161  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Who Wants Free Money? on: August 03, 2014, 03:20:04 AM
Its just a coupon for $5 off..
How is that free money?
Free money is if you sent $5 worth of BTC to people.
What a scam!
Hmm...
Never would have guessed that I would have gotten slack for giving out store credit...
How is it Scam?

Don't worry, he's just a troll.

164  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BTC-PP.com | Sell your Bitcoins for PayPal on: August 03, 2014, 02:55:14 AM
Love the idea. You know, I assume, that you need to totally refrain from mentioning bitcoin in all your dealings with paypal right?  And you'll want to make sure people selling you bitcoin know that as well so they don't blow it for you.

In fact, I wouldn't out it by paypal to put like a mole on this forum to make a transaction with you to find out what your paypal account is. So just be careful and I do wish you luck and might even use this service myself!

I actually made tons of transactions for BTC <-> PP on another forum and I haven't gotten limited yet. I guess it's only if it's on a large scale. I will not mention anything related to BTC though!

What forum?
165  Economy / Lending / Re: 🌟🌟🌟 CoinPawn🌟🌟🌟 on: August 03, 2014, 01:16:43 AM
op seems to be approving loans without the ability to fund them. I'd be cautious sending him any collateral

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=695984.0

After selling so many coins you would figure I'll have a few bits to lend. I do offer to escrow for any loan/pawn or sale. Please kindly remove your accusation.

Also, the CoinPawn will be temporary closed...until further notice...

Hello,

Any update for my loan?..

Thank You

Looks like he has stopped giving loans at this time.

168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS BITCOIN A CIA PROJECT? on: August 03, 2014, 12:48:16 AM
seriously.. why post a reddit link made by you, that links to a website made by you which has an article made by you. which quotes opinions that are made by you.... you clearly have no reputation...

I dont always agree with Franky, but ..... nailed it.

-B-

im surprised this topic is 4 pages long, this OP of the topic seems to be on an ego trip trying to get sheeple to think he is worth listening to.

and bitburger, i dont mind people disagreeing with me at times, as its a good thing, its a sign that they are human and not sheeple.

Just a thread for all these sig campaigns to get their post count up.

Sorry I didn't read the whole thread

170  Economy / Speculation / Re: Real Bitcoin Price Speculations on: August 02, 2014, 11:24:21 PM
You can copy/paste all day but you are still wrong. It's okay though I know you don't have the money to pay up on your bet you lost.
171  Economy / Auctions / Re: Auction: Hero Member forum account 1k+ activity 1k+ post count on: August 02, 2014, 11:16:45 PM
Im assuming the reason you cant edit posts in the auction thread is to stop members from changing their bids.. Is my thinking correct?

My thinking believes your thinking is correct.

173  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: User "Stinker", screwed me over for $119 on: August 02, 2014, 11:09:52 PM
Damn, I missed that... You open the profile, then click the trust link and then click the show link to actually see it... That's hidden so deep, makes no sense.

I agree. There should be 2 sections, positive trust and negative trust. Not a default trust list which there are a few people on that have scam accusations against them.

But I don't own the forum so what does it matter what I think, right?
174  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: User "Stinker", screwed me over for $119 on: August 02, 2014, 10:59:57 PM
What are you talking about? He had 0 received feedback and 4 sent feedback at the time. From those 2 negatives that he has now, I wrote one now and some other guy wrote one after seeing my scam report post.

No, you have to click the untrusted feedback to see other peoples feedback that isn't on the default list.

There is a neg feedback saying he is a multi accounter.
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Real Bitcoin Price Speculations on: August 02, 2014, 10:54:03 PM
I used to think family/friend payment wasn't reversible but found out the hard way that it is. They have to claim that someone hacked their account, etc, but everything on paypal is technically reversible..

Yet another vouch that it is reversible. How many people have agreed with you? None in case you werent counting.
176  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: User "Stinker", screwed me over for $119 on: August 02, 2014, 10:40:46 PM
Looking at Stinkers feedback you are joking right?

He had neg feedback before you traded with him, why would you send first?
177  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: User "Stinker", screwed me over for $119 on: August 02, 2014, 09:19:19 PM
This is the 3rd guy, he seems more trustworthy, or am I mistaken again?
https://localbitcoins.com/accounts/profile/energa/

If he was willing to use localbitcoins escrow he was most likely legit. Anytime you are looking to buy/sell localbitcoins is the best options for a number of reasons.
178  Economy / Services / Re: Web Design/Development Network [One Stop Solution For Your Crypto Business] on: August 02, 2014, 09:16:56 PM
PM me if this service is still available please.
179  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMER: User "Stinker", screwed me over for $119 on: August 02, 2014, 09:02:39 PM
Well, you sent a PM and he did, so I had to choose between you two. His acc was 1 week old, you acc was 3 weeks. Both quite new. Your PM consisted of your payza address and "send there please", without any negotiation. Like what? You didn't even mention if you give 10BTC or 0.001 for that money. I chose the wrong guy and lesson learned, but your PM was way more fishy, that's why I chose him. After I sent the money, a 3rd guy PM-ed me but it was too late.

Don't feel bad, all 3 members would of scammed you most likely. Just happen to choose that one.
180  Economy / Speculation / Re: Real Bitcoin Price Speculations on: August 02, 2014, 07:59:41 PM
The kid is 27 and used to work in a bank.

To the first user - credit cards even have 6 months chargeback period. Also - you cannot claim fraud when you send money to your friend or family. Only if someone hacks your account and sent gift to themselves. Furthermore here is a way around the buyer protection - it only covers single payments. If something is paid in parts it only covers the first payment.

To the scammer - how many profiles you have you 419er?

You'll grow up one day don't worry. Until then don't sell your coins for paypal gift unless you like chargebacks.
