Was just looking at that. If us CLOAK devs are not capable (as some of them claim) how were we able to mod the standard wallet with CloakTrade? In wallet trading is something that has been talked about in the past but nobody else has done it. Just a thought.

Network Update:
Another 2 seeds were added today.
The aim of which is to further increase the stability of network and help prevent forks that can happen so often in 100% PoS coins.

Nice. I'm so excited... Don't forget to toss a few Cloak their way as motivation (and for everything they've done so far). There's also a 20 btc bonus to get PoSA delivered before countdown ends
|

|
at cloakcoin.com it shows 3 days... as far i know 7-3=4 so, the main course is delayed? at least 4 days... getting hungry...
Yes: website needs to be updated. The reason for which was the extra 3 to 4 days spent patching CloakTrade as was stated in an earlier announcement.

Little Countdown thing is gone?
Backup.

I still get "cloakcoin-qt.exe, 4445 in "LIBEAY32.dll" not found with these installed. Googeling dlls and put them into the wallt dir changes error messages and numbers and wants new dlls, but i did not find a working combo in 20+ trys.... Save to windows dir

CloakTrade working in latest wallet update: 1.9.5.2
Since last upgrade you can now buy, sell and check your balance from within wallet.
We will call this the official beta version.
https://mega.co.nz/#!ddNkyBRQ!XkMHH-c4gEwVEclQn3RPv2DjdOE5ecz3XAMociWGUNY
For something that appeared quite simple on the surface, modding the wallet took an unexpected amount of time.
Implementing CloakTrade has made the team allot wiser about things that do and don't work, which is going to be very helpful for all future wallet mods, of which many are planned.
We can now fully concentrate on PoSA (which we will try everything we can to have it out before 7th July The date is being moved back a couple of days due to the extra time spent patching CloakTrade).
However this week, as mentioned before, you'll be able to view an extensive whitepaper for CloakMarket : Decentralized p2p market (where cloakcoin will be the currency of choice).
We are also in talks about creating our own VPN service: CloakVPN. It will most likely become part of our encrypted services package, in which automated subscription payments can be made direct from the CLOAK wallet in order to pay for such services (another first perhaps).
During development of these new projects there will be plenty of dev videos along the way to keep track of progression.

Another stratum server was added to multipool hence reason for downtime.
Should be ok now.
|
|
|
Looks like multipool is down. No connection to either US or EU servers. From CLOAK multipool: "We are updating our stratum servers later on today, please ensure that you have both of our servers configure for failover redundancy. Downtime should be very minimal."
|
|
|
By the way.... where disappeared countdown to release PoSA ??
The op rejected it for some reason. "Image rejected by bitcoin talk" Will get another one up later today.

|
I have problem with this.... LIBEAY32.dll is missing i cannot run this wallet, any solution ? Ok, thanks for reporting this. Sounds like you have a dll conflict with openssl. What you can do is install the latest binary distribution of openssl for windows from https://www.openssl.org/related/binaries.html and it should resolve it for you This should be the direct link you need from that page: http://slproweb.com/download/Win32OpenSSL-1_0_1h.exeFollow instructions and install in windows system directory if asked. Let us know what happens.

Just added to announcement / update. Improving CLOAK Network Stability
Added two more seeds in different geographical locations today to the DNS.
Tomorrow and monday we are adding three more.

Where we are right now: CloakTrade and windows patch
As explained earlier a major breakthrough was made.
For three days we'd been trying desperately to get QT to work with the client.
Then today we swapped into cURL looking to get better windows compatibility.
Bingo!
Now we have the following things working:
Communication from windows wallet and bittrex
API verify Order History
Market History
Market Data from exchange
So, the biggest challenge is defeated in getting CloakTrade to work in windows.
Now we are left with wrapping up buy, sells and there is some GUI work to be done to get balance displaying.

wait... that big ass sale of 1k cloak was you?
-_-
not cool.
Oh dear. Please look at the tab. Does it say, Your Market History... No, it says market history, therefore whoever has been trading on Bittrex. i.e nothing to do with us. Why would anyone on the dev team possibly want to sell CLOAK at such levels with everything we have coming? Not going to happen.
