Hitbtc, yobit. They are my the most frequent exchanges I use almost daily. There are a lot of approved ones but current market situation makes me be on safe mode lol

nowadays (after january 2018) it's not a good idea at all. all projects after ico and coming out into exchanges falls down in price in 2-3 times.
