been raised by them and it takes more than that to reach their full potential. some just needs funds to make it boom in this crypto world.
The legitimacy of a cryptocurrency project is not and cannot be determined by a bounty manager. Bounty managers do their best to post real legit projects in other not to tarnish their image but the truth and honest of the matter is, bounty managers don;t determine the legitimacy of a cryprocurrency project. To determine the legitimacy of a crypto project, a thorough research into the project, the team behind it and their mission is what is going to help you know the legitimacy of the project not the bounty manager.
Personally I consider it to be a poor decision to judge ico projects without vivid information. Most crypto enthusiast are fond of bad mouthing new ico projects with no concrete evidence but these projects are at their dormant stages because they lack the funds and resources to push them up and with the help of just one investor into one of these projects, people will marvel as to how the project they spoke evil of sky rocketed. Judging ico's quickly is a bad idea and should be ignored.
