Some people said Snatch didn't work correctly for them. This may be due to browser or device not displaying WebGL content correctly and the possible fix could be disabling AdBlock or some other extension that might be blocking it. I had also this morning that autobet stopped when I played on the site.
With dicebot I don't had any problems. That also runned here all night long without any issues.
On-site autobet stopped randomly but dicebot using API worked fine? I was referring to the site Dice Bot (I think thats what you mean by autobet) which ran fine throughout the night. |

@dogedice.me these are nice developments I’m excited to see the Snatch game, also it’s nice to see 40k tickets were claimed, but if more people participated then the pool could grow bigger, and it would be more fun to claim those tickets. Furthermore in the past I had observed that Bitdice sportsbook odds were decent when compared to other sportsbook, hence I’m hoping that in your new sportsbook you’ll continue giving us competitive odds. When did Bitdice have their sportsbetting site up? And how long ago was this? I’ve been waiting for it when I was still with their campaign and had never saw it even after I left. This morning I was able again to claim a chest and now it was succesfull. I got 0.2 Crystal. Too bad you only see rounded amounts for the Crystal. I think when you could have lower amounts, you must also show decimals.
I was looking at all the slots you are providing. I miss here a search option. Now there are 32 pages to check if your favorite slot is available at the site.

Is that just time based or will it just change when the admin of the site decides it? I just noticed I got 39 lottery tickets while I just got a few from the in-chat links. I didn't bought them. @dre1982 the only way to get them for free is to click on their chat links, and then claim them daily so you can increase your count. Another way is to earn rains from their chatbot, and use that rain money to buy tickets, and these too will be counted as free only because you’re not using your own funds to buy them. You also get lottery tickets for wagering. Also, I tried autobetting overnight with the dicebot on the site and there didn't seem to be any issues at all. It ran for 10 hours+. I will try to find out why doc autobet might keep stopping (maybe there's been server restart or maybe their internet disconnected and the bot wasn't able to reconnect and continue). Perhaps there's something that can be improved to avoid bot stopping completely in the future. The API performance issues are being looked into aswell. |

I got today my first chest and the timer reseted directly for the new daily chest. I was wondering do you need to open the chests somewhere or if you don't have anything in the chest you wont see any notification.
I opened the noticifaction list and there is no information about the chest I got.
To be honest i am a frequent player since last version and just came back after a year of break and I don't see any improvement on the site usability, few comments: - Regardless of version 1.0 or 5.0 the same issue persist especially when you are using VPN where IP might alway be changed (regular or blockchain based one): no clear message on why the login failed the same stupid message appear "we can't find your account information" while it should say invalid username / invalid password please be specific on what error should the user need to correct it instead of being too generic and keep blocking the IP after one or two tries because of partly your fault (not providing exact error to have the user correct it), you might be saying it's a security feature/DDos protection etc... but i can say it's stupid mechanism please develop something smart (I never have any issue with other sites on the log in thing). - This "You are authorizing with unknown device. Check your email for further instructions" never come. - The same slow performance issue playing with web browsers you can play few rolls but can never trust it to leave it in auto roll mode (don't ask me to do the same thing regarding to cache/browser etc.../ i work in IT) - The same behavior using API betting in which it will slow down after time to time and your team have to reboot the server to get better performance and it can last for a short time before the same thing repeat, i don't know what you have been done to make it 1.0 become 5.0 beside typing the version number. - The same chest bug since last year, i think they i've changed the text from BDpoint to Crystal...but the stupid code behind might intact. That's why the same behavior appear in both old and new version. It might not be a good idea to give specific information about incorrect logins. That leaves it possible for malicious users to find if a person has an account by trying to login with their email address. If you can't remember credentials, use a password manager. Regarding performance, you may very well be right and I'll ask that it gets investigated again. EDIT: I personally don't experience any issues with autobet and it hasn't stopped suddenly for me so any details about what happens there would be helpful. Which "chest bug" are you referring to? EDIT: If you're referring to no notifications about opening chest, then that's incorrect. There's a popup showing how much you got from the chest and if you're not eligible there's a notification about that. The chest is opened on the dashboard like usual. This is a complete overhaul but the site do load much more longer compared to the old ones.I dont have any internet connection problem but it do still loads very slow. @dunfida can you clean your browsers cookie and cache and check again, can you also check if you’re experiencing slower version on all devices. Furthermore can you change browsers and use different ones and replicate same thing there, and then compare your findings, if site is yet slow submit details to support they can investigate it. I have already done this which i had been testing out on Chrome, Brave, Edge, Opera but still it does have the same result when it comes to loading times. Caches and cookies had been cleaned and i do even restart my router which i do suspect that this might be on my connection but still ending up on the same result. I wont say that my PC is crappy yet ive been running Ryzen 5 with 16gb ram and rx570 which is already overkill. Have you experienced the same even when you've been using site for a while on same browser? Also do you mean the time time it takes to load the site the first time or continuously? |

Even if they didn't add more games it is still a good news to hear that they release the v5.0 and fix some issues. I haven't tried the site but I'll look forward to try it out. I wanted to write "full statistic", not "full balance", sorry! Full balance is in the top right corner! When I run auto and I place the mouse on statistic, numbers are changing to fast. I can't see much... it's one of the things I like, a nice statistic with info about wagered amount, number of rolls (won & lost) max win & lost streaks, the highest bet... When it comes to options for auto betting, definitely option to change over/under, and option to increase bet after losing streak. All others can be interesting, but these I use in almost all my strategies... Thanks for the clarification. I have suggested adding some numerical stats so you can easily see some statistics without placing mouse on anything. |
