 I agree. I think physical bitcoin is one of the most important collectables on the planet. An artistic time capsule of when bitcoin started. I see collectible coins like silver eagles produced with a mintage of around 18 million every year. Our coins are typically under a thousand. Keep spreading the word and holding those coins

   I agree with you. They messed something up. Im more upset with them that they continue to try and capitalize on physical bitcoin but dont want to fully embrace crypto. I feel like they are taking advantage of our live of this hobby. I do think that since they are a big company they could do it right and make it safe. Avoid all the pitfalls that plagued them last time. But for now im steering clear of their products. Thanks for info and the thread K-werk

Just to clarify, and i know weve discussed these coins at nauseam on other threads. None of the bulls were actually swept or hacked. There was only an issue with the way the private keys were created. It involved a lengthier process to sweap not typical of what is normal. There was never a scam im aware of with either the 2014 eagle or bull. Just poor key production. I believe there was also one coin purchased in the secondary market by LC that had the hologram still affixed but no funds on the coin. As far as I know these coins are still safe and mine are loaded today.

  I had no idea it cost so much to grade Through PSA. Is it comparable at Beckett? Do you think if you took your card out of the holder and re-submitted it, it could potentially get a better grade, or would they simply notice the card and refractor number and give it the same?

Question for those that have submitted to PSA. How much have you been paying to grade $35? $55 $99 ? Do you think undervaluing your card and taking the cheaper price will affect your grade. Although it shouldn't I've heard of some questionable grades. Any benefit to choosing PSA over Beckett. Have you noticed one grading service more forgiving to manufacturing errors than another? I understand that grading should be a black and white process but humans are doing it so its not always cut and dry.

These guys frusterate me sooo much. What a missed opportunity. Dope designs and great coins but continually miss the point of physical bitcoin. Im so tired of exchanging emails with them. Just want to capitalize on the popularity of physical but not make it worth anybody's time. I mean really. Why even load 30 cents

  I am creating this post to showcase an artist who has produced some amazing art over the last year. He was featured in Cardsmiths Currency Series 1 with cards number #12, #32, and #44. I have included a picture below. He is currently selling his Hand painted Monero/crypto bills. Each bill is legal tender from various countries. The bills are then hand painted and signed. As can be expected these are time consuming and limited in number. He also has a variety of full size paintings varying in size and price. I purchased the Monero painting in the picture below entitled Vibrant revival. I have to say it looks amazing in person. His work has been featured in some exhibits and interest in his work is growing. The Monero girl is part of a series of maybe 6 paintings featuring different girls in varying Monero poses. I also paid him a fee ($70) to sign my 3 Cardsmiths cards so if you're collecting Cardsmiths this is a great opportunity if he is still willing to do it.

  I am not running this sale only pointing you in the direction of a great artist and cool art. His email address will be provided at the bottom. I told him he may be getting emails. He was very professional and my artwork came packaged appropriately and fast. Best of all his prices are reasonable for 1/1 original works of art. He will provide his BTC address at time of sale.  Why wouldn't they be official cards? Because they didnt come in packs? I think all that matters is that they are 1/1. Anytime something is 1/1 it is very collectible. No matter how you want to label it the card exists and people are trying to collect it. On reddit they call it the 11 card rainbow or 10 card rainbow. I think the diamonds are officially part of the series.

  I think still a lot of confusion around these. People just see your selling the 1 ethereum card for 2k and dont realize  theres 2 k on the card. Just hold the ballet wallet as is. Dont add extra crypto to the cardsmiths ballet. Card should have whatever the denomination is on the card. If your looking to start a ballet cold wallet just get a regular ballet wallet to collect your crypto. Just like what MJ said.

Eventually these cardsmiths redemption cards will sell for their true value.
