The 1:10 supply is not about putting the price up, its about killing old MASSIVE chain that was killing disks and CPUs.


If you actually held such number of coins staking  you would know its impossible to keep CPU running this.

With such massive chain we were not able to provide anything because it was using more resources than most exchanges and services could be comfortable with.

As i said - you can dump all your stash on us but stop calling people names.

Bittrex should restart trading within next hours - but of course it may take 24h.

Then we will post source, windows wallet (oh guys.. you gonna love it!) and more infos

Our roadmap is clear at this point.. And we will be putting buys - so if you want to get out - we will be the ones allowing you to do so!

Bittrex is doing changes in layout today so there might be slight delay in the swap but do not worry - leave your trades open.
Before swap all trades will be taken down.

So there is no risk to sell to cheap.

UPDATES ON EXCL

We tried to keep this drama less but seems we cant. kingscrown is banned from bitcointalk since around 2 months. We tried to fix this but seems mods of this forum are not willing to participate.
Its possible that it is because KC is moderator of http://forum.bitcoin.com now that stays in opposite of Theymos.

Why fork/update of EXCL delayed?
There is 2 reasons and both are external.
Cryptsy has issues, and its our #1 exchange. Yet we cannot wait for them to fix their issues. Swap was supossed to be done on Cryptsy and Bittrex (we will be doing 1:10 swap) but seems Cryptsy may take too long to get on their feet.

So while we wanted to do best for EXCL the 3rd parties got into trouble and slowed us down.

That is why we will fork (or rather restart blockchain) now. We will need 3rd party on this and it will be Bittrex.
We cannot do it with hands and coding a system would take too much money.

So what will happen is:
- All users should move EXCL to bittrex by the date we will soon release [not more than 2 weeks].
- All nonmoved coins from current blockchain will go to devs [since me as a dev wont be moving coins to exchanges at all]
- All coins will go to 1:10. So 10 EXCL will be 1 EXCL after fork.
- We will have Masternodes, and they will require 5k or 10k EXCL [we are still counting]
- Coin will be in full PoS mode, its planned for MN to be 0.5 EXCL and PoS to be 0.5 too.

while my opinion is biased as im person from th team, keep in mind EXCL is working on "crypto ebay" or "new bitmit" with Atomic-Trade/Banx creator ByronP - its just a matter  of time when this is up and price will soar

NEWS and WAY TO EARN SOME EXCL
1. Within next 1-3 days we will be releasing new wallet with more options for both OSX and Windows. Upgrdade will be optional since this is not a fork of any kind.
2. Since we will want people to test new wallets and speed up our network [is that even possible? just cheeck EXCL confirms the fastest on the market!) here is a promotion we are offering:
Starting from now, until the post is edited, everybody who owns over 2k EXCL, moves them to desktop wallet for 7 days and staks at least 1 block by this time, will get 50EXCL
