162  Economy / Auctions / Re: Domain Name: Binance.Exchange on: April 28, 2020, 09:46:55 PM

You didn't answered to the question.

BINANCE/BINANCE.COM is branded not BI-NANCE EXCHANGE (This is premium), if they were able to get it they will not wait for you to post some links Wink

Are you retarded? Read some common TM FAQs

It seems they just don't care about your pathetic try to make some thin air money. Do something hideous with OPs domain and see would't they take it.

Please share any recent example if you have where brands are suing similar domains. I am interested in premium domains but do not want to get burnt.

OP's domain is not premium. It's branded.

You have to have common sense:

You need to review the UDRP process in it's entirety.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Domain-Name_Dispute-Resolution_Policy

Additionally:

https://www.trademark247.com/tm-Binance.html

Be very careful with this name. If Binance made you an offer take it because they are being extremely lenient. A stricter compliance/legal team would have already filed a case to have the name transferred. You forwarding the domain to another entity that infringes on anything explicitly listed in the trademarks I've linked is grounds for a successful UDRP complaint. More experienced domainers would not touch this domain whatsoever.

Anyways good luck, I hope you deal with it amicably.

Who said BINANCE means their company ?

It can also mean: BI NANCE.

If they want to acquire on that way, they will lose more than I am asking for it.

They do well to purchase it now because the value of this domain name will increase over time just like their company...

For my part, I already contacted them before putting it on marketplaces and this domain name is not specific to BINANCE.com and have thousen meanings.

And notice that this domain name is registered in the same date they launched their service - many complications from here.

I will give it up for the highest bidder and any reasonable offer coming from them or another buyer.

BTW thanks for this infos.

You could make it BiN ANACE or whatever combination you want... until the moment Binance came out with a registered trademark and just filled a dispute over the domain name.

I always recommend everybody to stay away from 'branded' domain names. It's not safe to do business over them, and it's like throwing away your money.
165  Economy / Gambling / Re: HUGE ACTION PokerBros room accepting new poker players on: April 17, 2020, 10:21:05 PM
I play a lot, and lately, I have some problems with PS and their policy to kill the profit for regs.

Does PokerBros want KYC and is there enough action on the lower levels? Like 1/2 and how many open tables? I don't have the roll for 5/10.
166  Economy / Services / Re: TweetBot on: April 17, 2020, 10:01:09 PM
I have some own IFTTT script and other bots and I can't see the advantages of your just by text.

Could you post some screenshots? To see what we could get for your price?
167  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: April 09, 2020, 02:09:51 PM
The coronavirus killed many things.

I had a perfect job for a while and even didn't think of crypto for a few months.

Now, as I got "furloughed", I have plenty of time again for everything but money.
168  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Payments Processor Skrill launches “Skrill Cryptocurrency Service" on: December 07, 2019, 12:30:30 AM
Stay away from Skrill - huge taxes, strong KYC and closing accounts over small things like matched betting.

I'm avoiding it and the Skrill's parent company - Neteller too. Also, never got the physical Mastercard, despite paying 10 euros and ordering it 4 times.

I can't tell about that since both Skrill and Neteller prevent their service for my country , but in the gambling forums I see the majority of gamblers using these two providers
also where did you hear about them closing accounts for matched betting ? I never heard of that and google search didn't show anything regarding that , in fact pretty much all the links I found were recommending skrill for this exact purpose ( unless the info is outdated somehow )

My own wallet was closed due to matched betting.

I was using Skrill for many years before Neteller to buy it. Skrill was the perfect gambling e-wallet.
Then Neteller bought it and increased taxes. Then removed most of the VIP benefits, then the service become even worst. Now I'm playing only on crypto sites and I'm avoiding Skrill and Neteller at all cost.

Guys,

What do you think about

Wizards vs Clippers game tonight?

Clippers are the clear favorite, but I plan to play it on +8 @ 2.90.IMO it's worth the risk at that odds.

It would of been a clear one to load up on since at the half they are up 82 - 55 for the clippers! Shocked
When I turned it on I thought I was looking near the end of the second half when I saw la at 75 points. Lips sealed
They just tied their half time record scoring at 82 points when they scored this same amount of points back in march.

Yeah, Clippers beat the shht out of Wizards in Q2. Wizards tried and took Q3 and Hachimura even scored 30 points in that game. But still... it's was clear who's the better team.

I will try again tonight with

Philadelphia 76ers vs Utah Jazz

and a victory for Jazz @ 3.10

Yep, that's why every person is obligated to do his due diligence if he doesn't want to lose or waste money.

I was a huge NPXS fan.. until the moment they stop dividend distribution. Then I moved to another project and so on. The idea is to look at what is good for you, not blindly to hold any coin.
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone working on any ideas for stable coins? on: December 02, 2019, 09:48:08 PM
stable coins can not be much, in theory. Of course, you can try to create them, but 1 out of 1000 will stand.
And a coin can only be stable if it has very big support, big capital
the market is very volatile

Stable to what? Stablecoins are called that because they are supported with their fiat equivalent. They are not stable to the general market. Stablecoins are stable to the fiat they are paired to...

A coin paired with USD could not be called RUB stablecoin as RUB is volatile to USD.

175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best (PoS) Staking Coins for 2020 [Rewards, Staking Process, ROI] on: December 01, 2019, 02:35:18 AM
Nice article.

The best chances for profitable POS holdings are having Tron and Decred. ETH may revolutionize the POS market, but it's still just a proposition.

Neblio reward is too high and IMO this will slowly kill it.
176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Practical "Self-Exclusion" from Bitcoin Gambling Websites on: December 01, 2019, 01:11:44 AM
I found through a few of my very addicted friends that is somebody wants to gamble, nothing helps. Not self-exclusions, nor wallet locking, nothing.

Example: I've got a call a few months ago from 'a friend' who self-excluded himself from a casino, didn't resist, sign up over my name to use a non-deposit bonus, won some and wanted my documents for withdrawal verification. Nothing can save or stop a person like him.

It's the same with wallet-locking. YOu can borrow, use non-deposit bonuses, etc.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone working on any ideas for stable coins? on: November 30, 2019, 11:51:43 PM
Anyone trying to develop new kinds of stable coins?  Was thinking of setting a group up to discuss ideas, learn collectively and pool resources.  Any interest?

Not really.

Stablecoins requires huge real-world finance backups, not extensive development. And the market is already flooded with enough, with only stableDollar coins being successful. I don't see any volume on any stable Euro/GBP, so even these are not valid niches.

Are you sure all stablecoin are in backup by real money in the real world with equal or even bigger amount, tether USDT has a great daily volumu which is even the greatest volume today in the CMC (17billion $)
So does the project have real money backups?

Well, at least this is the idea behind the stablecoins - being backed up with the fiat equivalent.

You are mistaking Daily Volume with Coins in Circulation...

Tether Market Cap is 4,104,998,322 USD
While the volume is 19,132,947,703 USD

This mean Tether need to have in a real bank account 4,104,998,322 USD or close, not 19,132,947,703 USD.
There are some controversies about Tether and backing with fiat, so I'm avoiding it in favor of the USDC and TUSD.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IDAX Crypto Exchange Confirms CEO Dissappearance with Cold Wallet Keys on: November 30, 2019, 11:04:02 PM
The news really sucks...IDAX was one of the decent exchanges about more exotic coins.

Good God that I'm holding just ABBC there, due arbitrage opportunities with BitForex. I guess I will need to scratch off those ABBC.

0xWarriors is cool! Some other Guess profile just beat the sh** out of me.

IMO you need to allow some battle control. Like my boat heroes to beat the opponent under the mouse cursor or similar. And add a video to speed up 2x-3x the battle speed, not just a "directly to results" button.
