161  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there anything like Bitcoin savings? on: March 19, 2023, 02:13:58 PM
when you make or buy btc exchange indirectly you have created your own private bank , anytime you can make withdrawal anytime and
I don't think you need to send your bitcoin to your bank, just save your btc in your personal wallet,
basically btc is different from bank savings, because btc is private
162  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Bitcoin can end poverty? In a nation today on: March 19, 2023, 02:05:40 PM
bitcoin cannot end the poverty of a nation, where a government must have reserve assets so that it can store btc for a long time or can be said to be 2x the initial investment capital,
when a nation is experiencing poverty I think it's better to allocate funds to micro-enterprises that can produce and help the economy so that the wheels of the economy continue, rather than investing in btc because btc was not created to end poverty
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I found my Bitcoin books from 2016 on: March 18, 2023, 01:23:24 PM
Bitcoin investment is not easy for those that have no good source of income.
This is correct, it is impossible to be a long term BTC investor if you do not have a job or a source of income, because even if you plan to hold your BTC for years, you will always have to spend from it for emergencies and to settle basic needs. I have heard there are traders who only trade as their job, i really don't know how they manage to do it, but i feel one should not trade or invest in BTC as their only job, even if you think you are an expert, there would be days profit would not come, and you may have to go borrowing to survive.

Do not feel that selling your BTC is the worst thing you could have done if you sold for an emergency situation, probably you can regret it if you sold because of panic or fud, or to lavish the money on things unimportant.

I agree with you, we living creatures have the necessities of life, so if we sell the btc that we have it is definitely urgent, not for wasted, because everyone who invests in Bitcoin must make it a long-term asset and can be cashed out at any time, even though incur a loss as part of the risk
sometimes I also regret selling my btc at a lower price than before, but instead of owing money to people, I better sell what I have to make ends meet
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: While Everyone was Talking about El Salvador! We forgot about Guatemala on: March 18, 2023, 01:12:57 PM
there is a real underlying reason why the whole world is talking about el salvador that has adopted bitcoin, it was they who first publicized that they accepted bitcoin for legal payments in full crypto and legalized it
in Guatemala they don't reject btc and can use it as an asset and payment but it's not legalized like in el savador

just my opini about your video
165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoincore: What's It? on: March 18, 2023, 12:55:43 PM

166  Other / Off-topic / Re: A burden I bear within. on: March 16, 2023, 11:00:41 PM
actually the first step is to try to get to know your brother more deeply while pushing cryptocurrency a little, don't go straight to the point of targeting bitcoin and the benefits you get from it
after being familiar and like your new friend explaining in detail how you can be financially free from bitcoin itself,
because the approach with family is very different from friends out there when it comes to money and crypto itself
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trust in cryptocurrency? on: March 14, 2023, 11:16:03 PM
Most of the people around us do not know about Crypto Currency. But those who know as much is through online.  Where I live most people don't know what crypto currency is?  But one thing I have noticed is that if they are asked about Bitcoin they say that they have heard about Bitcoin and they know about Bitcoin from different news media where there are various discussions about Bitcoin. But even if they don't know about Crypto Currency, they have a lot of interest to know about it. If they are given enough opportunities to learn about Crypto Currencies then I think they will learn them carefully and learn about Crypto Currencies.

what you say is true, they will start learning about crypto, after they understand they are trying to get into crypto the wrong way, namely buying token memes and  the result they are deceived and reluctant to get to know crypto again what they have in mind is crypto where fraud lands
168  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Planting a tree and investing in bitcoins should wait a certain period of time. on: March 14, 2023, 11:08:34 PM
investing in bitcoin is shorter than trees which require a long process, from planting to yielding results, even if trees can produce results otherwise waiting will be useless for years, different from btc in my opinion it cannot even be equated, whenever we want to enter and release btc At any time, if you are profitable, you can say that you are making a profit by just monitoring market conditions and it doesn't take long if we are weekly sellers
169  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Early bitcoin investment for my baby on: March 14, 2023, 11:03:10 PM
congratulations on the birth of your daughter, very happy indeed, is this your first child?
investing is the same as saving, but the question is your target until the child is 18 years old, I'm sure there will be many obstacles along the way, I hope you are consistent with your goals, btw 50 $ is a pretty big value in my country to give to someone baby
once again good luck to you
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's the 12th of March once again on: March 12, 2023, 10:39:00 PM
the market is difficult to predict so if there is a decline on the day, the same date may just be a coincidence, chaos will always occur when btc or other coins start to increase it's a normal thing isn't it. holding back and surviving the onslaught of bad news is proof we are tough fighters to deserve the benefits of the btc we keep
171  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when your identity is stolen -- real story || Avoid CEXs! on: March 12, 2023, 10:33:17 PM
from this case it is really very dangerous to do KYC on an exchange, anything can happen beyond our control, very terrible,
but how can we trade if we don't do kyc on the exchange, even though that's the main part of being able to trade and withdraw funds.
hope that in the future all exchanges can be responsible for existing data
172  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a crypto project reliable and trustworthy ? on: March 11, 2023, 03:43:21 AM
there are no assets that can be trusted because one moment can disappear at any time without us realizing it or even planning it
everything returns to the use value of the coin and it is not needed for our needs (I said altcoins), if to invest I think why look for altcoins if btc is close to perfect in terms of investment
just my opini
173  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advantage of holding Bitcoin in time of crisis on: March 10, 2023, 04:08:55 PM
during the current crisis there are no coins that can be relied on because the value is very unstable, and also bitcoin is not an asset for saving because we know bitcoin has not  good volatility for finance
what has been mentioned can actually be said to be true too, but it needs to be emphasized that bitcoin is for long-term investment not to cover living expenses during the current inflationary period
174  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trust in cryptocurrency? on: March 10, 2023, 03:55:33 PM
Recently, I've been wondering, and based on the people I live with, I'd say that only 20% of them know what cryptocurrency is.
Sometimes I ask my friend or colleague if he knows what Bitcoin is, and if they're young (20-35 years old), they say, "Yes, I've heard about it. But I don't know much about it."
If I'm talking to older people (40–60), mostly they don't know what it is.

We are living in a world of big changes in every aspect of life. But do you think it will be time when cryptocurrency will come into our lives and be normal for all people? Will people be able to trust crypto?

I'm wondering what your opinion is about this.

when you explain bitcoin to millennials they will immediately respond
but on the other hand, if you give an idea of what bitcoin is for people aged 40 and over, it is difficult and they will not enter crypto if they are from technology-illiterate circles
the level of possibility they will believe is very small, but for those who know technology, I am a little pessimistic for them to invest in crypto because the level of thinking is old-fashioned, I believe more in investing in gold, land and property
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: March 09, 2023, 01:34:44 PM
The most important question to be asked is Do we like Elon Musk here? If yes, then we will appreciate his tweet regardless of what he has to say because it is Elon Musk. If not, we'll probably continue to hate it. Despite all the great things he has done. In general, Musk is a visionary and a great entrepreneur who has a lot of experience and success in all fields, including philanthropy. He is the CEO of Tesla Motors, Inc and SpaceX.

To be honest, I don't really like Elon but who care , even though he is the richest person, because in my opinion, Elon is a person who only thinks about his profits, doesn't think about the impact on the people who follow him.
like people who buy doge when doge is hype and until now there is no new hype for doge
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let them make the choice of bitcoin on: March 09, 2023, 01:29:20 PM
Convincing people to invest in bitcoin is difficult especially for people who are unfamiliar with bitcoin. they will think 2-3x if they want to invest, especially if we provide information on the worst risks that can be obtained by investing in bitcoin.
but we can't force everyone to invest in bitcoin, because everyone has a point of view to invest what they think is a small risk or even has no risk at all
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How would we solve this problem about payments on: March 09, 2023, 09:00:52 AM
actually the payment is successful or not can be seen from the txid provided,
it's the same when we complain about the exchange of funds, we don't include the txhash that we always ask at first
and you can provide a unique code for each payment that will be made
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin can't be robbed on: March 09, 2023, 08:31:22 AM
how disappointed is the robber if he doesn't find money in the atm machine, I can't say anything about this robber, I think they need to learn more,
they think the btc atm is the same as the regular atm which is often used.
by the way, is there anyone here who has ever made a transaction via an ATM btc?
To be honest, I have never seen a BTC ATM machine, so I am also curious about the experiences of people who have used/transacted with this ATM.
179  Economy / Economics / Re: Money and education on: March 08, 2023, 05:11:40 AM
This situation is very difficult. I think that between money and education is closely related where money is a tool to achieve higher education in academia
and vice versa with higher education and in accordance with the field of work you can make more money than workers who graduate under you

but if you want to be an entrepreneur I don't think you need to do formal education to the highest level because you only need the abilities and skills you have to innovate in your business to become/make money
180  Economy / Economics / Re: The Biggest Financial Regrets on: March 08, 2023, 04:59:52 AM
My biggest financial regret is maybe not investing early when I was young just wasting money and now I have 3 children without having the slightest investment (savings).
from the life lessons that I experienced I started building savings and tried to take risks to invest in bitcoin and precious metals since 2 years ago, regret without change will continue to regret bad things, or happy regret why not from the beginning I invested in btc if I get profits like today

note: late is better than not making changes at all. get rid of regrets with more positive actions for a better life
