True StoryEarlier today I was contacted by Slaxt via PM. He said he wanted to discuss something with me and he asked me to keep whatever we discussed private. I agreed and he asked if I would go on Skype because he didn't want to discuss via PM. I kindly declined and told him he can email me if he requires privacy. After some back and forth he claimed he was contracted by the WC dev team to negotiate a "truce". They basically want me to stop driving their sh!t coin into the ground. To make a long story short I told him if he wanted a "truce" the devs will have to give a 3.8 BTC or 500,000 WC peace offering to the BC community. Of course I didn't get a reply and a few minutes later they broke their word and discussed our "negotiations" openly. Now the price is 10,000,000 WC for wasting my time. Let this be a warning to other developers looking to clone BC and blatantly steal from this community. If you blatantly copy BC and our model you will either have to donate to this community or I will personally make sure you end up like MintCoin. If you want to create a coin that is perfectly fine, but do not do it at this community expense!!! wow....you need more hobbies bud  enjoying the lil ego boost i hope haha so petty |

I've just watched a documentary on UK's "Channel 4" television about a group of clever people who turned an entire Airbus A320 into interesting, valuable objects such as bird-houses from the internal ducting, lampshades from the wiring, table-lamps from the seat frames & toy-boxes from the luggage lockers - they made at least 17,000 Gbp more than the scrap value of the plane & NOT ONE piece of it ended up in a land-fill site. Hi all Im slightly invested in whitecoin but im from zeitcoin first n foremost, I posted this on our side and well I think some people here need to read this so they understand how things work because I think this coin has potential... so iv been following a couple other threads, and because zeit is my home this where I like to put my thoughts into words. So what I notice is that expectations that people have for their respective crypto is very often not the reality and I think its because people don't realise that whales lurk on bitcoin forum as well. So if I was a whale this is what I would do, Swim around from thread to thread and get an idea of what all the plankton are expecting and what they want to happen, throwing out posts all excitedly! to the moon! up up up! this is great money money money, I believe in this coin etc etc. So me mr. whale now knows exactly what where how when and who (heck even how much each little plankton has) what do i do with my substantially large amount of buying and selling power....I deliver the opposite at the exact time that everyone was expecting the big break! its easier than shooting fish in a barrel! I force value to plummet to the depths of the crypto world at some expense to myself, however the panic and misery I cause is priceless! in fighting, trollers you name it! all while Im picking up each and everyone of the coins I need to later make an absolute killing! See this crypto world we in, is like a yoyo at the moment. We are the yo yo and they hold the string! they can keep it going up and down as long as they like until either they let it all unwind and fall to the floor or, they catch it and pass it on to someone else. Now this is a pretty obvious statement/idea/concept wateva, many of you will tell me this I expect! but its NOT, and the evidence of that is all over bitcoin forum. so blind are many of the inhabitants of the crypto world its scary and sad at the same time. What scares me the most though, is that you would think people would learn, and they do after time, but the ratio of veterans to newcomers is getting bigger and bigger everyday as more people find out daily about our world and want in! sadly everyday there are more plankton for the whales to feast on and it will be a continuous and viscous cycle till an equilibrium is found, and I think that will only happen after things get worse than they are now with regards to markets etc. just my 2cents and my thoughts I cant share anywhere else |

;P This is why I dont like normal Scrypt algo, the multi-pools can jump in at any moment and fork the network. . . very insecure, in a few months when all the big ASICS kick in, multipools will jump from coin to coin causing problems. . . Imagine when one person has 2 GH? jump from coin to coin to coin. . . dump dump dump the majority of the "stable hash" that doesn't move around in scrypt is locked up in Doge and LTC, thats why scrypt works for them, N-Factor = Best, freaking resist Multi-Pools and dumpers due to setup time, only coins that wont be getting dumped on are asic resistant ones.
In order for a coin to get used, it has to be available to the masses. With 6 BILLION+ people in the world, at bitcoins 21 million coins, it already creates scarcity. That can be said for any coin if the real plan for the end game is world wide adoption. The figures on a lot of these coins are pretty low, although there are a few that try to sort this out. They usually liquidate the market and the coins become worth nothing because everyone day trades everything into oblivion. The problem isn't asics, or dumping, it is that these coins are all WORTHLESS. If people pulled their heads from their asses and stopped to think, actually think about what gives money value, it isn't all prospecting and dreams. It is utility. Money is just a tool. Money is only valuable because you can exchange it for goods and services. To quote lamb of god, money is the excrement of labor. It is a byproduct of the shit we do. Now if someone spends 10k dollars on a rig to mine coins, in my mind, that adds some value to the coins. How ever many coins he mines with that rig is more or less equivalent to the 10k he spent on it. That is iff, others are willing to buy the coins and see utility in them. Just because i love dog shit and collect baggies of it because i think it is beautiful, doesn't mean i am going to convince many others dog shit is beautiful and it would help them in their lives. That is how i feel about most of these coins, baggies of dog shit. I roll with potcoin because at least they have some plans and ideas and seem to be actualizing upon them. Tons of coins have ideas and can tell you where they plan to be. How many are actually doing things to get there? Out of all the coins that are out there? Isn't KGW working as intended? The network gets hit with huge hash and the well increases difficulty to counter the hash and maintain the same flow of coins. Then when it leaves it takes a while to find the next block, and after that is found the difficulty should jump down. Which seems to be what happened? Bottom line, all the people crying about asics are the people who dreamed of getting rich off this shit. Now they are slowly losing grip on what seemed right within grasp. Never really was, but they are dreamers. They are the ones who haven't made enough money yet to buy the ascis and are upset they missed the train. The more money that gets dumped into the crypto game, the more than value of all the coins rise. It is simple. The weak coins get chewed up and destroyed, only the strong survive. This is the fun of investing, it is like gambling in which you expect to win. Gambling all the same. Risk and reward. Tough titties, people must not have heard that expression much before getting wrapped up in this crap. Life is never fair, and it isn't easy.
