I have not been paid but that would be nice.  I really haven't said anything that special, but that I enjoy playing there.  I tried to join their signature campaign to get paid and see just about every website rewarding players for posting in a forum.  That seems like mutually beneficial advertising to me.  Then you say delete comments, Betcoin can't delete your comments here so you are free to speak freely and if you are referring to the Betcoin.ag forum they are running a business and in my mind would be expected to delete posts otherwise it would be a spam fest.

Regarding that post, it doesn't come up but a list of players online does and the player that wrote this is logged in which is interesting.  I guess he isn't done.

The only reason I even know about BitcoinTalk is because it was mentioned on Betcoin.ag, ironically that's how I found out about Nitrogen and some other good sites as well.  Some sites have strong points but none combine all the aspects.

Does it even matter that you are banned at this point?  If you have all these negative thoughts, why play there anyway?

Please answer, what is your goal and why not work it out?  Your posts indicate a personal issue that you should just work out and move on from.

As for darkdays, I really don't read every post, they are too long and in the Betcoin community there is a lot more going on in there with staking, loans, sports talk, poker talk and more.  I enjoy the time in there.

I wish I could get paid to post, but I don't have the seniority here at Bitcointalk yet.  I will soon.  I just enjoy playing on the site and the community for a wide variety of reasons and see many new people each day enjoying their experiences.  I guess it would make sense that not everyone could be happy.  I have noticed you also try to attack anybody that posts by stating they get paid to post which I find funny.  I personally hate to see people waste time, but I guess the same could be said about me responding to you though I don't nearly spend as much time as you.

I actually remember when the bbj started at just over 1 btc, then there was talk about taking the bbj funds when it built up to over 10 and using that for a freeroll, but that never happened.  They did both.

What is your goal with all of this?  What is your player name on Betcoin?

163  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetcoinPoker.com Betcoin.ag-Big Tourneys-BONUS-Freerolls, Ring Games, Real Poker on: November 24, 2015, 09:37:42 PM
You clearly have some sort of personal issue with Betcoin Poker and it would have been in your best interest to solve it directly with them.  I am not sure what level you played at but I see some pretty big action there everyday and each of those players comes back daily without complaints. I really can't believe you waste all the time you do, but will say I believe that Betcoin.ag's VIP program is far and above any I have ever experienced and they have real poker, a good sportsbook, the best casino and dice all combined in one experience.  I still sometimes use Nitrogen for sports, but that is more rare now that there have been no issues with Betcoin Sports.  I actually find it ironic that your complaints are about the VIP program that is superior to any other sites from my experience.

Edit: They give out up to 200% in rakeback in some instances as what I have read and held a 10 btc freeroll and still have the bbj that was supposed to fund that and Betcoin is dishonest?  I wish more poker sites were dishonest in your view because I really do miss those 10 btc freerolls!

Contact them directly and solve your personal issue.  They are very good about taking care of their players.

You should all play where you enjoy playing.  Quite frankly, looking at the time some of you spend on here if you put that into something productive you could actually provide some type of value.  I enjoy my experience on Betcoin and get nearly 150% rakeback on my play.  There is no other website online offering this for poker play right now.  I also play on ACR if there is an issue with Betcoin but the value is far less where I get about 33% rakeback.  Also, I get the same amount of rakeback from tourneys on ACR as I do on Betcoin so the value for Betcoin combined with the community and the other activities, sportsbook, dice, and casino makes it the best place for me to play.  I see hundreds of people playing at Betcoin everyday and only the same 3 people complaining.  Why not just focus your time and play somewhere else?

Damnit, I just missed ITM on the BitcoinTalk tourney and just missed that bounty on Rapacious!  Fun tournament, I see the layover but you should really try to focus on building out Betcoin specific tournaments maybe with a lower GTD amount.

Thanks for fixing the 100% rakeback promo.  Any plans on a 10 btc freeroll coming or some of the VIP freerolls? I always see a spike in traffic following these freerolls which signals to me an increase in depositing players or is it more of the current players who come back?  Keep up the good work!

Why not play somewhere else?  I play at many different places, but you should play where you are happiest.  I enjoy the community here at Betcoin the most and hope they add the WPN tournaments back in, but casino, sports and dice I also play.

Would that make it ok for Betcoin to behave this way?

(Currently I am playing over 50 hours a week across 4 different sites, Betcoin has not been one of them.  The last time I included Betcoin in my regular schedule was October 11th, working on explaining why now  )

Yes, you sound like a child.  Take your money elsewhere.  I have had a wonderful time at Betcoin and enjoy the community and all of the options of gameplay.  I have also seen you in the player chat and have no idea why you literally spend all day in there.  If I don't like a line at Betcoin Sports I have many other great options to spend my bitcoin on and so do you.  If you don't like it, you also have many great options as well.  Is this a personal issue you have with Betcoin?

I understand I have the option to play elsewhere, I've already explained I rarely play on Betcoin anymore - and may never again.  Currently I'm playing on WPN through 5dimes, 4 mtts $109, $44, $33 and $160 buyins, all funded by bitcoin. (sn = goatofgoats) So telling me to "go somewhere else" doesn't really make any sense.  "forget about betcoin and stop trying to hold them accountable" would make more sense.

I'm doing this because I truly believe its the right thing to do

Dude are you serious?  I see you continue to post and I see more and more action in Betcoin ring games and Betcoin tournaments.  You realize that you are bumping this thread and keeping Betcoin in the top spot here?  I see several hundred people playing daily including many very high stakes players and I never see them complaining...

It seems like I am missing something.  In player chat, it always seemed like you were winning, therefore I am interested to know did you win or lose a lot at Betcoin, did they pay you out timely if you won?  My wagering amounts aren't very much but I have had only great experiences with the customer support and love the community.  Also, I hope they get the WPN tournaments back soon because I play poker as well as sports, casino and dice, and really enjoy their loyalty program.  I for one will miss you in there, but you should play where you are happiest.  The fact that you keep responding in here and admit logging in to Betcoin (which I personally doubted) indicates to me you don't want to leave.  Maybe you should message them privately and see if you can resolve some issue that you have.

I think over the course of my betting with Betcoin, I am probably closer to even. I had some great streaks of luck, and then gave back some. Winning or losing, I just want a reliable book to place bets.

You are correct, my past experience with their customer service and their payouts has been well above expectations, which is what gave me the extreme patience to deal with their many sportsbook issues in the first place. I certainly did not want to leave, but given that I believe that they did the wrong thing in this situation, and the fact that their book has been so unstable without adequate updates to the resolution of issues, I've decided to stick to my threat of leaving and move on. It's truly a shame, as I had spread the word on their book being a great place to make bets.

  • You cannot grade bets 3-4+ (sometimes 30) hours later and expect regular customers to stay around
  • When issues exist in the Sportbook causing interruption to normal operations, you need to update your clients and provide alternatives for clients in good standing
  • When the client makes extraordinary exceptions to deal with a very poorly working sportsbook, you make exceptions to your processes, as long as they are fair to all sides, as was my request to honor the bet I made 5+ times, only to have my balance disappear, and them tell me the bet was rejected, and not honor the bet even though I opened a support ticket and reported the issue BEFORE the games begun

I did reach out to Andrew on the back end, and he dismissed the issue stating they do not accept wagers in support tickets, even though he did it before, and it was an issue caused by their book not functioning with a clear record of the ticket. I don't mind dealing with Andrews smugness in his responses, but for them to not do the right thing on this wager, which was such a small fraction of what I bet weekly, was just unacceptable.

My reason for continuing to post about this is my annoyance, as well as the intention to make sure that they rethink these things in the future. They're so concerned about paying people to post positive things (note: all my positive things in the past about betcoin were not paid, but just honest reviews, just as this is an honest negative post) with their marketing campaign, they are forgetting that a simple resolution that may have cost them $300 can cause a lot of negative feedback. I think they'll also agree, it's not even the amount that is an issue for me, it's entirely the attitude and response that I've been seeing from them that is the driving factor in this.

My first deposit and two bets at nitrogen went extremely smooth and fast, and time will tell if they grade and payout as quickly, since they are both using 5dimes for their feeds. My guess is Betcoin may not be taking on the risk with the sports betting, but just being a conduit to the bet. Andrew said they are having record deposits, so I sure hope all of those people stay and put up with the many issues. I stayed longer than most would deal with because of how good they WERE.

Good share, I like nitrogensports, 5dimes, pinnacle and bookmaker as well but the overall experience in my opinion is much better at Betcoin, but I also play poker, casino and dice and want to be in the bet possible VIP program.  It seems to me that if Betcoin would have granted your wager placed in a ticket, you would not be so upset.  Am I reading this correctly?  I think you should have continued dialogue with them, because IMO this looks like a personal issue you had over this one wager.

Your comments about paying to post positive things being their focus ignores that nearly every casino here on Bitcoin talk has a signature campaign.  You are paid when in the campaign, but I don't believe your posts have to be pro-betcoin.  I actually tried to get in this campaign but I don't have enough seniority I guess.

If your experience at NitrogenSports is good, you should play at NitrogenSports.  As I said, Nitrogen is a great place to play and I make wagers there from time to time, but we both know the overall experience is better at Betcoin that's why you continue to post in this thread!  Just message them and let them know how you feel about this.

You logged in today.  Thank you for coming back. We definitely consider ourselves lucky to be able to provide a wonderful service to so many great people that continues to grow and we certainly will be here to help our great customers anytime.  Thank you for your support!

I did indeed, I sent a message to those in the community that I was moving on, I guess the post about Nitrogen and 5dimes wasn't appreciated as I saw it was deleted. Not sure why, as that original post was already there, I just added a line. With the disgruntlement over the sports book reliability I wanted to let people know of the many different options that exist that are actually reliable. However, I do understand the competing books have potential to harm your business if they provide exactly the same lines with more reliability. Hope both the sportsbook issues and the WPN connectivity delays are resolved soon for you.

If you'd prefer that I didn't login, please go ahead and delete my account, I won't need it anymore for wagering. The cryptic loyalty program with misleading facts really doesn't do anything for me, so if I changed my mind, starting over wouldn't impact me in the least.

I have also been a long time customer of Betcoin Sports and have had a great experience in gameplay and customer service.  I frequently wager NFL as well a many other sports and any issue I have had was handled promptly and I also have received a bonus from time to time.  I want to request the addition of cricket to the wagering options please and also motorsports.

For clarity, players receive VIP points when you use your bitcoin to buy into a satellite tournament based on the fees you pay. You do not receive VIP points on the tournament that you are entered into once you win the seat.

...and, by the way, it is what happens in every FIAT based pokerroom.

So hope noone will complain about it.

Could you please name one other online poker room that has this policy?

Have plenty more to say on this later.

ACR, Stars to name two.  It only makes logical sense considering you are not paying the full fee to get into the tournament that you have satellited into.  I was wondering why Betcoin even posted this because I didn't see anyone ever mention this in the thread and it would seem common sense.  What are your complaints about this twitchyseal?

I am really enjoying the updates at Betcoin, they continually are adding new features and creating a better user experience.  I asked for eSports and the new sportsbook has eSports and I also wanted more live lines to wager on and it seems like they have the most now of any bitcoin sportsbook.  I didn't have a problem resetting my password, but when it didn't work on BetcoinSports, I went to Betcoin.ag and saw that it needed an update.

I have seen a few complaints about it here but maybe you should post a message on BetcoinSports.com that players may need to update their password, but I will tell everyone that the new sportsbook was definitely worth taking about 60 seconds of my time to update a password.  It amazes me people complain over such small things when the experience is now so much better for them.

Keep up the good work guys.
179  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Game - 33% Bet - Only getting paid 1 to 1 ?????? on: August 18, 2015, 07:07:29 PM
I actually took the time to test this because I play frequently at Betcoin and love it, but never such small amounts of 0.01 mbtc which is about $0.002.  It appears that this only happens at an amount of 0.01 mbtc which is their stated minimum.  Every higher wager amount that I tried this at the payout is accurate.  I remember they had an issue with players abusing wagers at this amount in the past, but clearly when you put another amount in of higher value all the payouts are accurate.

I am sure they will take care of you and certainly give you the 0.03 mbtc which is less than a penny that you have won here as they have always taken care of me in these situations.  Also, if you play such small amounts, perhaps try Primedice which I like, but the VIP program at Betcoin includes dice and I enjoy poker and sports as well.

Very interesting to see the anger at a website hosting a 10 btc freeroll and then announcing they will be holding more 10 btc freerolls.  I am very appreciative of having the opportunity to play in these freerolls and encourage Betcoin to keep up the good work.  The size of this freeroll was bigger than most other poker room freerolls and they have announced they will be doing this frequently.  I for one will hold them to this rather than complain about these opportunities.

It was a freeroll for those that don't play cash games at Betcoin Cool  Do you play cash games at Betcoin?

And some of us contribute to the freerolls by playing cash games and can never play them.  YW

I do play cash games at Betcoin and take full advantage of the rakeback promo they have going.  People also complained about this but it is so easy to do and they give me the rakeback daily.  I just don't want to see them take these promos away, because they really are good opportunities that is hard to find anywhere else.  I play where I can find great value and right now, Betcoin has great value.  For example, you are basically charged twice as much playing ring games at any fiat poker room.  On top of that, I and several others I see playing get 100% rakeback...
