161  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time Inc. Deal Promises to Ratchet Up Firehose of Selling Pain for Bitcoin on: December 17, 2014, 02:40:06 AM
I'm shocked that there are still retards who sing the same song " Merchants accepting bitcoins will drive its value down"

When will these retards learn that more merchants = buying power = increase btc value. Ppl spend their btc is the same as they're selling btc to fiat to spend on goods or services. but yet i dont see these retards blame btc exchanges for that.

Fcking mind blowing material there OP.

PS. these retards usually also wish salaries should be paid in btc so thats would "push" btc value without knowing that ppl who wish to have btc can always buy them with their fiat. Its an open market. Do these retards ever think the employees will just "dump" those btc to receive fiat if they dont want bitcoin in the first place?

Again, someppl are just too fcking dumb to even see shit on their plates.

The sad truth about bitcoin is the wannabe nerd coming in here thinking they're an expert in economy and telling bitcoiners why bitcoin will fail.... i mean after being "skeptical" (loosely used by idiots without visions) for years, they just get to learn about bitcoin now and .... boom.... " this is not gonna work"...insert their "intelligent thinking"

For fuck's sake, if OP is any where near being smart, he would have learned about bitcoin along time ago.

So many " i heard about bitcoin in 2009,2010 but never interested ... until now...." that i lose counts. What a load of BS, you're only interested now because the price is 1000x than it was in 2010 .... so your greedy part is taking over.

What joke you are , OP

You are so blatantly disrespectful it disgusts me,if you were intelligent you could of used some tact to go with your insult. He didn't curse towards you so their really isn't a reason to curse at him nor call him out of his name. We are all squirrels reaching for a nut and if you were to tell me you hold bitcoin with no interest in wealth what so ever I would say you were lying. So giving that,I think you aren't the right person to judge. To the poster,I disagree, the poor class knows nothing of bitcoin(Generally, nothing is absolute).

Bitcoin is more than just a currency you see,it is a new technology. Before bitcoin, who would of thought you could transfer a vast sum of money 10,000 miles away directly into someones pocket for 10 cents? No one, why?Because we are all brainwashed drones who grow up trusting the banks. I say this because we figure, this is just the best they can do. But we were wrong. Bitcoin showed us that we could transfer money for free,it is possible.

Anyway. I think the word doomed is a little rash. Bitcoin is the future.

Respect is to be earned, not given. Dumb ass.

Maybe because i can smell BS that you dont? Most of the dumbasses like OP always start with " I've heard of bitcoin in 2009 but not interested...." Trying to make it sound like they're not here to be rich or basically just heard of bitcoin or does not want to admit they were haters all along since bitcoin's first bubble.

All the smart ppl that i know, read up about bitcoin right after they heard of it. They also dont jump in to speculate btc price. As time goes by, they support bitcoins by TRADING their work for it, involved with ideas and development. This retard says hes a nerd (anyone call themselves nerds are just wannabe) but only look at btc price.... righhht

Im not going to argue with a bafoon such as yourself this isn't a debate, your attitude sucks.

What is there to argue dumbass? Why do you think i would even argue with you? Your point sucks. and i dont give two shits about attitudes on here. Dont like it, dont get on the internet.
163  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The sad truth about Bitcoin on: December 17, 2014, 02:34:28 AM
-snip-
I never thought I'd come here and get rich.

You post like you do.

I thought I'd come here and learn more about cryptocurrency.

So, what changed?

There is very little work to be had in the world of Bitcoin.  Sure, there are some very specialized fields where people are making money.  The average guy, not so much.

What makes you say that?

The disparity between the rich and poor with Bitcoin is bar far greater than any fiat in existence.

Maybe, I dont know, do you have any stats to back your claim or do you just assume stuff?

It will not survive if this remains true.

Bitcoin is not the greate equalizier you think it is. Its a new form of money. Social imbalance is a social problem and should not be fixed by technical means, IMHO.

I came here as a hopeful nerd that was interested in Bitcoin.  I read about it over the past few years like most people.  I saw it as somewhat of a novelty.  Then I figured, I would look further into it.  I thought it would be an exciting place with a lot of activity.  Maybe somewhat similar to what a lot of people experienced with eCommerce in the late 90's early 2000's.  This doesn't feel anything like that at all.  Not even in the slightest.

Maybe I'm not viewing it as what it really is.  I thought of it as a new currency backed by people that really want to change the world as we know it.  There is far less change involved than what I was expecting.  I'm not sure what the motivation is for the people currently dealing with Bitcoin.  My guess is that it's mainly rich people or people with income sources that don't care if they lose it.  I don't see the average person putting their retirement savings in Bitcoin.

That is your problem right there (same as my problem) bitcoin is not a currency. Digital decentralized currency has not been created yet. Bitcoin is a digital collectable it transfers value the way a baseball card or piece of art would not they way currency does.

Define currency then ....

LOL otherwise you're just another dumb ass ..... oh wait, you're sublime.... the famous bitcoin naysayer.
164  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-12-16] VBTC Launches Vietnam’s First Bitcoin Margin Trading Platform on: December 17, 2014, 02:20:55 AM
Bewares, I've worked with someone whos originated from Vietnam and they told me the government there actually arrest ppl for trading bitcoins

This socalled exchange is nothing but a bucket shop. They can run away anytime. The VN government is very strict in capital control.

You want to judge on past sales and treatment of customers? We just want you to talk if you ordered this product!

We know you don't have a bad experience since no one has bought this product.

Even though our paypal is going to be having problems with amount of paypal disputes trust us we are great!

And we managed to kill our company name in one product.  Never again will people purchase from us unless it is forced like before on kits.   You have to admit it is impressive we can treat customers so bad, and have promises as dry as the pumps we test.

I dont know if you're stupid or you're just fcking trolling us.

Seriously  Roll Eyes

EDIT: syecooling = syscooling? WTF?

-snip-

(note: its just plain stupid to ban Uber just because 1 Uber driver is a criminal. also normal registered taxidrivers killed and raped customers in the past.)

-snip-

U r trying to oversimplify the issue here. Uber said they do police verification, whereas they dint. Uber costs far more than normal taxi service in India. Why will customer pay extra for false claim ? This is a case where authorities are taking correct step.

Are you fcking dense? You think your local taxi company also does 100% verification? In NY, taxi driver crime related are every fcking month.

As for the cost, let the market decide dumb ass. If riders agree to pay higher than regular taxi then its their call. Maybe your regular taxi is fcking FILTHY?

Only suckers would buy anything from this company.

If they're on ebay, i bet they would have 1 star feed back.

here are some examples of your awesomeness:
+ cant even make fcking connectors
+ test pumps complete dry, you must have thought pumps are like fans huh?
+ ignore RMA request, only respond when you got disputes from paypal, then lie about replacement shipments.

where do you see it only for USA customers?

On the GMG blog it states only currency supported for Bitcoin purchases is USD:

Following our Buyer’s Survey in May, we listened to 89% of you who told us that “It’s important for stores like Green Man Gaming to offer a wide selection of payment methods” and are happy to announce that from today we are offering Bitcoin as payment option for our customers who currently pay in USD, with other currencies coming very soon!

sounds like exchange problem?
176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: One opportunity no one in Bitcoin universe talks about on: December 04, 2014, 10:42:14 PM

As if there are no powers that be. Why the fuck are we creating Bitcoin then?

I'm afraid you have not created anything.

In that logic, you haven't created anything either.

I happen to know that Bitcoin is not just a protocol, it is also a community, a market, etc..

I have contributed to both, as well contributed to the technical side of crypto-currency.

I am so tired of dealing with you Butthurt egos who have nothing more productive to do with your time than to make petty attacks on every idea for improving Bitcoin. Go fuck a Kangaroo or something consumerate with your grunt intellect and lack of amicable community spirit. Kangeroos apparently like to fistfight while making or competing for fornication, so you may find it appropriate to your style of community intercourse.

Speaking from own experience i see.
The only butthurt moron here is you.

178  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: Bitcoin Expo 2015 will take place in Jan in London on: December 04, 2014, 07:08:14 PM
Why are tickets for these events always so over priced last few I been to where worthless than nothing more than a get together with a bunch of speaker and nothing actually happened over than talks of new projects happening and other things that where already going on. I generally do not think I will go to another unless prices are a fair price and not over priced for tickets.

These "expo" are getting ridiculous. They just want to milk as much money as they can. LOL at their price....

Go kill yourself.
End of story.

That is my first death threat on this forum. I must be doing something right.
Death threat?
Quote
Death threat - A death threat is a threat, often made anonymously, by one person or a group of people to kill another person or groups of people.
Learn your vocabulary first. I've never said that I or anyone here is going to kill you or anyone for that matter.
We're just sick of the same bullshit every few days every damn week.

Just a typical sour grape: "did not plant it, did not get it (miss it), it must be sour", i'm actually enjoying seeing these morons coming here to tell us how shitty bitcoin is.

Dont you find it amusing when bitcoin was traded at 2 digits or below, we hardly see these morons?
