so do we have a set date and time for the hardfork?
Not yet. We will announce a date and time in advance once it is appointed. Well don't be hasty now... I as a small miner am nowhere close to 10.000 coins yet. With recent difficulty is hard to mine. Please keep in mind that there are quite a few small miners here. ...postpone... till small miners obtain quota of 10.000 coins ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) hard fork the sooner the better, small miners can buy some on exchanges or open wallet to mint stakes .

Wouldn't it make sense to create an extra thread for the thousands of node owners who are running HZ nodes? Their questions are always the same.
And what about programming a little script that emails you when the bounty address is empty again?
Shall I do that for you - how much do you offer? Besides the central org ... anyone who wants to pledge some HZ for this cause, please do so now, offer some HZ publicly, by saying so. Then I'll program that for you, and the nodebountygiveraddress will never be empty again. *lol*
There is such a place that exists! https://horizonplatform.io/forums/it's strange that all the letters are uppercase in the forum.

won't pos just crap on the total number of expected coins/shares produced by pow? was the goal not 9.8 million mineable coins aka 9.8% of the company's shares? how will this be achieved if tons of pos blocks netting only 0.25% are staked?
We will reduce the number of coins that were supposed to be mined by POW and increase the number of coins for POS.
We are planning to make a hardfork in a week or so.
POS stakes will be the following: 1-st year: 10% 2-nd year: 3% 3-rd - 7-th: 0.5%
POW block reward will be lowered.
New POW blocks reward will be: X-150,000 : 4 AMBER 150,001-200,000 : 3 AMBER 200,001-250,000 : 2 AMBER 250,001-500,000 : 1 AMBER
So ~ 600,000 AMBER will be available for mining and all the rest will be generated by POS. Max supply will never be changed - 49,000,000.block №1: 39,200,000 coins - coins (shares) for sale block №2 - block №721: 1 coin/block (720*1= 720 coins) block №722 - block №1441: 9 coins/block (720*9= 6480 coins) block №1442- block №491,081: 20 coins/block (489,640*20= 9,792,800 coins) Current Block: 102795, so about 200 0000 Amber have mined. Will change 2/3 Amber from POW to PoS.

current Block: 101991, Pos block will start soon.
