worst case just stick a hdmi dummy plug if you have one laying around, maybe that can help you. Seriously though, i've never had this bug that hashrate goes down. rock solid for me, but temps are low and I am not too greedy with the hashrate vs power consumption
It seems that if I have team viewer session on, it keeps the hash rate from dropping I have same problem. after reboot my hashrate dropes. so what i do: windows starts i restart cards with devcon x3 , yes THREE TIMES if i do it once hashrate will drop. after 3 times hashrate stays . |

i guess lack of drivers stopping from miner for linux. very bad from AMD not to release final version of blockchain drivers for windows and linux |

my thinking was you direct your miner to mining rig rental, if pool fails mining rig rental automaticly connects with next pool on the list?

I am having a problem with cast-xmr klatest version ) which mines at only 3100 h/s whereas claymore reaches 7400 h/s on the same system....
Win10 64 uptodate
6 Sapphire RX580 cards with modified BIOS
4 MSI RX580 cards with modified BIOS
AMD driver 17.11.2 (Blockchain beta drivers not working for me because only upto 8 cards supported)
Any ideas?
I'll give you a hint. Your answer is in the title of this thread. It's a bit hidden, I'll admit, but it's one very specific word you're looking for. I'll help. It's located between the words RX and GPUs. I have used this on my spphire rx 480 (WHICH ISNT VEGA) and was hitting 760-780 hashes but i had blockchain drivers. I think is the drivers you using. Sell your cards buy vegas:P |

I use windows 8.1 in my rigs with beta blockchain dag fix driver. The official blockchain does not have windows 8.1 support. I tried cast xmr and it says ''blockchain compute driver not detected'' So how can I fix it?
Use windows 10. You can mine on it for free. Hard to believe but yeah. windows 10 for free for mining rig  would be great if amd released full blockchain driver not just beta |

Hard to find decent pool. too many DDOS attacks. but still its good time to have vega cards to mine. electroneum makes it worth the while:P

The GPUS were still sending shares but their backend is not responding and I also didn't receive any coins to my wallet for roughly 400 blocks which is way too much. Switched back to electromine.fr now. The returns are really nice but the pool issues are a pain in the neck  yes I got for 5 hours only rejected shares without a reason around 12h ago. I also had to switch. But more than 12 hours down is also a no go for me, too unprofessional. wasted too much time and electricity on it, was using electroneum.uax and easyhash. both great. and found new one etn.luckypool.io looks great. and no its not my. but more ppl there the better i think. starting today to test it will see. hopefully will be nice and steady |

Do you guys have same problem? After rebooting often i need to reboot gpus using devcon app couple of times. Often after first or second hashrate has tendency to drop.

What kind of customs do you guys pay ?
I was told that things coming from China normally doesn't have customs to pay on it...
But I had to pay around 800$ CAD to UPS for customs.
(3 Machines 3 PSU's)
Does that make sense ?

my cast xmr fast (1950 h/s) but i see very slow on the pool site (1200-1600 h/s) Why?
This is a general thing in mining. The miner counts the hashes (the speed you are searching) while the pool only knows how many valid shares you've sent (so it counts the results). The two are equivalent only when averaging on a very large time interval plug it into nicehash. nicehash has nice graphs with average hashrate on longer periods. i woudnt worry about it too much. its not easy tho. we all would love to see highest hashrate on pools all the time |

my miner crashed.so i had to swap cards around and do restore. after that one card was dropping hashrate from 1950 to 1750. took mi good few hours of restarting and setting up card to get it working properly.
but as soon i stop needing mining to nicehash im going back to xmr stak version. for some reason hashrate is more stable. wonder hows hashrate on latest drivers. any one tried?
