So, my idea/suggestion is the following:

1. we have to promote the coin rather in the fan community, not in the miners' one!
miners are not the point, it will come with time by itself, anyway, it is no matter how many miners there are 3 or 3K, the generation speed is the same, the difference is only in sharing of coins between them.

the GOAL is just - Belicoin must turn in a real world of manga/one piece, such as model:

fan - fan (Beli as gifts) or fan - fanclub (donate, sponsorship of events) or fan - shops (purchasing)

it does not matter how Belicoins get there, whether giveaways or purchase on the exchange or mining


2. if we want Beli to da moon, there is a lot of exiting work! we need as many as possible active members with different languages for promotion.

the promotion work is search (and find! very important   ), support and train in cryptocoin the relevant services.

the services are fanclubs, forums, media- blogs, manga magazines.. twould be perfectly to attract the online shops!

development work: mobile wallet, api for shops, various apps, so any development..



Now the main thing! all above described has to be paid

I counted the premine 0.8% is a pile of dough! this is a MONTH of work of all miners or the earnings of all pools from Beli for 8 YEARS!
never mind, this is just "for expenses, bounties, giveaways, development, support and maintenance, marketing etc."
 
so, from this it follows:

3. I suggest to make a completely transparent BeliCoin Foundation, throw all premine there, schedule all fixed earnings for support (marketing, development.. permanent, short work..)

people have to know how much they get for work to motivate them. ah today's times.. life experience shows that the pure initiative doesn't bring as much as a honestly paid work.

they in turn have to clearly report for their work and results.


so, we have BUDGET (for earnings, giveaways, buying of votes etc..) - PLAN OF WORK - RESULTS

Only if the owners agree to creating of foundation, it makes sense to promote and support BeliCoin, it just would be fair.


That's pity Beli's community is half alive, but I like your idea, so I could take an active russian or german communication with not well-informed manga fans. I have already found a lot of lively resources, which could be enlighten in cryptocoins. I'd need the technical support in my languages.

I think he didn't mean the domain costs 12$/year )) but the already existing domain for helixcoin itself. well, this is not a big problem to change it, but PREMINE is just the point. that is no large one, but I counted it by 2 months earnings of all pools!

this "money" can be needed well to promote and develop the coin. it's lot of work, who will do it for free but for enrichment of poor sick students?

I think here are some people who got a premie for promotion BeliCoin, they translated the description into their languages, how about they would make an announcement on varios resources? It was an object to bring the Beli into real live, wasn't it?

Yesterday I quickly searched for some russian projects and services (I can do it on german next time if necessary): funclubs, anime online shops, forums etc.. There are thousands of them, a lot of work!! I guess, there is the real opportunity to reach the best results!

I meant the development is ready, there is also the community who mined it, and still get it, what more, idea behind it? I think by now the only active community and owners lead the coin to become successful, the idea can come up along the way..
