161  Economy / Gambling / *Trial* NEW! WEEKLY LOTTO 98% total payout to 1 lucky winner! ENJOY! on: June 14, 2014, 09:16:25 PM
Afternoon everyone.

So I don't know the entire history of gambling on this site but I had an idea to do a fair weekly lotto for those interested. Going to be done as a trial for now and if successful ill keep invigilating it.

The way it will work ,

There will be 3 Lotto's going each week.

1- Small prize - Tickets 0.001 Sent too 1GVyppcYp6dwobkfu8iHNKPLW8nEofysbX

2- Med prize -Tickets 0.01 Sent too 1MdoXNYkWWM5BsspYxiAacb3ie9EJVcvDt

3- Large prize- Tickets 0.10 Sent too 19iAZMvkXMbrKTe25toKGzh43NLtPjrBuA

Each Lotto is separate and not linked! but by having 3 all levels of players can participate.

6 days a week tickets can be bought by sending the corresponding amount to the address for the lotto you want to play. (PLEASE NOTE ONLY SEND THE AMOUNT INDICATED) if you want to buy more tickets for that weeks draw send more transactions of the indicated amount. (DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FRIDAY! - this is to make this fair worldwide because of timezones ect)

On the 7th day (fridays) at 5pm (Pacific time) I will generate a number between 1 and the total transactions for that week via http://www.random.org/

If 20 people buy tickets the number will be between 1 and 20 and so forth. This will be done for each of the Lotto's

The number generated will be used to determine the winning ticket (IE 67 tickets bought , draw number is 31) = the 31st ticket bought is the winner!

Winner of each Lotto will receive 98% of the total leaving myself with 2% for running the service.

I believe this system is fair and fun, there will be one winner for each Lotto Each week and the winnings will be send immediately. All Lottos will remain public for transparency and the winning transactions will be posted.

So to get started today I have made the 3 Lotto's and the next draw will be Friday the 20th of June at 5PM

Good luck!!

Wow, I'm running three of these bad-boys myself and was actually considering clocking them up to 190 or 200GH, had no idea clocking down to 140GH resulted in that much electricity savings!  Guess now I'll have to consider going the other direction.

Good luck with your sale.

Wait til either A) BTC difficulty change (increase) or B) BTC value change  (decrease) before underclocking and/or pencil modding. Unless you are paying more than .16$/kWh...OR your circuits are maxed and you want to add more!  Wink

Wish I had the coin for at least one of these but my 3D printer has been super hungry lately, haha

GLWS mate  Cry

Or if the noise/heat is too much for your situation. These run wayyyyyy cooler.

Messaged ya but havnt heard back looking to buy all

Selling my 6 modified (pencil mod) Antminer S1s. These run at 185watts each for 140ghash. Considerably more efficient then stock and likely will result in higher ROI for you unless your power is super cheap/free.

Here is some betarigs feedback on one of the units: https://www.betarigs.com/rig/5577

Payment in crypto only. I also have an EVGA 1300G2 I can sell with them if you need a PSU. All 6 are currently running @ 1100watts at the wall on the one PSU. The voltmod has them running considerably quieter and cooler.

Looking for 0.4BTC/ea shipped to CONUS.

Not sure if your purposely killing the fun here,  but this auction is meant to have a ton of bids with very small increments.  Read the op if you do not understand what I mean,  but the people with a ton of bids already have a very big advantage here and will be paying much less than you so can afford to bid higher.  If you are interested your best bet is to start making the minimal raise like every one else and get your total bid count up.

I see where your coming from and its a fun pricing structure but in the end I really just want this miner in my rack and raising a bit higher might help that.

Except for those few missing more than 25BTC I can't see why anybody is even talking about this pool.  They are long since dead and should remain that way.  Like other BTC scams the money is not coming back.

This is most likely and unfortunately accurate.
