Well that was nice profit. I'm out for a little bit myself, and will come back in if I see a confirmed reversal in the entire market (depends on what BTC and LTC end up doing really). Everything was so massively oversold it's not surprising to see so much green today. Cost averaging worked out for me but damn was it not easy sitting through all of that.
+1 DRK and LTC made me a killing today. Holding on to my btc for now. |

On mintpal there's literally nothing between .0106 and 0.0150. I'm not saying it will take off again, a correction is probably more likely first. But if it does go up again quickly, it could get truly silly prices today. How can you see the depth chart that far? In mintpal, I can only see till 0.00779. Please send me the link. Thanks. Now it is not a time for thinking....just holding ! When more ppl realize what KEY can do, we will meet same thing , DARK do those days - all idiots ,who steal some kind of crypto one way or another, will jump in and out , just in order to anon their steals..........!!!!! But most of them didn't hear of KEY , and the option to plug in some USB into their laptops on some airport , and do what they want ! BTW i want same thing ! And this is almost All Crypto community fights for ....right?
I'm not sure if I know what you're trying to say, but I think you're saying that KEY will be what people use for anonymity in the future? I don't disagree with that, but at this point it's going to take more than anonymity to make a coin really stand out. There are a lot of really good anonymous solutions being developed, and time will tell which one of those is the best. That solution will eventually be open-source and then any developer of a new coin would be crazy not to throw in anonymity. [altcoin]/fiat trading platforms are in a similar boat. Once an alt figures out how to get around regulations and support fiat exchange (which I doubt a coin dev will figure out), every other coin will then be able to use that same loophole or whatever. I think that the real differentiator will be having a solid dev team that can keep up with all the new shit, while not stirring up drama/hate within the altcoin community, and also looking past the horizon of whatever the current trendy features are and therefore become a leader rather than a follower. |

Wow I wonder who jumped ship with 77k  I try to not trust everything I see. With a dump of that volume, I would think that the price will be much more affected. Maybe someone dumped onto their self to test the market? If that's not the case, then it's even more impressive that the price held so well. That would be very counterproductive to do logically speaking. Why do you say that? I think that the price right now is at a critical support level, and if it went further down then who knows how much further it would go. Sure they lose a small percentage to other people's buy orders, exchange fees, and the slight drop in price that they did cause. None of that compares to the cost of holding the coins if the price went down. I'm trying to think of a reason why that would be counter-productive but I can't. |

people in panic destroy coins, because they invest more than they can afford, there was not enough time to stabilize price because of weak hands, don't blame dev who delivers.
I agree. It's really the community that determines the coin's success or failure, not the devs. Also, if you want to see a coin succeed, then you have to give positive support and encourage the devs to keep delivering. There are no devs out there willing to keep working their asses off if all they get is negativity and constant baseless accusations from people in the community. So lighten up, people. This coin has great potential. At this moment, I don't see any coin out there that has delivered as much as Keycoin in such a short period of time. And that's the truth, no matter what you think of the devs, major investors, or supporters. Yes the potential is strong. Let us hope the community, all alt communities for that matter, can survive this brutal winter. The btc seemingly in an instant, dried up and left. We are left, in mid leap, seeking new ground, trying to recalibrate everything. The markets are cruel, will wither and kill the inferior options. Now is the time to huddle close, choose wisely which crypto to weather this winter, and hope for a spring that may never come. Of the few, I have chosen key. +1 Key is one of the only 2 coins I feel comfortable holding right now, where I don't need to check the price as soon as I wake up to make sure I didn't get screwed. |
