161  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: May 01, 2014, 04:49:59 AM
After a little digging from a friend I have enough info to prove their was/is no exchange. The site has had no updates since the day it put the promo vid up.

Are you sure about that Ryan?  It's pretty hard to tell from outside a server what's happening behind the scenes.  Would you mind sharing what you found?

Yeah, that is obviously completely made up. There is definitely an exchange being coded, its just delayed like a lot of things in bitcoin. You dont take a chance on security when it comes to bitcoin. He said crytostockcks hasnt answered any of his emails in a few days, and that has become a problem. Dividends will start being issued again very shortly, and he will be making an announcement explaining the delay.

There was never a problem regarding Coinpal, or any intention to scam anyone. He went into this knowing what had to be done, and he is still working very hard on it. Coinpal has a bank account, a very expensive logo, and is a trademarked entity. I dont know how you can be anymore legit than that in bitcoin. Coinbase has the exact same credentials as Coinpal it seems.

Milligan, you have caused a lot of damage with your scam accusations, which have snowballed out of control into a modern day witch hunt. You, Bert, & Ernie have tarnished the once pristine reputation of Coinpal. Once Coinpal launches you could be held accountable for the libelous, defamatory, and  malicious remarks and comments you have made on this thread. So if I were you, Id tread lightly from here on out.

I'm not in danger Milligan, I AM the danger! A guy opens his door and gets shot, and you think that's me? NO, I'M THE ONE WHO KNOCKS!!

You are the danger? Did you not just go bankrupt? I have your personal info, address, phone number, everything.

Now, lets put my hundreds of thousands of pounds up against your broke ass and see what happens.

i don't give a fuck about you, you ruined your rep or at least Ryan did for you. If I was you I would be going to his home and personally making him join in on this thread.

Tread lightly? I have emails from Ryan promising payment on certain days, promising this and that. He needs to come clean or he's fucked. Simple as. Tread lightly lol Even If I had to spend 50K to see Ryan get the punishment he deserves for being a liar, I'd be happy. I hope he realises, he is done in Bitcoin? Coinpals not going to happen, lets be serious and no one will take him serious again.

Thats right flannagan, I am the danger. Bankrupt? I could buy every little pimply faced twink on your facebook page with just my KNC refund, and pimp them out on the corner in west hollywood. I dont give a shit about my rep in bitcoin, just a bunch of neckbeards living in their moms basement. Sometimes shit doesnt go exactly as planned in life. Little boys may not understand this, but its the way it is so get used to it. You dont have shit on me little boy, addresses arent public information in california. I am a home owner, I dont live with my mom like you. He said he is trying his best, so what else more do you want?

Bitcoin is deader than dead, and one more negative story out of china will take it back down to $100. Thats why im getting out completely and going back to doing what I do best, which is grow the best marijuana in the world. Get at me dawg

Lol I have a good skin.

Well I took Ģ2000 and launched a business as a 16 year old and turned that in to just short of half a mill in the last two years. Did you do that at this age? Doubtful. I've been asked on board a huge BTC project. It's not dead, far from it. Including my investments and stuff I have going on, I could be one of Britain's youngest millionaires fairly soon.

Believe what you will. Young flannagan what does that mean? I don't mean to be offensive but I was on your facebook and you are a skinny little man. You must like the keyboard warrior status I'll let you have it because you are obviously not the type of person with any money if you feel the need to 'buy every pimple on you young flannagan'

Nothing on you?

---------------

Ryan made an announcement: https://cryptostocks.com/announcements/2029

I have more respect for him than I do you now. Grow up, sort your angry little temper out. it won't get you anywhere. I know life doesnt go as planned? I've probably been through a lot more than you mate, but I don't bring it up I don't give a shit i'm here for business. Leave your tough guy attitude at the door next time you come in.

People don't fall for this bullshit. If there was an exchange why didnt he ever just give us a little demo? Why didn't he show us anything?

He took the money to buy mining gear, expecting it to pay us all back and then for him to profit but now something went wrong and he's fucked and probably trying to worm his way out of this and its not happening.
163  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 30, 2014, 11:52:42 PM
Well what he needs to understand is, whilst managing peoples money he needs to keep those people updated whenever there is a problem. If cryptostocks was really the issue, and he doesn't believe in updating via an unofficial forum thread, then the best place to make important announcements would be on his website. If that was done in the first place, there would not of been so many panicked shareholders in the first place.

He knows that, he was just trying to get as much done as he can to lighten the blow of it being late. I am letting him know that some would appreciate him updating the forum.

Thank you AmericanBit! You are doing a much better job as the man in the middle, than the other guy we know.  Wink
Please let him know that we appreciate his work and we're happy to wait as long as we get updates every now and then (at least once a week for us not to be worried)

Updates once a week? No. We were meant to have an exchange, we were promised two dates already + dividends. I want bought out now, not in 6 months when he gets his act together.

Don't forget 'the other middleman' was the one who warned you all you were all going to get fucked over and all I got was a hard time for it in the beginning.

Ryan Tyson Gay also registered this site:  http://asicmininghardware.com

I'd be staying clear from that as well. Just a warning I feel I should be giving.

I wasnt gonna post this yet till we had no choice. But you already did so i will give you more info.
Not only ryan gay but also chris aka americanbit also registrate on the same server. If you look at the 3 domains date of registration they are in the same period and also all list on the same server. So Americanbit is almost 100% involved in this Coinpal saga.

I also think Americanbit is a loser outing his friend to save his ass in his last post, so please Ryan M.  send mr. chris also a writing letter

Its fine detective work Bert...but easily explained away...sorry you wasted more of your life on this. We have a strict filing system for written letters and lawsuits. You can click the link to see AmericanBit's standard operating procedure regarding these matters.

http://youtu.be/ICZ06gYpu6w?t=17s

You will be receiving a letter in the next several days (Ryan will at least) about how we can go about this. Every time you lie you are digging a deeper whole for yourself. Please explain I dont have time for your youtube videos?

There is actually a new BTC debt collection business being setup now, specific to US based debts perhaps this is an ideal candidate.
You can pm me for details if interested.

I must say I'm very disappointed by Cryptostocks, if you click on verification tab there you can see it says "none" so do they let people take others money without any verification at all? I hope thats just misleading.

I PM'ed you to hear what it's all about. Wont get my hopes up for such a service without seeing a verified business but if you know one and they are legit it could save us all a lot of hassle.
168  Economy / Speculation / Re: Very Low Premiums on LocalBitcoins for UK GBP customers on: April 29, 2014, 11:49:43 PM
Hi all,

If anyone is looking to buy a large amount of bitcoins using GBP Currency (anywhere from 10-100 Bitcoins) and is comfortable using Local Bit Coins as an escrow, please PM me.

Rgds,
Adz

PM me a price
169  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 29, 2014, 07:38:04 PM
I dont know why some still believe in Coinpal. Wake up!! If he was honest and legit he had post long time already about the situation. He is so thick skinned reading this all but not say a word about it. I know honest ppl will come forward and tell their mistakes and how to solve the problem. Ryan G. just ignored all.

I'm not saying I'm not disappointed in the direction my investment is taking and the lack of information given by the person in charge of the project.

I still think it's better with a constructive dialogue to try to get as much as possible back from our investments instead of creating a hard front where we're trying to squeeze blood out of stones. Graphic cards and ASICS are much more worth if they mine today, than in months from now. No one wins if they are confiscated and ends up in some police warehouse for months.

If Ryan Gay dont come with a solution today, we should raise a funds to help Ryan Milligan financien to go court if need

EDIT: Might be a good joke if someone put up a project on Cryptostock to raise fund to bring scammers to court with evidence

I'm very much against throwing more money after a failed project just for the sake of "revenge" or "winning"

It's not your money, so don't worry about it.

The reason this garbage continue to happen is because of the "let's do nothing" mentality.

I don't want money to support getting the money back. It's on me, not a chance is this clown taking what is now nearly 60 BTC (Including dividends) off me and getting away with it. By the weekend Ryan Gay will either have to cough up and pay us back or face his time in court. Thanks to everyone who gave me any sort of info towards this, you literally built a case against the guy.

AmericanBit can say his ' Judge will laugh ' bit but my attorney says with everything I have, the boy better be ready to pay up, or daddy will have to for him and if daddy won't, there is a very good chance he'll (Ryan) be looking at the same 4 walls for a while.

I have his address but I'm not publicly posting it in case someone angry does something stupid, so i'll personally send him tracked mail and my attorney will do the same. It outlines his choices (one being fight it in court, which we suggest is stupid as we have evidence that he can't wriggle out of.) The rest are payback options. We know he has access to high power mining gear, that could be seized and then I will have someone set it up and will mine the coins and make sure everyone gets back whats owed to them + more due to the stress of all this.

I do hope he realises this could end up with him going to jail and if he wants to stay in the crypto currency scene then he better fix his rep NOW.

I think he bit off more than he could chew, and is now way in over his head and has spent our money. Regardless, that is not our problem and we are due what we are owed.

Coinpal has failed before it even launched. I mean who will use this service now?

C'mon Ryan, give it up. Pay us back, explain what happened and save us all the hassle.

I also have copies of Ryan Gays hand writting and he can expect a letter from my attorney with two ways in which this can be settled in several days. I'm leaving his fathers business out of it for now, but if I don't have a response in 3 days from him receiving  the letter, then he can and will go to court.

There is one thing with a tried and failed project, but this guy hasn't done any work on it at all. It was a scam from day 1 I personally believe.
171  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 29, 2014, 09:42:29 AM
If this keeps up and they do decide to launch, they will have to give away shares for free to get people to use the website

I have all his personal details now and will be calling him later to discuss what he is going to do.
172  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 27, 2014, 04:12:08 PM
I get it, I just dont care anymore. Its none of my business what he does with his company. He said he didnt have to explain 2 weeks ago before the scheduled launch. Now, he definitely needs to explain whats going on, I would have to agree. Another deadline is about to pass, so Im sure he will do something or obviously a lot of people are going to be pissed.

From al your history post on this forum it connect well to your own recent btc lost you guys trying to recover by putting up Coinpal.
You are guilty until Ryan G. comes here do the explanation about the whole situation and clearify your name.

Also i dont think share holders are waiting any day longer. Im sure, some wil take action after today sinds its just weekend.

Yup, 100% agree. Guilty until his buddy clears his name.

Agreed. You posted a photo from my Facebook. That was a good night, for halloween, 10 of us suited up and wore the guy fawkes mask out. This was in the hotel pre.

I'm young mate, 18 years old and just because I have a successful business life doesnt mean I don't like to have fun with my friends.

EDIT: Not you amd, I mean that Chris guy.

edit 2: The usb WAS NOT my idea, I have email proof it was Ryan Gay who said he was going to do it. I merely suggested it could be a nice thing to do for investors.
173  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [IPO] CoinPal - Crypto-Currency Exchange & Profit Switching Mining Pool {NEW} on: April 26, 2014, 08:25:39 PM
Why not contact Ryan and see what the F is going on, and have him come here or on CS and explain.  Would it not be easier and better for Coinpal long run, at least if it is not a sham.

Oh trust me, I have contacted him and told him everyone thinks I was part of Coinpal. The only reason Im doing this is because I have no affiliation with coinpal whatsoever. I told him in the beginning to make his WHOIS private, and he said "Why, I have nothing to hide". But it was because of things like this I told him to hide it. People calling his dads company, and harassing him at all hours of the day and night.  I know a few people that run exchanges and they all get death threats. I thought he was an idiot, but it was none of my business.

Hes really into mining, and really into trading...so he wanted to combine the two into a business. He has put a lot of his own money into coinpal. I know that too...You read that IPO. Flannagan thought it was a great business plan, and that was all him. Hes also developed his own coin and is just waiting to launch it.

Last I heard he didnt want to explain himself on this thread, which was already under attack because of flannagan. He said he would let the exchange speak for itself. He was stoked about the layout and functionality last I heard.

If I were involved in coinpal and it were a scam, I wouldnt be on here defending it. I know he went into this with the best of intentions, and still plans to launch the exchange ASAP.

It looks like his father runs the biggest plumbing company in Orlando, so hes obviously not hurting for money. Nothing would have to be liquidated I assure you. But its his dads company, and hes into bitcoin. You think someone whos into bitcoin mining and cryptocurrencies wants to work at a plumbing company all their lives? No, last I heard he was talking about quitting to work on coinpal full time.

Hahahahahaha. You think if he doesn't make this right in the next few days and cant even respond to an email he has any chance of running anything to do with Bitcoin again? Never mind his own coin.

I would trust karples with my money more than him.

Well you talked to him, and you invested in him and wanted to be a partner because it was such a good idea. So I dont know what youre crying about. Just because the exchange is delayed, its no a reason to call him a scammer. Didnt he end up paying for most of the logos you guys were working on? You offered to pay, but he insisted on paying?

If you would trust Karples over anyone, youre sillier than I thought. That guy is straight up retarded

I paid $3000 for graphic design, he paid $1000 to me.

I invested 52.5BTC at the time it was like $23'000. He is still $22'000 richer and gained my trust for about a day.

Ok well first, you should be backhanded for paying 3k for a fuckin logo...what in the FUCK!! If I were a part of Coinpal, that would never of happened with my business capital. But the point is he paid because its legitimate, and he is trying to bring it all together.

I got 20 logos for that + a whole graphic set (facebook cover, twitter, business card, stationery, letters etc)

Haha, so AmericanBit is part of the scam. No wonder he's been vehemntly defending Ryan Gay and coinpal, while trying to talk down to anyone who was trying to investigate.

Bad peanut, you the man!

Just because I know someone does not mean Im part of their business. Once again, I have nothing to do with Coinpal. I can just tell you with 100% certainty, its not a scam or wasnt intended to be a scam. Like I said, who in the fuck trademarks a scam? Im sure ryan is busting his ass trying to get it going. The mining equipment is real and the USBs are real. I know that for a fact. We used to be pretty close, but we recently had a falling out. I have not spoke to him in over a week, so I dont know the status of his Coinpal. If you want questions answered, I suggest you email him. I was merely sticking up for my investment like I said, as I did buy some shares just to support his venture. Also, I know its not a scam so I was passing that info along and if everyone knew that I knew him, I probably wouldnt of been believed.

With that being said, I dont think a lawsuit would suit you very well. You are not the only one with lawyers, and if they decide to fight the charges; youll have to prove everything in court. But please understand, no one goes to jail here for BS charges like these. We have real problems here in the US, and white collar crime is not at the top of the list. You can be charged with attempted murder and only get 3-5 years. You can also kill someone and never go to jail. It all depends on the circumstances. Accidents do happen, and this would definitely be considered an accident. The US doesnt really care about white collar unless its millions of dollars at stake...its just small potatoes

Trust me Flanagan, if I were part of Coinpal your ass would of never been involved. That was his biggest mistake. And dont friend request me. A bunch of dudes laying on a bed snuggling in Guy Faux masks is not my thing.

You are 100% part of this scam.  You LIED to everyone over and over again, covering for your friend.  Coinpal may or may not come through, but you obviously know much more than you are telling us.

I posted an announcement on Cryptostocks (BAMM) a while back trying to make others aware of this thread, but yet people continue to buy.

Ever heard of Spongetech?

No never heard of spongetech. I really dont care what everyone thinks. I have told you everything I know, as I have not talked to ryan in over a week now. If I told everyone I was his "friend" then this is what would of happened, and I knew that. I was just trying to calm the angry mob.

Again, who in the fuck would trademark a scam?

The scam was most likely to get money to buy the mining gear he bought, make investors coins back, lift the I.P.O and continue high power mining.

There was never going to be an exchange

You can be charged with attempted murder and only get 3-5 years. You can also kill someone and never go to jail. It all depends on the circumstances. Accidents do happen, and this would definitely be considered an accident. The US doesnt really care about white collar unless its millions of dollars at stake...its just small potatoes

Trust me Flanagan, if I were part of Coinpal your ass would of never been involved. That was his biggest mistake. And dont friend request me. A bunch of dudes laying on a bed snuggling in Guy Faux masks is not my thing.

I'll give your cell a call, give me Ryans number.

I dont think you understand that an ATTORNEY has said you (well Ryan in particular, you were apparently the Chris who was the other partner) CAN and very most likely will receive a prison sentence.

This is words from a man who has a degree in law and was one of the first attorneys to get to grips with crypto in the united states.

Bro, lawyers are full of shit...they just want your money. Dont call me, and it wouldnt be fair for me to give you his number. Its none of my business. You talked to him before, and hes your partner so its between you and him. Just email him and Im sure he will get back to you. I wasnt happy he used my name as a contact and I told him that. But I havent heard back like I said.

But again, who trademarks a scam? Deadlines were obviously missed, but that doesnt make him a scammer at all. Hes a smart guy, and he can pull this off.

lol lol lol lol lol

2 weeks, 8 emails and I've had no response. I'm his partner now? well maybe he should act like it. I want bought out and the dividends I'm due. Lets just hope if it goes to court it doesnt go until BTC is at a peak of like $1200. Maybe it will have been a good (but stressful) investment then.

You are both full of shit. Pay up, our money + dividends from Wednesday and tomorrow if we dont see them and be men about it.

Thieves are dirt. Lowest of the law. You dont think I will take this to court? I blindly throw 20K at something I knew little about.

Money isnt a issue, I'm just not letting you pair get away with this.

Hm, what a drama. Still canīt understand why the guys are lying continously.
If you are not able to deliver what you promised, lift the ipo flag on cryptostocks, buy back the shares on the original price and noone will get hurt. So simple.

Bad peanut you should of been a detective!

Look boys you are done. All of this evidence means I will get my money back. Probably control of the whole coinpal operation as well, in which case everyone will get their money back.

You dont have an exchange. Stop fucking around.

I'll give you till 12.00am my time then my lawyer has the go ahead. he now has your addresses, Facebook willingly gave him your chats. You have no feet to stand on.

EDIT: Attorney just got back to me and said ' tell those boys to pay whats owed or Frank gay could have assests liquidated and they will receive a jail term. I know Frank had nothing to do with it but using his network and him not being a public company could burn his business to the ground. I don't want to see that to a man who had no idea of the on-goings but I work for you and that is what we might have to strecth to to get your money back. You will probably receive a time wasted compensation fee as well - as in they will be fined (Upward of $50'000 just to computer misuse acts) I'll wait for your go ahead at 12.00amGMT and then the papers will be filled.

This is Bitcoin, any reason to make it look bad a judge will jump on. I can't be clearer than if we go through with this these boys could receive 6month-3 year jail terms.'

Identity theft is not possible these days, so you must be telling the truth.

You have ended the discussion, bro. You won, bro.
Some paranoid might ask for another ID, but you probably don't have one. Or you changed your name meanwhile. Totally cool, bro.

You're my John G. now.

EDIT: Also, what is wrong with your camera? Why does it leave a white stripe in lower right corner?

Such sarcastic, much wow.

My camera is perfectly fine, thank you. I blocked out the line which contains my zipcode.

How idiotic is it to criminalize a person who just tries to contribute in the discussion? I don't tell you guys that coinpal is trustworthy or not, I only tell the fact I know for sure. Which is that i received my miner.

Well, you can carry on with your witch hunt now.

Thanks for that.

So, AmericanBit its now exposed you were the 'chris' from coinpal is it? Its a shame you guys have to rob people to make something of yourselves. I do't expect to see an exchange up in the next 18 hours. In which case he owes more dividends (specifically said they were ours until launch date) and he's just fucking it up for himself more.

I bet you guys wish you hadn't tried to rob me now?
