161  Economy / Economics / Re: How to increase profit in business on: May 05, 2023, 05:58:45 PM
Discounts are things that can be done in a business to increase profits in business, maintain product quality and maintain relationships with customers by maintaining etiquette with customers and providing new innovations in business that are not monotonous, such as technological improvements contained in a product to be sold Survey competitors can also be done to give our products superiority when compared to competitors' products
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving one third what you earn monthly is not that hard, isn't it ? on: May 05, 2023, 05:43:27 PM
Saving is a great thing for clear investment goals maybe everyone can do it but there will be many different factors maybe cost of living is different and many other things like lack of education about it
163  Economy / Economics / Re: A career - as an employee or a business owner which do you prefer and why? on: May 05, 2023, 05:29:08 PM
Either being an employee or starting your own business, both are good, but both have their own drawbacks, if we start a business, there are many risks that can occur, such as our unpreparedness in dealing with ups and downs where the company we are building is in a difficult phase and vice versa. employees also have their own drawbacks, a fixed salary might make us more calm in living life but work pressure, bound by company regulations are also one of the factors we sacrifice other things such as rest time, vacation time
164  Economy / Economics / Re: Keeping money and keeping bitcoins? are they similar? on: May 03, 2023, 07:59:04 PM
Very different if we save it can be a very useful asset in the future different from money whose value is very low because it is influenced by inflation
165  Economy / Economics / Re: Does a side job/business improve your finanical stability ? on: May 03, 2023, 07:34:02 PM
I think the whole issue of economic downturn is to alert citizens about how their finances will be affected.  however, having a Side job will also improve your cash inflow.

But one major aspect to surviving this period is to reduce your spending,  cut cost on things ordinarily you don't need.  Because prices of goods and services will be inflated, hence the need to spend money on the basic things you need and also make out time to save the little you can.

True, working together will increase our income but it will be useless if we can't manage money properly and correctly, so in addition to increasing our income we also have to learn how to manage our finances
166  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: May 03, 2023, 07:04:06 PM
Hello Everyone,

I am not speaking about just Bitcoin. I am speaking about every cryptocurrency / token.  Regardless of crypto price fluctuations, many online and offline stores are ready to accept crypto as payment. So How will willing are you to spend crypto for your purchases?

If one doesn't spend their crypto for purchases and wait for to spend their crypto when its price is nice, are they really considering it as a cryptocurrency or can we assume like those people are treating more like a security or investment instrument?

Yes, I'm ready because my goal in using crypto is not just investment, I'm really waiting for the moment when crypto can be used as a buying and selling tool
167  Economy / Economics / Re: Money hardly come this days! Why? on: May 01, 2023, 06:26:41 PM
I think there are lots of money in circulation and since government can print more money. I know what you mean about it and I really understand the situation. It's people who can't find job that's why it's hard to earn money even in online.

Yes, and sometimes what we do to get money is not worth the results, therefore we have to try hard to earn money, and not in a monotonous way we have to be creative
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Which do you prefer on: May 01, 2023, 06:12:33 PM
Working as a civil servants have always been my thing, I work from Monday to Friday which to me is normal, I feel proud doing it until I started trading bitcoin.

Trading started making me see things differently, because I no longer wait for my monthly salary, now I earn money daily and week, due to the kind of large amount of money I make in trading I fell out of love for my civil service job, because the money is small  but it is still a decent salary.

Note: in trading I earn base on performance, but even though the market is too bad, I still earn a decent amount of money out of it in a month base on my level in trading.

My question is guys which do you prefer, a steady monthly salary which you know that no matter what, it must come once the month ends or a business/ trading/ any other thing which you can do that you earn base on performance and you have the capacity to earn ten fold of what a civil servants might earn if you are good at it, but there is also a possibility that you may have a bad day in the office which you may even incurred some loss.

Which do you prefer an why.

It all depends on how proficient and confident we are in that one field, if I am not sure of the abilities that I have maybe I will become a civil servant and get a salary every month while honing my skills in the field that I am interested in
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you love and enjoy taking risk? on: April 30, 2023, 09:03:42 PM
A good future from ETH alone I think we can wait without bitcoins. we can see the process of developing ETH so that it can become what it is today. don't expect more than micin coins
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Confident Are you With Altcoin In This Time on: April 30, 2023, 08:44:48 PM
Actually you don't have to hold back for the long term. why do so many people hold on to the long term because they don't know when the moment is for when to buy cheap and sell at the time above. If you buy at the right moment, chances are you won't have to hold on for long, provided you don't get greedy
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorites altcoins these days? on: April 30, 2023, 08:38:02 PM
Of course I stay on BTC and ETH, praying and always waiting to reach the top in 2024.
pray they fly to the moon
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency. on: April 30, 2023, 05:32:37 PM
DOGE, ADA AND SHIB might make you a billionaire with the capital you have. but remember the word warren buffet don't put many eggs in the same basket
173  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving is Wasting? on: April 29, 2023, 05:07:13 PM
Remember it that putting your money in the education is your own investment for your own future so don't waste your money for saving it because of inflation and when you receive it back from bank no much value of things that you can purchase with it. Don't stop your education because of difficult. Keep struggling to succeed because in the future you can use your certificate to search for job and education give you above some people who have no knowledge in your field and that is your advantage.

Agree, maybe saving is a good thing but don't forget to invest the money we have for education, health to make life easier
174  Economy / Economics / Re: Is some certain lifestyle a waste of money and time ? on: April 29, 2023, 04:47:39 PM
Any life you have lived and you can't give it to your children to live that same pattern of lifestyle is as good as nothing but a waste of time, also anything you will do and later regret your actions taken is also a perfect means to waste time, the last one is the worst here, any kind of life you will live and it affects your physical or mental accuracy and well-being is a total waste of time and money, you know some bad things you always do and your inner conscience always fighting you against doing those things, yet because of the pleasure you finds in them you keeping repeating them, all were nothing but a waste of time and resources.

True, actually it will not be a waste of time and money if one can control that lifestyle, manage it properly
175  Economy / Economics / Re: Benefit from Higher Education? on: April 29, 2023, 04:27:49 PM

Those without higher education think they have to succeed otherwise they'd be doomed. While those people with higher education always have a fallback if they ever fail. That's how useful that is. They can always have a plan B.

There is only one way to go for those without higher education because they don't have a fallback. Entrepreneurship without higher education means striving hard to win because thier critics are like vultures laughing if they fail. But it must be rewarding once they win.

Maybe that's true, but the knowledge used to achieve success is not only obtained from higher education, work experience maybe and there are many other factors that can support success
176  Economy / Economics / Re: Social media, now looking more for business than for socializing. on: April 29, 2023, 04:02:10 PM
I think so because more and more people are trying to sell their goods through social media. They try to sell the goods to their friends; many are satisfied with the goods and recommend them to other friends. This is what makes social media has changed from just a place to socialize to a place to make money and we have seen many people who have succeeded by selling through social media. People are doing this to survive this pandemic and many people have already lost their jobs in real life so they are trying to sell something through social media that works.

Agree, the effects of the pandemic have indeed made many people creative, at that time there were many commercial businesses that could not run, it was difficult to promote goods sold directly, therefore people used social media as a medium for buying and selling, not even just buying and selling, many businesses were still can be saved, right, like the example of a company that holds online meetings
177  Economy / Economics / Re: less risk or big profit? on: April 28, 2023, 04:48:44 PM
In some conversations that I have had with some rich people who are old, they most times always say that they invested in real estate and that was how they made some fortune. Young people understand that investing is key and paramount to securing a better future like these Old rich men did then, But the question now is what exactly to invest in for young people. Is it wise to follow in the steps of the old rich men who had investments in Real Estate, or do they completely now invest in cryptocurrency? The answer is sometimes traced to the one that offers the lowest risk and loss of capital.

The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?

All investments are good if we study hard and don't stop finding out what we like, when compared between real estate and cryptocurrency both are equally good if we are proficient in both fields, maybe cryptocurrency is more profitable but if accompanied by good knowledge and research about cryptocurrencies
178  Economy / Economics / Re: Without government job we can survive on: April 28, 2023, 01:18:31 PM
You don't have to wait till the government provide you with job before you can get independent of yourself, one need to employ himself, learn trades, makes sales, create values, render service and engage in any legal means of getting money, not everyone working under government were successful in life, we have a number if entrepreneurs being successful in life after they have learnt to be independent in whatever they do.

Agree, the proof is that many rich people in the world start businesses without help from the government, and not all jobs provided by the government guarantee survival
179  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people stay poor? on: April 28, 2023, 01:13:12 PM
If someone wanted to get rich then they need to create their own opportunity, and talking about poor they do wanted to get rich but for many reasons they can't no matter how much they make. Main reason why everyone can't become rich is simply they don't know anything about how money works even though they use it everyday, they spent money but not give importance to savings then how they can invest and make returns?

It's true that's why education about financial management is a very important thing, maybe starting from a young age, people can't get rich due to their lack of knowledge about how to manage money
180  Economy / Economics / Re: Benefit from Higher Education? on: April 28, 2023, 01:04:30 PM
I wonder if higher education will help for entrepreneurship?
I am more interested in how much theory will help in this, because during a long study we do not get practice, this will be possible only when we start doing business, until that moment we will not be able to know how much it will help us.

This can help us if we need a license, but in some cases it can be obtained without a higher education.

Statistically, 95% of entrepreneurs have a bachelor's degree or higher and I wonder, for those of you who are involved in entrepreneurship, how useful was higher education for you?

Maybe for some companies the license is important, but for those who are entrepreneurs in my opinion it is not a benchmark, in the end it is actually not a title that is used but knowledge and how we implement this knowledge in our work
