169  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcoin Job Opportunity on: July 07, 2014, 02:21:53 PM
Hey Jack,

I'm in Melbourne. I run a Bitcoin-accepting store ( http://www.shopjoy.com.au/buy-with-bitcoin ). I'm looking for a Bitcoin-literate Australian to do some some Bitcoin-related work: research, writing, marketing, etc. I can pay you in Bitcoin, of course.

Would you be interested?

PS: Sent you $5 worth of BTC. Have some Bitcoin to play with Smiley

Hey Mate,

Firstly thanks heaps for that, you're a legend.

Secondly, I am very interested in your offer!

PM me with more details and hopefully we can sort something out!

Cheers!

You're best of selling these in a pawn shop, they'll give you their actual value and you never know one of them might fetch you some good money, although I doubt that but it will give you an idea what their actual market price is.

That's not a bad idea, might look into that! Cheers!

Would anyone be willing to pay 1-5 bitcoin?
173  Economy / Goods / Re: Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 11:03:12 PM
Sadly, I don't believe these have little / any value to anyone but yourself. May  be something that isn't worth selling. Regardless, best of luck!

Okay maybe 10 bitcoin is pretty pricey, can I get some offers on how much people would buy them for!
174  Economy / Goods / Re: Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 01:48:34 PM
They may be very valuable to you but honestly I doubt anybody else is willing to pay 10 BTC. They have more of a sentimental value than physical value and therefore you'd value then higher than others would perceive them to be.

Mate your probably right but you never know haha.

I'll stay positive and hopefully someone wants them!
175  Economy / Goods / Re: Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 12:03:37 PM
my relative used to own a trophy shop so i had masssssssive trophies growing up.
I was VIP in all sports!! well according to the trophies.... not so much on the actual sports field :/

hopefully your trophies are real silver cause 10BTC is a pretty price to pay for yours...

Haha love it! The ladies love seeing mountains of trophies, just don't tell them the whole trophy shop story!

I would say some are real silver, but not all.

Like I said previously, they have great value to me and hopefully someone on here shares that view! They are precious to me and would only give them up for a large sum, as they are a reflection of my sporting life!

Just a bit of fun and hopefully someone wants to do a deal with me!
176  Economy / Goods / Re: Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 11:30:59 AM
Update, follow the link in the first post to see a pic!
177  Economy / Goods / Re: Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 10:55:08 AM
Explain to me why they are worth 10 bitcoin, to me.

That's a great question and one that you will have to answer for yourself?

Well the one thing that makes them valuable is that there is not one single trophy in the world the same to these.

Besides that it looks great  to have a stack of trophies around the house or up in shelves! I doubt you would appreciate it but I did work really hard to get them all!

To be honest may not be even worth 0.1 bitcoin to you but at least 10 is what they are worth to me and if there is someone out there in the bitcoin world who feels they are worth the same, then hey, i'm a lucky man!

Just a bit of fun, I doubt anyone would do it, but you never know unless you try!
178  Economy / Goods / Re: Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 10:39:03 AM
Mod moved it to correct place, thanks for that.
179  Economy / Goods / Who wants all my trophies? on: June 30, 2014, 10:19:56 AM
I'm selling every single trophie/medal I have ever won.

Mainly cricket, AFL and tennis.

Really weird thing to sell but who knows, maybe someone out there willing to buy them.

As they are pretty precious to me I'll start the bidding at 10 bitcoin!

Happy bidding, and to the people who say why would anyone want to buy your trophies, some guy sold his life on eBay so it's a large world and people buy obscure things haha!
