161  Economy / Gambling / Re: What type of Gambling do you prefer? on: February 19, 2015, 02:38:42 PM
I prefer sports betting because its the easiest to profit on, especially if you pick smart bets and slowly chip away. Very easy to hit 60-70% of sports, just need to manage your winnings and not go all in everytime Smiley

Its hard to resist going all in, when you have a game at 1.1x odds, and  then your player retires, and you lose everything.
162  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: [WTB] Bitcoins In Delhi on: February 17, 2015, 03:57:20 PM
If you have a credit card or something, or maybe you can do recharges, then you could also chose to do that and be paid in bitcoin.

That guy should advice people planning the Kolkata meetup

It was subvolatil. He is a member of the forum, but hasn't been active in posting.

166  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 14, 2015, 12:09:30 AM
china is a seller market, get used to it.

There going to be dumping there own coins then cause there isn't a whole lot to borrow

china is number 1 world producer of coins - I see no problem.

May as well get used to sharing with our eastern cousins.

It is not like we have a choice in the matter.

Buy when the east dumps, and sell when the east sleeps Wink
167  Economy / Speculation / Re: Any reason for the small pop in price? on: February 13, 2015, 10:36:55 PM

There was something about a major poker site which is getting ready to accept btc. If they lead the way, gambling could be huge for btc....

But who knows?
Seems you are talking about Seals of clubs updating their site and the software used. I doubt that has anything to do with the price increase.

Its funny how a lot of people are using the address to send dust transactions with messages and advertisements promoting other ponzi schemes.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Darkcoin Is Leading The Altcoin Race? on: February 13, 2015, 09:40:59 PM
There is still a lot of fluctuation with DRK 's price. However its good to see it increase overall in the last few days .With new developments coming out after short intervals, it probably is leading.
170  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 13, 2015, 09:38:01 PM
Any speculations on what will happen with the price, once the Ethereum comes in next month ?
171  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you be able to win if you were to play a fair dice? on: February 13, 2015, 09:36:36 PM
I mean if you would have 50% chance of winning would any strategy make you win 100%? I always wondered since you cant win on normal casinos because the odds are against you but here in a perfectly fair dice would you be able to win ?
Even without the edge , its hard to be certain that you will win. Any strategy will fail because of the highest betting limit for all sites.
172  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will stabilize at the same price that it was at 2 years ago.. $150-$200 on: February 13, 2015, 09:34:59 PM
150-200 is not exactly a stabilized value. Doesn't look like it will stabilize anytime soon.
173  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Street being educated about Bitcoin on: February 13, 2015, 09:33:59 PM
I thought they already knew a lot about it .
174  Other / Off-topic / Re: TV Series Recommendations... on: February 13, 2015, 09:13:53 PM
Watching the original Twilight Series at the moment there's some really well thought out episodes and is a definite must in any ones collection.

Isn't that a movie and not a tv series ?
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Any reason for the small pop in price? on: February 13, 2015, 08:58:01 PM
People buying coins.

That is the most probable and obvious reason.

178  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: February 13, 2015, 08:24:03 PM
Silence can only mean one thing...they have no clue when it will be back up and its gonna be a while, at least an amount of time long enough that they do not feel comfortable admitting....

The tweet did say no ETA. So maybe its a big problem, or we might just see the new software when its back up.
179  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.035 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE *New rules on: February 13, 2015, 01:48:29 PM
i got some questions here, when i enroll, i was FM, but i have ranked up, should i change my sig into the one for Sr. Member? but i read the rules that i cant change my signature or payment will be invalid

you can keep the full member signature even you're senior now.

And yes , you can change your signature into Senior, but make sure that you copy exactly same as the bitmixer's code (even there is 1 space, your signature become invalid )
yeah, better hold full member signature this week, so you don't accidentally screw your payment

ill just wait for some official statement from bitmixer , and for the moment id just keep this FM sig , because i dont want to screw my payment for the week

People have posted in the past that changing the sig for the snr member does not screw up your payment.
