No min for deposit or withdraw (withdraws just have to cover the feerate)
^That is a good feature that you have and I hope all casinos are the same as this way.
But probably if you have bonuses and promotions soon, it is good if there is a minimum required before you can withdraw to avoid abusing those promos.
By the way, upon looking at your casino, I saw there that there is a Previous Winners, can you clarify what those amounts are there? The amount they won or the amount they bet?
Welcome to the forum and good to see you are very active answering questions.

The amount they won.

Hello,

I just launched my new website. https://www.l0tt0.com

The project has instant games with a unique take on where the winning numbers come from . They're taken from the last decimals of Bitcoin's USD price. We source our price information from two esteemed platforms, CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. We have custom API's which deliver us updates every 10 seconds. We call one, sleep 5, then call the other. each is added with the last and divided by two. Thus giving us a steady price update every 5 second, going down to the 16th decimal. Our games take their winning numbers from the last 5 to 6 decimals. It's certainly a unique and truly random number set. We have a public price API so everyone can see our updates.

I'm very excited to hear your thoughts and feedback. We are starting a small signature campaign this week. I'm starting this thread to introduce the project and to have a place to handle any questions/concerns/comments.

Thanks so much,

Josh
Welcome into this forum Lotto.com!

I've seen this one because of the current signature campaign that you are running. If you are just making this as an ANN thread then make it look better.
Able to post up some image just to make your ANN thread looks nice https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2385104.msg24371150#msg24371150
First impression does last and this is why its better to make it more colorful or something interesting.

Just to tell you this that Lotto type of games arent really that getting that much attention. Lots had tried but most of them close their doors.
I've seen that this one is really just that similar to binary options which is interesting but i highly doubt that there would be lots of people would be interested into that. Good luck!

I will post something more flashy in the days to come.. think of this as a soft launch.
As for your comment, you have to look at the site and our games first. because they are instant games. But I do agree with you- lottery style drawing sites dont work... but l0tt0 isn't like that.
instant instant instant.. pow pow pow. Binary who? heh.

Hey @dewez, congratulations on launching your new l0tt0 website! I must admit that you've come up with an interesting concept for your games. I've never heard of someone using the last decimals of Bitcoin's price to determine the winning numbers before, and this definitely adds a unique twist to the traditional lottery format. I gotta check this out more to see how it works and what's the process to confirm the results.

Your site looks very "old" with the graphics and fonts coming from the old Builtin board days. I looks like the ancient arcade games that I played when I was still very young.

It might sound if I am harsh, but I am just brutally honest and I hope you see this as constructive criticism. I do not know if you are deliberately going for a 80s look, but I think it is too dated, compared with your competition.  Roll Eyes Huh

I think they intentionally created a retro feel for the brand in order to stand out from competitors.

Let us say, he really did intentionally create such retro feel, however, earning credibility would still take time.
From the dashboard of the 3 games, it seems only couple of persons tried their site, so maybe, they are all part of the team.
But checking above, seems some here already tried their site. Now, the challenge is to attract users to try their site.

@OP, how much is your minimum deposit/withdrawal on your site?
Are you planning to add other alts like LTC or doge in the future even if your site says bitcoin lottery?

No min for deposit or withdraw (withdraws just have to cover the feerate)
164  Economy / Gambling / Re: l0tt0.com on: June 21, 2023, 09:06:21 PM
guys.. i'm the project owner. i have more than enough money in the wallet for months of withdraws. i have been building this site for a year. the project speaks for it's self.

this is how i'm doing it right now. i started this for comments/questions/concerns regarding the site- not how you think i should handle my business. all due respect.
Well your claims need to be backed, maybe for now as the site has just been launched would also advice for you to do some kind of review by member here to clear you on some vital upgrades thats need to be added in other to improve your popularity here and with everything so quick with the launching of the site, it kind of portray some kind of fishy and ulterior motive from the website so gaining reputation by members here reviewing the site will help it growth.

there was nothing quick about it. Reviews are a good idea though.

Great feedback..  so you want to be able to bet less than $1? like 20 cents etc?
Are the instructions at the bottom not simple or clear? I'll load you up again. Smiley
Yes, lower than $1 is fine, but people want to bet exact amounts written manually, like 46 cents or 96 cents or $69.13.
Slider can still stay but just open field for manual entries with keyboard.
Instructions at the bottom are not clear enough for me, and I want to see information about minimum and maximum we can withdraw, are there any fees, and stuff like that.

okay. I can open it up for manual bets within the range.
as for the instructions- i will work on them. maybe a 1,2,3 step approach?
okay i will add more detail regarding withdraw info on account page. (btw there is no minimum withdraw.. just has to be more than the going feerate)
167  Economy / Gambling / Re: l0tt0.com on: June 21, 2023, 05:15:17 PM
I finished first testing of l0tt0.com, and sadly I lost everything I had in my account Sad
Thank you dewez for being kind enough and crediting my account for this test.

Here is first feedback.
I want to see history of my bets, and better information message when I win or lose something.
Than I want to be able to enter manual amount of money I want to bet, right now minimum is $1 and I can only use slider to increase it, but I dont like this.
Allow people to bet any amount they want, below $1 and to write manually exact amount they want.
I want to see simple instructions how to play games, maybe that is why I wasted most of my credits very fast  Grin
Dark theme switch would be nice addition, and maybe play it would be cool to play against other players.

But why not an even better "random" alternative directly from the Bitcoin blockchain? Hash results, even total BTC block fee for even easier reading (which I last trialled for a giveaway).
Maybe because bitcoin blockchain is very slow compared to price changes  Wink

The days of simple, basic sites. I miss them!

Comment on how you get results: Probably "random" enough, and CMC (Binance owned) did get Coingecko mainly as an alternative for oracles to get price data from, and if it's good enough for the majority of AMMs out there, it's good enough for l0tt0, I suppose.

But why not an even better "random" alternative directly from the Bitcoin blockchain? Hash results, even total BTC block fee for even easier reading (which I last trialled for a giveaway).

i thought of that.. but thats every 10 minutes.
l0tt0's games are instant.. so that 5 seconds inbetween games is key.
169  Economy / Gambling / Re: l0tt0.com on: June 21, 2023, 03:14:26 PM
Let's give them a break and help them to build the brand. I think overtime everything will look normal. It all depends on how much work they put behind building a good name for their project.
Exactly, building good reputation is much more better than even the 0 figure in the domain. All what we want is even the good name in the forum and behind not the domain. The project is nice. But there are some things they have to work in the site. Mostly the casino gallery.

What do you mean, the casino gallery? on the homepage you mean? i'd like to hear your thoughts.

They already launched a signature campaign yesterday. So they are in the right track.
it's like the signature campaign will last long base on what the campaign manager said. And the only thing that is not too good is the total number of participants, they only need five participants which is not enough to broadcast the casino in the forum. Forum is too big for the five participants.

it's 5 to start. that will grow for sure. we want to get quality and build long term relationships with our sig people. it would be just silly to start with 20... the only reason to do that is to be loud.. i'm not loud, i'm strategic and in this for the long haul. ...time and pressure.

Welcome to the forum!

You have a nice UI/UX for your lotto theme casino. The lotto bingo is very unique and I really want to try this game once I got my weekly pay.

I have some minor suggestions(I didn’t read other post since this is a 3 pager thread already). The price results should be verifiable on blockchain or something like snapshot to make the game result transparent to all the player.

Lastly, Since this casino is not a licensed, trust is your big issue. If possible, provide the hot wallet address you are using for the bankroll of the casino that will be use for the jackpot prize. This kind of transparency will make players comfortable that you will not runaway their money.

Good luck!

Thanks for the comment. Yes.. I agree. I'm in the process of incorporating offshore and getting a license. It's not cheap.. and seeing how it's still not against US law to run a site like this (btc to btc), I wanted to launch it first. As for the wallet, thats not a bad idea.. but I could be posting anyone's wallet. People will end up trusting it for two reasons... 1) its not going anywhere 2) withdraws will be like clockwork.

Thanks for your kind words regarding my Line Bingo game.. I'm very proud of that one! haha. It came to me in a dream believe it or not. I made the Quick Pick game first, which is fun but nothing crazy original. I was then thinking up other games, and pow!

I have more games in development. I really like going slow and double checking all the math. But more games to come!

The complete randomization and transparency of the winning number is something that I find very helpful and unique about the l0tt0 site. Though, we would like to see it being put into execution but, the process eliminates doubt at an instant since, it can be easily verifiable as it happens or from historical records and there isn’t any technicality about it.
Those who care about coin fairness can easily go about deducing the numbers and do the maths to arrive at a logical result.

Still, I’ll like to understand when you say from the last 5 to 6 numbers. Are you imply that the numbers are selective?
I mean like, do you get to use between the 5th decimal in the series or the 6th at any point to decided your calculations for a winning number?

Just for clarification. Most of all, welcome to serving the gambling public and a unique space for crypto derivative projects.

Right.. so for the Quick Pick game- there are 3 winning numbers (from 0-99).. so for that game, when you place a bet, the last 6 decimals are used for those 3 winning numbers.. 2 digits each.
for Line Bingo, the last 5 decimals are used.

I like the design of this website. It reminds me of Rollercoin.
Everything looks very simple and straight forward. I also like you domain. Having a short and easy to remember name is essential for building a brand.
Are you from Russia(St. Petersburg)? My Internet Service Provider usually blocks Russian websites(I don't know why), but your website wasn't blocked, which is weird.
Good luck with this project and the sig campaign. I wish that you would gather a large community of active players.

Thanks so much for the kind words. Nope, not from Russia. I'm glad it's not blocked. Wink

Welcome to this forum Lotto.com , and also like many here I was wondering why use Zero instead of letter O but as you answered Name is a Name   Grin

anyway looks like you are up with your signature campaign and hoping that it will add more visitors and players to your site Good luck ..

Hello, Thanks for the welcome. And no, I said... The name is the name.. Meaning, it's not changing. I love it, I picked it for a reason, mainly for the retro feel- old school hacker type name to match the design.

I did not still visit the link provided by OP but obviously it is a lottery gambling platform and it happened that I'm not into such concept. But for sure there will be gamblers to be hooked up into this if things would run smoothly from its campaign to its release. And if it really is a lottery platform, I would still advice to add up games in order for the players to not just be bored out of a single game.

the games are instant play. it's not like powerball or something similar.
you bet, and pow- you win or lose.

three games currently- more will be added in the weeks to come. the games are fun... i made the site and i play them constantly, Smiley

You know... I put great thought into the login system. I can to the conclusion that username/passwords are the greatest security risk, much greater than an email leak.. When it comes to passwords, very few people use truely unique ones. They always have some kind of personal touch; name of your dog, street... sure some numbers mixed in. Worst case, its the same accross the lot.. Now a days, with the speed of GPU's and hash rates, even one password can be used to build a dead on balls list of pretty much EVERY password you might/would use..
That is true, people are using weak passwords or they use one pass for all approach  Grin
I am not against login system that uses email address links, but I dont see anything wrong with people changing and adding usernames, login process would stay the same.

So having email links- no passwords... is the right route. I'm shocked it's not the standard.
And what happens if email address in hacked like it is happenng all the time? People can lose this standard and much more Wink

if your email is hacked.. the few hundred bucks you have in your l0tt0 account is the least of your worries.

Our games take their winning numbers from the last 5 to 6 decimals. It's certainly a unique and truly random number set. We have a public price API so everyone can see our updates.

I just have a simple question that needs a little explanation. Since you said the game is being determined by the current market price, that's from the last figure of a selected currency. And this market data is being gotten from CoinMarketCap and Coingecko. My question is, if those market trackers happen to have a network downtime or price manipulation like what happened in CoinMarketCap some time back, what will happen to the games played during that period, or do you have other backup plans in place?

These are their production/paid APIs. Hundreds of bucks a month. They don't go down. if they do- we have a backup.
If say one does go down, you would have to wait 10 seconds inbetween bets instead of 5 seconds. Same if both went down and we fell onto the backup.

Don't be bothered by it, its rock solid. I spent a year building this project. It's solid.

Congratulations for launching your signature campaign. I noticed this thread from the signature campaign thread in the service board. The nature of the project interests me, I decided to meet the Ann for details of the project but I am surprised I met a plan text without images as an ANN thread.

I know people must have suggested this to you, consider hiring a designer to make you a good Ann thread. It will wear your project a better look.

Thanks. I will. This is just a casual one,

Thanks man, Thats an interesting idea... I'll look into it. For now.. send me a msg with the email you signed up with and I'll give you $10 of free play.
Thank you for kind offer, and better watch out if I win big reward Grin
I wished if there was different way of registration without email, or maybe we could be given random usernames for situations like this, or we could add custom unique user name.
This would be much better for privacy and we could avoid email leaks.

Testnet coins could be used for demo learning mode, like we are doing when playing in all casinos.

You know... I put great thought into the login system. I can to the conclusion that username/passwords are the greatest security risk, much greater than an email leak.. I just launched my new website. https://www.l0tt0.com
Welcome to Bitcointalk forum!

I always loved the idea of using Bitcoin for lotteries so few years ago I created a topic to track and update all new lotto websites that accept Bitcoin.
L0tt0 was added today in my topic, I just registered to explore it more, and I would like to hear your what are your plans for the future.
Is there a way to use your website with Bitcoin testnet coins for testing, before using real BTC?

This is my All Bitcoin Lottery websites topic:

Thanks man, Thats an interesting idea... I'll look into it. For now.. send me a msg with the email you signed up with and I'll give you $10 of free play.
