Doesn’t matter if you send first or not. All the risk will be taken by the other party. One chargeback raised by you can just suck all the Paypal money back to you. Not accusing you of anything but just warning others to deal with someone more trusted on these matters.

This is really a sad news. Steam had done a great job by accepting Bitcoin as a payment. But times have changed now. Bitcoin hasn't been a reliable payment option lately. Longer confirmations timings, Higher transaction fee isn't what Bitcoin was actually meant to be.

I don't think its a cheap trick. I feel is a way to promote an ICO through social media. Though most of the Airdrops are pure scams.

As for your question I am currently using an app called Tab-Trader. I has all the charts from the different exchanges. You can customise to whichever exchange and currency pair you want. Also they have build in alerts which you can set to trigger when a coin reached a specific value.  

All the Signature Campaigns which are undertaken by the trusted members are legit. Always check if the funds are escrowed before entering any Signature Campaign.

Also if you want to get accepted out of the any then you need to be very active in the forum as well as not just post spam to increase your post count. Also posting in various different sections will also help you.

I have been in Bittrex and Bitfinex. Bittrex is good for beginners as its much user friendly and simple to use if you know the trading basics. But their fees are high compared to the other and from what I have seen you cannot edit the fee.

Personally I like Bitfinex. Its got more coins support, less fee and much advanced options. I believe its not available for U.S though.

Depends on how long you are planning to invest your coins for. Bitcoin has been extremely unpredictable these days. If you are going for short term investment then Bitcoin will reap you good profits.

But for a longer duration I would go with Ethereum. Ethereum will probably prove to be a fantastic investment long term for the patient investor. The general feeling is that Ethereum can probably go up to 600$, but not tomorrow. If it happens ~450 is still an interesting entry point. Many people and investors are showing a lot of interest in ETH which proves why its going to last for a long time.
