It's a 'feature' of most Bitcoin clones if they did not change the halving reward code.
I have a personal pool, nothing special, that I've been playing with. Picked Tea for it's low diff.
Send me a PM if you want to 'Test'. Not opening it to the public yet.

Glad you got it working. I haven't tried a setup from scratch lately. I'll attempt it shortly.

Looking through the source code, it doesn't seem to be fixed. According to the above documentation, Zetacoin will be rewarding 1000 ZET starting at block #5,160,960. I hope this can be fixed before that. Well, I noticed. Fix would be to put a fixed reward if block height greater than or equal to ....

Why are the block rewards 62? Array ( [amount] => 62.5 [confirmations] => 590 [generated] => 1 [blockhash] => 000000000001fa77a0c6c9c4d43b331711332e2dfe60fb224c1f2326321a9b52 [blockindex] => 0 [blocktime] => 1416568577 [txid] => 2867d7b6aad13dcef8f4675161ad57d634939a1b3e824ae0a9677c0995c4cb10 [time] => 1416568577 [timereceived] => 1416568584 [details] => Array ( [0] => Array ( [account] => [address] => Tic1cRPjDJtcz7VBuQs3KAyqEWh3qCzCdn [category] => generate [amount] => 62.5 )
)
See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=840252.0Problem/bug with the code. Block rewards resets every 64 halving intervals. Code/reward needs to be fixed or change the OP/Specs to reflect the reality of a lot more coins in existence.

The BlockExplorer is almost ready, but I want to make some checks for true information in it. I checked some blocks which I am sure that I have mined coins, I see my address only if seek it via address, but when I open the block all address looks like btc address (beginning with 1 instead F). Can Anybody to help with the checking of FFC in the BLKXPLR at http://mobiblocks.cointech.net/ ?! The pool http://firefly.cointech.net is linked to the explorer, so all miners can check their info via the pool's links. Best Regards, Rossen Got a server error when I tried to look at your site. I'd guess your address version/magic is incorrect. When I played with ABE and firefly, I used the values below. I never actually verified the chain. So be sure to verify the values. datadir += [{ "dirname" : "/home/***/.fireflycoin", "chain": "fireflycoin", "conf": "fireflycoin.conf", "code3": "FFC", "address_version": "u0024", "magic": "u0004u0004u00b5u0004" }]

I'm no expert but the source is correct. The problem is with C++ and it also exists in the Bitcoin code. See https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0042.mediawikiBitcoin won't have this problem for a very long time ... Given the moderate time frame over which this change is to be implemented, we expect all miners to choose to screw themselves and deploy this change before 2214.
Anyone have a list of Alts and their halving intervals? I wonder what coin is next to have this problem.

Here is a new URL for the Windows QT Wallet: https://mega.co.nz/#!yw4zkZBY!-_QtdtMC-uENSsdRd6DvrcBWoml3VlyXFID6hX1NRh0 Enjoy! P.S. I was stupid and let the domain name expire. Any new? other than checkpoints?

Have you also noticed your consensus split along implementation/architecture boundaries, or do you not have enough users or care to have noticed that? (/me quietly leaves a draft of https://download.wpsoftware.net/bitcoin/alts.pdf around for people's education). No one appears to have noticed and/or cares as this coin is just about dead. The exchanges are still accepting the newly mined coins. Thank you for the draft. Found it to be truly educational.
