161  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: August 28, 2017, 03:33:39 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?
I have earned about 6 to 7 bitcoins in 2 years on the forum.
But most of it I have either spent or lost in gambling and chasing the losses. But yeah I'm aiming to become rich just by bitcoins and crypto only.

wow thats cool i hope i can earn also like that via this forum but im not into gambling but
hopefully i can trade it good as well i know its risky but more reliable than gambling
i hope i can manage my earnings very well coz i have my hopes to go bigtime in this field

6 to 7 Bitcoins from this forum in 2 years it is the really good amount. But now it is not possible all payments are reduced due to Bitcoin price increment. But we can make decent money in the form of USD. Yes with Trading we can make money and most of the people whatever they will earn from this forum they will invest in Gambling or Trading. I will use few coins for trading and few for gambling.
162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: August 28, 2017, 03:27:13 PM
Hello, as we all know that Bitcoin is heading straight to the moon. Me, as an employee, do also invest with this cryptocurrency, and I kinda need to divide all of my salary for my needs, and on how much should I invest in? Let's talk about percentage. Anyone?
This how can we tell without knowing how much you are getting per month. this all depends on your salary and how much expenditure you have per month. after dividing this how much money you left in that you can calculate and invest. the suggestion is don't take the risk just invest your extra money that's it. I also follow this method.
163  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: August 27, 2017, 07:04:59 PM
We need to realize that even at its peak adoption stage, Bitcoin is unlikely to be used by a majority of the people in the world. Look at Visa/Master. How many people are using them? I guess less than a billion. That represents less than one-seventh of the world's population.
Your point is correct, we have to understand that in the total population of the world there are less than half of it which are not potential with this system.
We have to fully understand that there are countries who poverty problem is huge and people in that country are not focus on the new technology, they are more focus in making a living with a less paying job, and that could maybe because of the corrupt politicians.
With realistic approach, we come to this conclusion that world in not an ideal place where all people are living a happy life. There are so many countries that are underdeveloped and they are not even aware of laptops or computers, not even have slightest idea of internet. Only the developed countries by then will be using bitcoins.
I think now 90% of the world know about The Internet and they are using it. Only some countries are facing this issue because of their poor economy. But we have many developed countries in this world still most of the people don't know what bitcoin is. This means Bitcoins need more publicity then only the users will increase. I doubt that in 2022 everyone will start t use Bitcoin.
164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 27, 2017, 06:59:41 PM
Another win all because of Dhoni and Rohit. I felt that Rohit too deserved to win the MOM as it was only because of his and Dhoni's partnership that they won this match else they were 64 for 4 earlier. This would have been an easy match to play but the batsmen are failing many times and most are not consistent with their game, especially Virat. Hope that their next match can be a better game and not dependent on 1-2 players.
India is having luck, so they are winning all matches. The last match also Dhoni stand for a long time and made 100+ runs partnership with 8th batsman and made India to won that match. Today also he played responsible innings and made Ndia win this game by 6 wickets. The 1st 4 wickets lost very quickly but after that Dhoni played mature innings and gave good support to Sharma. Congrats India.
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 27, 2017, 06:53:31 PM
Gambling is not for short term .
Gambling is for short term, it means that you come, hit and run, people are always making the same mistake, when they win in short they continue to gamble and lose money in long run.
Quote
only for fun and entertainment
Cmon, everyone is gambling for money. It is fun to win but i can assure you no one is having fun when losing.

If you want to make money, then choose the correct investments based on your needs because of some investments not good for short term point of view.
I agree that investment is much better way to make money, but also there is small amount of gamblers who actually made money from gambling, it's not really so bad to try to be in that circle.
There are some people they will spend money to get only fun. I agree that everyone will play to win the game, but not everyone will play to win money. Some people will enjoy their loss in gambling. They will only find fun in gambling. But most of the gamblers will put sad face after losing their bets. The players will play for only money. But investing is a safe way to save our money and increase our bankroll.
166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: August 27, 2017, 06:47:47 PM
yes of course if i dont play with my profit i cant profit more In most cases withdraw half of my profit and play with other half .
You are right; if you will not play with your profit then you cannot earn more profit. But in gambling world, most of the time gambler ends up losing everything if they keep on striking again and again. Isn't better to invest that profit in some more reliable and working method like trading or buying a share in some business etc ?
People play with their profits only if they want to double it but unluckily, they end up losing all and are left with empty hands. This is only a luck based game and it does not give you good results most of the time. Hence, if you have really made some amount, then it is advisable for you to invest it in some other work.
If you are a regular gambler, then play with your profit is ok, but if you are a fun gambler and occasionally play then playing with your profit is not safe. As you said, they would lose that winning money in the same gambling game. So no profit and also you will invest. So save your winnings to avoiding playing again gambling with that money.
167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: August 26, 2017, 07:21:52 PM
I do not think so. If you want to become a professional trader, you should spend most of your time in trading because it will improve your skills and knowledge. The more skills you have, the more money you can earn because you can easily predict what will happen in the market
Yes correct, without spending the time you will not learn anything in trading, and it will lead you to lose your investment. Want to become a pro trader you must spend more time and dedicatedly learn all the aspects of trading. Why people will not suggest trading to newbies because of this lack of knowledge about trading. Initial stage you need to spend more time than only it will help to make money in trading.
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your favorite altcoins for this year? on: August 26, 2017, 07:16:13 PM
Your favorite altcoins to hold for 2017 and why?

Well, my choices of altcoins to hold this year are bitcoin cash, etherium, and monero. Because i can see just so much potentail when i look at all these alternative coins. And i personally think that they can really become very valuable coins in the future. I even consider holding them for about two years or more because i rust in them and i am confident that they will really give me a lot of profit in the years to come.

Etherum is a good coin for holding. Yes after 2 or 3 years it will give you good returns. But don't have trust on Bitcoin cash and Monero. BCH is good for day trading long term investment I think it will not worth. For me Waves is worth for long term investment I have few coins.
169  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade or Hodling on: August 26, 2017, 07:12:15 PM
To me holding bitcoin is far more profitable than day trading it. Bitcoin has returned alot of profit for those who has invested in it since inception. Several stories are online of those that bought bitcoin as low as $10 and today bitcoin is as high as $4,000. Day trading is full of panic and many traders has lose mush bitcoin than they gain it. Trading is good if you can eliminate panic!  I have been said time without number that holding is the best way to go.
What you are saying is right if we hold our bitcoins for a long time it will give us nice profit in the long term. This is a safe method to make a profit with your bitcoins. The trading is risky, but you will make a good profit in trading to compare holding your bitcoins. Finally it's up to you which one is you like that you can do. What has said it's just my opinion.
170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 26, 2017, 07:07:07 PM
WI are not at 161 for 3 and they require 96 more runs with 7 wickets left to atleast to cover up the first innings of England and make some extra runs. Brathwaite and SD Hope are playing quite well to chase down the runs but the other batsmen were terrible to get out at less than 5 runs. They need better players at the top order to win these matches. I guess they'll manage to get the score and put up an extra 50 runs atleast but to win the match they would need to put up atleast 250 runs in the first innings which seems too tough for them.

West Indies have already taking a 71 run lead and they have 5 wickets in hand. It is good to see such a strong comeback from West Indies, after they managed to lose 19 wickets in a single day in the previous test.

Nope, they are not back, but for today's performance, all credit goes only 2 batsman Kraigg Brathwaite and Shai Hope. These two players made WI proud in this test match. Others out for just single digit. Brathwaite made an excellent century and out for 134 runs but Hope is still playing 147 runs i think he will make double century tomo.
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fun seeking gamblers vs profit seeking gamblers on: August 26, 2017, 07:01:05 PM
I am basically a fun seeking gambler, but first time I hear that all profit seeking gamblers are not successful with their attempts?

There are surely professional players playing skill based games successfully longterm.
The world of gambling is full of illusions. Thousands of people gamble daily but very few of them win. Most of the time, they are the same. Why do you think it is this way? You will discover many tactics in this world and at the end realize, it is all about who can fool others better.
Sometimes our bad luck will make us fool. so it is all about our luck. Yes there are few gamblers in this world can make a profit every day but this could be not possible for everyone. I agree that professional skill based game gamblers can make a long term profit in gambling. I am also fun gambler but I play to win money, but I will take my loss easily.
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: August 24, 2017, 03:52:25 PM
eth is a altcoin indeed, there are many new altcoin coming out, its probably to replace eth oneday, but btc will not, its the base of cryptocurrency as the time proved
Yes now BCH is giving strong competition to ETH, so in future ETH will be replaced by Bitcoin cash. Now already the BCH value is high to compare to ETH. If this coin start to gain more reputation, then there will be one day BCH will replace ETH. But Bitcoin is the head of all these altcoins, so no other coin will replace BTC.
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: August 24, 2017, 03:44:35 PM
I think one benefit from gambling is if you are able to learn to control yourself. Know when to stop, know how much to gamble, and know your limit. Players will lose, and sometimes win.But the winnings I think are not the benefit, because chances are, they will just use their winnings to gamble again, and then they might lose this time around. but knowing when to stop betting is a great learning experience that can be used in other aspects of life.
I don't think it is a big benefit in gambling. According to me, there are no useful benefits in gambling. We can get entertainment, and our luck is good we can make some profit except this there are no more benefits i get it from gambling. To control our emotions and all we need to save money in gambling. i am not sure this will work out in real life.
174  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Prices incline below $4000 to Hit 7-day low on: August 22, 2017, 05:13:35 PM
It seems to me that now is the time to buy bitcoin while it sank to 3900. In the near future it will again go up.

Yes there was a small correction in the price which took place, but if you after that prices have started to recover and it has started to reached towards 4k mark back again. So actually it was a very good buying opportunity when it fell till 3700$ and within couple of days one could have easily earned 300$ per btc.

There is a chance to go below $3500 or else again it will increase and go up to $4500. So now if you buy coins you will make minimum $500 profit in 1 month. Or else if the wait for some time you have good luck the price still go down and get a chance to buy lower price it is profitable.
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: August 22, 2017, 05:05:32 PM
save for some time, I hope next year bitcoin will progressively craze up to the top. And can buy what i want from bitcoin profit. hopefully.

Now already the Bitcoin in top position. we can buy our all home things from just 1 Bitcoin. so if we keep our coins for a long time then maybe we can buy a new house with this amount. I have land, so i want money to construct a house, so I am collecting bitcoins. I do not just believe in bitcoins I am collecting money from my salary also, but my big hopes are this Bitcoin will help me a lot when i start my construction. This is my plan.
176  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: August 21, 2017, 06:24:40 PM
As of today, I think it's better to hold on to your Bitcoin. If you look at the trend, for the past 2 weeks after the split. Bitcoin's trend continues to grow and there's a possibility that it can went up 10K$ by the end of this year. But, it will still depends on our own decisions if we are to hold or to transfer it. No need to panic, as we could see a bright future ahead.
That’s a sincere piece of advice indeed. Bitcoins are continuously pumping for last few weeks and there is much hope that they will maintain this trend till the end of this year. I don’t see any reason so far for panicking and letting your bitcoins go. Rather it is the time to hold them tight and enjoy the epic ride to sun.
True, and there is a big possibility that it will pump again to a new ath after the second fork that will happen. To panic selling is to lose your bitcoins and money but if you hold you will be satisfied on it more. Don't mind the fudders trolling around you and telling to sell your bitcoins.

Yes, they are just trying to deceive and sabotage us, do not believe in them, you can be very sorry to hear them and make wrong decisions.
Keep your opinion if you have analysic very carefully and sure your predict are right, do not let by some people tell your predict are wrong and sell your coin, because when trading, this is your money and your decision will make you loss money or have profit. Other people cannot helps you.

Yes! I totally agree with you!

Yes it is your money so make your own decision don't listen to others predictions. People will give predictions based on their experience, but not all predictions are correct. So analyse the market and take one decision. Here no need to get panic if the price fall today again it will come up this is truth if you know this then you will not get panic.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: August 21, 2017, 06:20:39 PM
Yes it is,Altcoin is next to bitcoin and also it is growing just like the bitcoin.Because altcoins were becoming popular and known in the world, many are users and traders thats why the economy of altcoin is growing and increasing. It is very reliable now and helping our world.Altcoin is worth buying because of high price and value as of now.
Only a few altcoins are worth to buy for future use. And rest of the altcoins are worth to do altcoin trading. You can earn money with investing in altcoins. Future use I will prefer eth and waves. Zcash and Monero also good but now these coins are losing their value, and people are not interested. LTC is also good coin to invest.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do i get bitcoincash? on: August 21, 2017, 06:16:34 PM
I have my bitcoins i poloniex and i would like to get bitcoincash is that possible?

Can anyone help me i really want to get my cash Wink

If you had your bitcoins on Poloniex prior to August 1st, they should have already distributed your Bitcoincash to you.

If you transferred your bitcoins to Poloniex AFTER August 1st, then you will need to buy the bitcoincash in the normal manner.

This is right, not only poloniex, Bittrex also gave free BCH to those who kept bitcoins on their site before August 1st. After this date, there is no free BCH issue from any site you need to buy through Bitcoins. I was one time opportunity you missed it now you don't have another method you must buy if you want BCH.
179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Dogecoin Ever Recover? on: August 21, 2017, 06:10:16 PM
Hey everyone, I'm sure you have heard of Dogecoin. Recently, it' price has been dropping dramatically due to scams. Does anyone think it'll ever recover?

Source 1: https://www.coindesk.com/dark-days-dogecoin-scammers-bandits-brought-cryptos-friendliest-currency/
Source 2: https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/article/78xqxb/the-guy-who-ruined-dogecoin

I don't know if this is a bad news. I've known dogecoin ever since I started here and it survived for a long time. Honestly, it's one of the stable coin that I've seen so far, it's stable but the price is too low. And I don't think that a lot of people would care if it recovers or not. I also have some doge coin but I just got it from faucets before and kept it.

Yes this coin exists long back, but there is no big growth in this coin. Many gambling sites have accepted this coin and players also using this coin to play gambling. Still, why it is not recovering don't know. Other new coins grew very fast, but this is the only coin suffering lot from last few years. I am also keeping some coins and hoping atleast it will hit $1 is this possible?
180  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price pump, altcoins dump? on: August 20, 2017, 05:44:12 PM
i think it is normal, maybe i can give some explain. bitcoin is a center of crypto currency, whatever happen with bitcoin, the altcoin will get the impact too. so if bitcoin price is increase, altcoin price will be decrease and this will happen with the other side. when we see bitcoin start to climb then we should aware and prepare but don't afraid because if altcoin down, i am sure the other time, the price will be recover like what bitcoin do.
Yeah, and the impact of bitcoin on altcoin is that the price of altcoin drops sharply, this is very easy to understand. We should think simply if the price of bitcoin increases dramatically, the amount invested in bitcoin will also increase, so the question is where is the money, the answer is in altcoin, investors and traders will be dumping altcoin to pump the price of bitcoin up and make more profit. And when this situation is over, altcoin will be pumped back
Today the price of the altcoins are increasing except ETH and other coins. I think Bitcoin is now stable at $4k because we are not seeing a big variation in BTC price from last 1 week. So this is the time for altcoins. Let's wait for few more days maybe all altcoins price will start to increase.
